From start to finish, this company is great. I called and they had someone at my place within 1 hr. They evaluated the damage, took pictures, and gave me an estimate of the total cost the same day. They were also able to do the water mitigation within a few hours. Additionally, they also do carpet reinstall and cleaning. After the work was done, they were patient and waited for my insurance to make a determination in regards to coverage. The team that came out to take care of the mold and wet dampness in the walls and the floor were absolutely outstanding! They were on time they were professional they had their suits on, they made sure that everything was blocked from the rest of the house and before showing up gave me schematics of what their plan was once they arrived. So I knew exactly what the plan was and what they were going to extract from my house. In addition they took pictures and informed me of what they saw as damage and answered all my questions. Had over 140 LF of gutters and fascia boards removed and replaced, including installation of new 6" gutters, heavy duty downspouts, drip edge, aluminum fascia wrapping, and gutter guards. Standard two story colonial home with attached garage.

Gomez and Claudia were great to work with and the value of the service was incredible. There was moderate damage from prolonged leakage to several mounting boards, soffit, and a rake board. Everything was taken care of as part of the installation job. They even touched up the new soffit that was replaced with paint I had left over that was color matched.

The end result is my new gutters look great and are a huge upgrade from what was previously installed. A+ Highly recommended!

We had the guys from Summerland Gutters come and check multiple leak spots in our house. They checked throughly and found the leak spots and finish the job perfectly. The price is reasonable compare to the other contractors who came before and gave totally wrong diagnosis.
