I recently had a flood from a faulty icemaker that caused damage to two floors in my home. Serviclean was recommended by my insurance company. I honestly have never had such a pleasant company experience during such an extremely upsetting issue. Serviclean responded immediately to my request for a proposal by coming to the house assessing the damage, immediately providing their assessment and proposed plan and worked with both me and my insurance agent. They arrived exactly when they said they would and work tirelessly to clean all damage beyond my expectations. They were respectful and took great care with all my belongings. The entire crew was courteous and hard working. Our crew head was Carlos and I cannot say enough about his customer service skills and what was a genuine value and appreciation of customer satisfaction. I hope not to need Serviclean’s services for an unexpected disaster, but should you find yourself in need of their services, you can focus on other things needing your attention and rest assured Serviclean will provide exceptional service in helping you through your disaster.

Great experience. I called and informed them of my damage and they responded immediately by coming by the home within hours. Within a couple of hours, they were already starting the mitigation process. Carlos was very informative, knowledgeable and very professional. After the job was complete they came by, made sure everything was taken care of, and left. Each time they arrived at the house they were very punctual. The administrative staff was also very responsive and helpful in answering all of my questions. I would definitely recommend ServiClean to anyone looking for these services. Sometimes bigger isn't always better!

Serviclean picked up on my first call and was quick to dispatch a team. Lillian and Blanca kept their promised timelines and were as professional and customer oriented as one could ask. Jaime and his crew were super efficient, made excellent documentation and explained their processes in detail. From the person who answered the phone and scheduled the service, to the person who came to give me an estimate, to the technicians who came to clean and set up the dryers, every person was on time, professional, friendly and did excellent work. No one wants to find a flooded basement but if you do, these are the folks to call for help. They even managed to clean and dry a huge a rug that was saturated. I am truly very happy with the work that Serviclean provided. All the team are so helpful, informative and hard working. From the office staff to the staff who came to my home, i would rate them 100 out of 10! I had black mold in my bathroom and they helped my remove and control the spread of the mold. They used proper PPE and made sure they put down sheets to stop the mold spreading into my home as they moved in and out of the bedroom. I am so happy that I ran across ServiClean to assist me during a flood in my basement. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Lilian took my phone call and shortly after speaking to her I knew I had the right place. She was compassionate and took the necessary time to help me understand the process. She expedited my appointment without me even asking. The technician was prompt , courteous and professional. I explained to him our mold allergies. He reiterated the process, provided an estimate and offered to start the process immediately. This was a pleasant surprise. He took pictures before, during and after, he was very thorough. They were able to schedule an appointment to view the home with the Owner quickly. They were professional and courteous and explained the process in terms that were easily understood and accepted by my client. Serviclean technicians are always courteous and professional. They understand that when circumstances arise that require their presence, the families are already under a great deal of stress. They do everything they can to ease that stress and get things back to normal for the family as soon as possible. On the second time my basement flooded, I contacted a competitor because I could not remember who handled our first flood. It was Serviclean, by the way, but I could not recall the company until I dug a little deeper in my files. I contacted Serviclean and they came out that night and began the drying process. But, the competitor took four days to call me back to even get someone out to look at the damage. The technicians that came out with Serviclean were the same ones that took care of us the first time two years prior. They are fantastic. The rates were extremely reasonable and I was happy to have found them again. They will always be my "go to" company in the event of future flooding....God forbid. ServiClean is a rare gem--a businesses that treats people with honesty and respect. My home experienced some water damage, so I contacted them for an inspection and estimate. They sent someone out that very evening who measured the moisture level in the affected areas of the home. After his inspection, he told us that everything was drying up nicely and that no further action was needed, except to keep running the fans for 2 full days. Most companies would have found something wrong and recommended some costly reparations, but not ServiClean. Their honesty and integrity are impressive, and so rare in today's world. I will definitely be contacting them for any future needs with our home, and I highly recommend them to everyone.

Carlos and his crew of two men were AWESOME, AMAZING and extremely professional. Bianca who answers the phone is wonderful. You appreciate good work but also people and companies that are willing to work with you, they truly went above and beyond and brought a smile to our face as our situation was very stressful as I am sure most individuals circumstances are now a days. Everyone we came in contact with were so personable. There were two men working in our basement you would have thought they a crew of six! They were very neat, clean and took care in their work. Communicated with us every step. We loved the fact that they came out to give us an estimate and were ready the same day within just few minutes the crew (2 guys) showed up and got to work. I was very upset my Mom's home had mold Carlos was very sensitive to that and showed a sense of calm, yet professional urgency. Serviclean was very professional, from inspection and proposal to the execution and completion. The crew arrived on time, took all the necessary precautions to tarp the floor, plastic off the area with zipper entry to trap all air and debris. Then towel cleaned and removed all materials. Completed the work in a very timely fashion and you couldn't tell they were here. Definitely will hire them again if needed.

