I had a busted pipe on my second floor that caused water damage through the ceiling. The staff was very friendly, and gave me an appointment the same day to start the drying process. They explained the procedure thoroughly, and they were very neat, clean, and professional. I will definitely use them again. I highly recommend ServiClean.

Thanks to a sump pump outage, we ended up with about 2 inches of water in lower level of our split level home. it was a disaster!

Serviclean was recommended to me. I called and they sent someone out right away. Within a matter of hours the crew had removed all of the wet carpet, drywall and baseboards, positioned fans and dehumidifiers and we were on our way to being dry again. They came back EXACTLY when they said they would to check on the progress and pick up their equipment.

Especially during the pandemic, they were all very professional and took all the precautions one could hope for to keep me, my family and themselves safe while rendering outstanding services.

If I could give ServiClean 10 STARS, I would. They worked in my house for 5 days. The cleaning crew are the upmost professionals. They have done a tremendous job cleaning my home after a ceiling collapsed and there was wallboard and blown-in insulation everywhere! Now my house is immaculate. But there is one thing that has taken them over the top in my book. I have a daughter with Special Needs. They have been friendly and courteous to her. And they had no hesitation to work around her to accommodate her needs. I highly recommend this company.

My client employed Serviclean to remedy a mold issue in the basement of a detached property. They undertook the job very professionally and cordoned off the area from the rest of the house so there would be no adverse effects. Their team was efficient and worked with extreme cleanliness throughout the process. They also communicated well sending before and after photographs of the affected areas and I would thoroughly recommend their services to anyone who expects the best.

In the midst of a stressful day, the team with ServiClean came with such a peaceful and professional team. Alfredo was excellent at explaining how the process works to my husband and I. After explaining what would happen, he even coordinated with a second team so that the work could be done even faster. Alfredo personally introduced each team member to me. Everyone was professional and very courteous. The team was the hardest working group of people I've ever seen. I would guess that there were 10 men working for about 7 hours straight to remove all the wet items from our house, clean all the affected areas, and set up the drying equipment. I was so impressed with how well they cleaned up after themselves. Jamie and his team came back to our house twice to check on things and measure the moisture levels. The team had very effective machinery and sophisticated equipment. I was called each day to see how things were going and to see if I had any questions. When I first saw the water damage in my house, I was so stressed and worried about mold growing but when I saw all that they did I felt so much peace. They were so thorough - they checked, cleaned and measured everything. Every single interaction I had with the company was delightful. The level of customer service I received with ServiClean was certainly one of the best experiences I've had with any company.

I hope to never have water damage again, but they would definitely be my first call if I ever did. I would recommend this company to anyone.

They were able to complete an entire basement cleanup that included stripping all walls and ceilings of paneling and drywall, duct cleaning and chemical application in one week. We were able to get the basement rebuilt quickly and put the home on the market within one month of beginning renovations. We had a wonderful experience using Serviclean after our washing machine flooded our kitchen and basement. I called on a Friday morning and they were out to our house a few hours later. They spent 5 hours cleaning things out. They did a wonderful job keeping us informed about the process and what to expect. The guys were courteous and professional. Everyone was very professional and courteous. They were very thorough in how the work was done. After placing the equipment to start the drying process, I discovered a leak the following day and call the company. A crew was there within the hour to take care of the new issue. I was very pleased with the job they did. Would definitely recommend using this company.

From the moment I called on the phone I knew that I wanted to deal with this company. I called 3 different companies to compare price and service and Serviclean was the most professional on the phone (thank you Blanca!) so I booked with them. I was not disapointed. Jorge and Brian came to do the duct/vent cleaning and right away I was put at ease. They were both very professional and at the same time friendly. I did not feel intimidated or akward at any time (like one usually does when there is someone in your home doing some work). They wore soft booties on top of their shoes so as to not drag dirt into the house and wore an N95 mask the second they came in. It must be company policy because I did not ask them to. They explained their work and started working right away and did not stop until they were done. Actually, they did stop briefly a couple of times when I interrupted them to ask a question which they promptly answered. Jorge and Brian did an outstanding job and now my husband will not be coughing all night! Thank you Jorge and Brian for going above and beyond! I strongly recommend ServiClean Inc. Services. This company and all its staff members are simply OUTSTANDING!!! Believe me they will give you an A+ customer service and family like attention, support and treatment. The ladies from the office, Blanca and Lillian, were always available to guide me through the cleaning process, to answer all my questions, and even advised me about how to work with my insurance company. Pedro came to inspect my home in a very quick time-frame and was very friendly and effective in explaining me the cleaning and repairing process. He also ensured a smooth communication with my insurance agent. They took good care of my me. The guys assigned to fix my home, (Jaime, Abraham and Brian) were very respectful, responsible, efficient, and careful. They divided the rooms with plastics to minimize dust all over my home and made sure to leave everything cleaned and well-organized at the end if the day. The worked was completed in a timely manner and I was easily reimbursed for some items that were estimated but not required at the end. Without a doubt, I will definitely contract ServiClean again if ever needed.

Referred to us by our insurance company with a list of others. After reading the reviews, ServiClean stood out way above the rest. We found out why... THEY ARE AWESOME!! Very Professional and responsive. Walked us through the entire process and explained how it was going to happen. The project lead was incredibly helpful. He arrived at the scheduled time, toured the damage and made some insightful comments. They're team arrived and met and exceeded everything. Removed all of the molded debris by first tenting off the affected area and venting the chemical odors outdoors. Three days later, arrived and removed the equipment.

ServiClean has performed water issue damage repairs in my basement at my home in Arlington twice. Both times Lillian and Jaime were extremely responsive, professional, and took care of scheduling and completing the repairs right away. Jaime spent extra time with me answering my questions to make sure I was able to address the issues as effectively as possible. Lillian made the process seamless by working with my insurance company to expedite the claim. Bottom line is they did what they said they were going to do and were very pleasant to deal with. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact them again, but hopefully I’ll never have to!
