Absolutely thrilled with my experience with Chris Link during his visit to my home. Chris was super knowledgeable, professional, honest, and extremely easy to communicate with, and really blew me away with his exceptional customer service and going above and beyond to take care of all my concerns. This is not always the experience you get with companies/contractors in this area. I’ll be requesting him specifically by name for any restoration issues in the future, and even passed his contact info on to one of my neighbors who plans on doing the same.

Finding out I needed to have mold remediation and repair done was not on my Christmas list this year, but it happened. The gift I received in return was the absolutely outstanding work by Lightspeed Restoration. They were responsive, quick to get someone out for the repairs, and the cost was in line with what my insurance assessed it would be. I would recommend then again and, if necessary, used them again on my own. Thank you Lightspeed Restoration, I am truly grateful!

I cannot recommend Lightspeed Restoration enough! From Tyannia in scheduling, to Dan and his utmost professionalism, along with the great crews, Lightspeed should be your first call. After making the mistake of calling Servpro to do water remediation after a leak in our kitchen, we found out after they left that they told us our job was complete, only to find water and moisture levels that were still bad. Then we found Lightspeed. They immediately came out and did a far superior inspection, removed all the water, and have dealt with insurance, assuring all of our repair and restorations are covered and handled correctly.

Great staff who work hard to get the job complete. The owners really care about the client. I would recommend them to anyone who New this type of service.

Rude and disrespectful. Waiting in line at the dump they cut me off, almost hit my car, and cut a huge line. Next time you think of cutting someone off in your vehicle (License plate PSI C&R2) know their are repercussions.

PSI provides exceptional Client Service. I called following smoke damage on a Sunday. They arrived to assess what services they could provide by that afternoon and started cleaning up the mess first thing Monday morning. Carl and his folks are spectacular.

We had a major fire in our home, extensive damage. The wonderful folks from PSI came quickly, assessed the situation, and over the next few days completely, carefully, and politely emptied our entire house, moved our possessions to their facility, and assisted us so well in restoring items, cleaning up our burned home, and being there for advice and comfort. A plus plus company.. 2013 I had he need for PSI to come and remediate several moisture issues in my basement, clean my entire house and also clean and restore items that were in the basement.. I selected them above two other vendors because their price was by far the most reasonable.. and I was very impressed and pleased with the with the first rate way they approached job from beginning to end.. These are the people you need!

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Carl and the PSI crew. My basement flooded on a Sunday and my insurance provider called PSI out that following Tuesday. From the time they arrived through today, when they picked up the remaining equipment, everyone on that team has been incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and beyond accommodating. I have not had to stress at all about this work, which I could never imagine saying on Sunday!!

We woke up to find the carpet was soaked in 2 of our basement rooms. After solving the leak issue (fortunately, it was clean water) we had one restoration company tell us we'd have to replace the carpet, baseboards, etc which seemed excessive to us based on past experiences. Our insurance company recommended PSI and we couldn't have been happier. They were able to dry everything out, sanitize, replace the carpet pad, and clean the rugs - all as good as new. Roberto and his team were polite and professional as well as Rene in their office. Highly, highly recommend this company!

Great company to hire.with my driveway protect Fair bids. Guys show up on time and greet you with a smile. Always ask for Jose the owner to be on your job. He knows his stuff and gets the job done.

JP Contractor did an amazing job fixing my drywall. Upon contacting them, I spoke with the owner. He agreed to come out to provide an estimate for the work I needed done the next day. The owner arrived on time, which is always a plus! Jose was knowledgeable and gave me an estimate that was reasonably priced. After receiving multiple estimates from other contractors I decided to go with JP. I scheduled an appointment (that was not weeks away). The employee arrived on time, respectfully dressed, and ready to work. The employee took necessary precautions to preserve my space and cleaned up after themselves. I will definitely use them for future projects!

This company is the best we have been using them for 4 years now on multiple projects. We would not use anyone else. We have had an addition put on, bathroom and kitchen remodels.

They are the absolute best, we are so happy we found them once we moved to DC! They fixed our roof, fixed the leak, took care to explain everything to me! so glad we have them in our home owning lives!

On July 24, 2025, JC Construction & Remodeling replaced the roofing tile. Beautiful job.