Our basement was partially flooded with sewage, I called them and they were able to come the same day. They spent the next 6hours cleaning it up and sanitized , and dried the entire space for several days. They did a great job! I am really satisfied with their service!

The ServiClean folks that I spoke with and had personal interactions with showed care and compassion and love for what they do. I honestly thought I was on my own but when my Insurance agent asked me to contact a Mitigation Team near me and Serviclean was closest, I called and a team lead and team were at my place within 2 hours. They were able to remove all the water damaged items with care professionalism within 4 hours of start time. They were also very prompt with removal of their equipment after the set time for when mitigation was complete. The office made sure to communicate everything in a timely manner. This is, unfortunately, my second time around with Serviclean, but thankfully it's the second time they've gone a stellar job. Both my floods had them responding at my home within 24 hours. Honestly in both cases they'd finished their work at my home around the 24 hour mark of me noticing the flood, leaving the industrial fans and dehumidifier for 72 hours. They're friendly, thorough, and very professional.

For flood number two my neighbor from one street over stopped by to question me because someone had work done at their house on the same day and the trash got thrown into his yard. I confidently told him it was IMPOSSIBLE that Serviclean did that. They haul everything away like magic and are absolutely professional. And after we spoke I think he realized it wasn't my house. No flooring dumped into his yard, only drywall.

Sir, do not besmirch the name of Serviclean! If you do, those are fighting words!

In my first flood they were recommended by my insurance adjuster. For the second flood I looked them up in my past emails and called before my claim adjuster was even assigned. I've already recommended their services in my neighborhood group online, and obviously I wanted the same company twice, so I highly recommend them.

They don't remove more than they need to. They try to save as much of your house as possible. And I hope never to see them again!

They came fast, and they cleaned up fast. Office staff was very professional and punctual. In addition to drying up the water, the workmen were careful in determining the humidity left in the wood (came in each day to get readings) and applying a bacterial solution to stop the mold. They all were very respectful and polite. I definitely will recommend Serviclean to anybody. I was recommended to them by my local insurance agent.

Carlos was great and came out fast - the crew was courteous and very thorough. The were very kind when they saw how upset I was. The documents I needed to sign and the estimate came very quickly so I could get them to my insurance company. They did a fantastic job and I would recommend them to anyone. Trust the reviews. This company was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. When our basement flooded with sewage water just 2 weeks before Christmas I called 3 other companies before calling Serviclean. One company was abrupt and rude on the phone, one company had a bizarre policy of calling the plumber to fix the issue before they would clean the basement, and the third company seemed unprofessional.

Every single person I came in contact with at Serviclean was kind and professional. They were the only company who seemed empathetic to the situation. Multiple people at Serviclean said things like, "don't worry, we're going to help you through this" and "I'm sorry this happened to you all." Trust me, from the first phone call you will be able to tell that they care.

They also dressed professionally, they had all the right equipment, they were prompt, and delivered on their promises with quality work.

Carlos and his team showed up right away and within a few hours they had all of the water removed, the bathroom and floor cleaned, damaged materials removed, antimicrobial agent in place, and dehumidifiers/fans running. Three days later, the basement was dry and the fans were gone.

It's hard to find businesses these days who treat you well and seem like they care about you and your family. Carlos and his team are one of those wonderful small business that make you feel like you matter greatly to them. In a disastrous situation like this you have to deal with the remediation company, plumbing company, insurance company, and contractors to get your home back to the way it was. The Serviclean team made the first piece of this process a breeze. So happy we chose them!

We had water and mold damage to our family recreation room in the basement from a leak in the main water line entering our home. There was water and mold damage to a section of the carpet in the rec room. We hired ServiClean to do mold remediation service. Alfredo, the estimator, also detected possible moisture behind a section of the wall paneling, which, he advised, should be addressed. The ServiClean crew of Brian and George set up a containment chamber around the affected area along with other equipment, removed the section of damaged carpet and wall paneling, and applied antimicrobial to the area.

We were very pleased with the whole experience and the work done. Everyone was very nice and professional from Lilian with her advice and help on insurance claims, Alfredo with his meticulous explanation and documentation of the process and the damage, and the Brian and George for their work and courtesy. I highly recommend their services for water damage and mold remediation.

Gave them a call about some moisture issues in a Bathroom and they were out next day. My Wife and I experienced incredible service! The moisture turned out to be slight mildew and NOT mold, he cleaned the vent in our bathroom and told us "Something like this that takes 10-15 minutes I will not charge you." This is just preventative maintenance not done by the previous tenants. I would recommend Carlos to ANYONE who has any issues as his honesty and genuineness is above and beyond!
