Excellent company, professional, quick turn around for quote and work. Courteous crew arrived with all equipment and supplies. Completely replaced all gutters on three story townhouse in 2.5 hours; all at a reasonable price! Install and clean up. Even spray painted to color match a custom cover, as well as roof repair!

Summerland replaced all my gutters 3 years ago. The crews were on time, work was completed without issue and at a good price. Now three years later we need a roof replacement due to some storm damage and I thought of them. Summerland came back out, gave a fair price and started with several days later. Crews were great and I’m happy with all the work that was done. From start to finish they were great to work with on both occasions!

We have used Summerland Gutters twice now for different jobs and cannot stress enough how wonderful they are. I'm very pleased with the work performed by Summerland Gutters. Contacted them to clean my gutters and unclog my downspouts as with the latest rainstorms noticed the gutters overflowing. There were several downspouts that had major clogs and the crew took care of it. I'll definitely be reaching out for my future gutter cleaning needs.

Weeks after my install, I noticed one section wasn't keeping up with heavy rain (though it was my smaller gutter selection that was the issue, not their install), they kindly worked with me on a solution to solve it perfectly with the existing gutters at no additional charge! At First I was disappointed with miscommunication.But Ms Kenia's (office manager) customer service is amazing she went above and beyound continued follow up since july 2025 that I was convienced to give it another chance. Summerland gutters was a pleasure to work with. They had to special order the color we wanted but as soon as they came in they showed up and installed them in no time. They even came out a few days later to paint my soffit's they replaced and didn’t bill me until the job was completed. We love our gutter system and have had no problems after the recent rain. I had used Summerland gutters on my rental property a couple of years ago for new gutters, downspouts, and aluminum wrap. I was so happy with their work that I called them again to replace the gutters and downspouts on my own home. Within a couple of days of calling Summerland, the estimator was here to determine my needs and help me pick a color and size for both the gutters and downspouts. When I accepted the contract proposal (which was a fantastic price), they were here to do the work in less than a week. The job was completed in one day and the guys made sure the job site was completely cleaned up before they left. Payment was not expected until I was completely satisfied. Great service, replaced all my gutters with a quick turnaround and were also able to replace a section of rotten soffit, which other companies would have required a separate contractor. I was impressed by their honesty, they ended up using less materials than was originally quoted and reduced the final price. Highly recommend!

We needed new gutters and some repairs to our chimney facia. We got quotes from multiple potential vendors and found the Summerland team was knowledgeable and professional. For non-related reasons, we delayed a few months in moving forward and called Summerland to ask if they would still honor the original quote. Not only did they, but they gave us a discount to their original quote without asking. The work is done and high quality.

Like a lot of housing contractors, we found it best to be persistent and clear in our communications and we had to originate a few of the conversations when issues came up, but in every instance the work was done well and we're really happy we went with Summerland.

I could not be happier with my experience with Matt at AdvantaClean. I had flooding due to a major storm and was desperate to get someone out as soon as possible. I called a couple companies and the only ones that were able to come the next day seemed like they were trying to take advantage of the situation with their estimates. Matt was honest with me saying they were definitely overcharging, which I very much appreciated. He came out around 7 pm and stayed until 10:30 pm to make sure the job was done thoroughly. I would highly recommend AdvantaClean and Matt!

We were on a short timeline after radon tested high during a home sale inspection. Dan from AdvantaClean was responsive, thorough, and professional while completing all radon mitigation work well within our timeline. 5 stars!

I was experiencing mold growth in my air conditioning unit. Called advantaclean to clean my ducts and a/c unit. They were very professional and courteous and performed the cleaning quickly, but unfortunately it didn't really git rid of the mold smell coming from the ducts. Improved it some, but didn't really get rid of it. Was still having trouble sleeping and getting headaches with the AC on after the cleaning. It was pretty expensive at 500 dollars for two hours of work, so I really expected more. Ultimately I had to install a UV light in my A/C which actually took care of the issue.

Dan and his team were extremely detailed and very responsive. We needed their expertise in a pinch and they did not disappoint. Never the best situation when you need a clean up but Dan made us feel at ease and was out multiple times to make sure the job was done right.

The work was completed without issue and everything is clean, streamlined and functional.
