Alejandro !!!! What a great technician!!! I had furnace repair for very discounted price 2 months ago. When my HVAC was stopped working suddenly today during this freezing season, I called him. He arrived in 25 min and fixed the problem very fair price in 20min. He is honest and very professional. I would recommend him to everyone.

The AC was blowing warm air for couple days and I called Alejandro who is the owner of AH service LLC. He came in the next day to check the AC. he gave free diagnosis and the price including material and labor are very fair and reasonable. He checked out all the problem related to electricity as well. He is friendly and professional. He fix the problem and also cleaned the fan outside. I highly recommend him to everyone who needs professional and best service in DMV area.

It’s great to share when you are amazed by a company that not only does a great job, but the installation professional alejandro was super pleasant, knowledgeable, patient, helpful, explains everything and you feel comfortable and safe having him inside your home during the stressful time of fixing our heating system. we called at 2 AM on christmas morning and he showed up almost immediately without any hesitation! I couldn’t be happier with the service and installation the following day and would highly recommend this company.

This person is a scammer he came in telling me my unit did not work and I need to replace my outside unit for a total of $5500.00. Plus charge for come out and didn’t fix the issue, he just said I need a new unit outside , when en reality the unit is good and I had another company come out and they fix and nothing was wrong with the unit. Please I repeat think before call him, and get 2 opinión!!! This guy doesn’t work for his money all he thinks is to change the items when and get more money.

Had numerous issues with my AC but after fixing some electric problems my unit wasn’t blowing cold air and my technician Alejandro came through big time. He was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. Diagnosed and fixed the problem efficiently, and the house is finally cooling again. Great service, fair pricing, and someone you can trust. It’s not the first time we have worked with him and it won’t be the last time !

AH has exceptional customer services. Prior to AH, I reached three HVAC companies and it took them hours to respond and they gave me high price. AH responded in few minutes and communicated with me with great respect and honesty. Provided me different options to address my commercial water heater( 20 year old)and completed the services with best quality, reasonable price , unbelievable spreed and quality of work. It is family owned business and his son and wife came together to help. I am completely impressed with their quality of work and I highly recommend them.

May 13th, 2023 had a AC/Heat system installed (Goodman), after the old one was over 20 years old and it had have a major repair previously, about 13 years ago.
I met Alejandro in the parking lot of BoA, while I was looking for a personal loan at BoA, as I was quoted $10K for a new unit from this other place but Alejandro gave me a much better quote and I had done some research and definitely Alejandro was the better choice, not to mention for half of what I was quoted originally.

Made the deal and on the day and time he said he'd be there, that's the exact time he was there. He is definitely a professional and certified.

The installation of the unit (and removal of the old one) took a reasonable time but in the end I was very satisfied and happy, I have very cool air in the house and is so comfortable. Summers are going to be better than before.
The new unit is 14.3 SEER, where as the old unit was about 10 from what I was told and no wonder why it barely kept the house cool. This unit is a 2023 model, as per federal standards, I live in a TH and what a difference in the parts compared to the old unit.

I definitely highly recommend AH Service LLC, they know their stuff. And the price is so reasonable, I'm very lucky to have found Alejandro, he gave me the best price around, compared to the big box stores.

After the installation of the new unit, the place was clean, nothing was left from the old or new unit installation, very professional.

I requested service through AHS for my dishwasher because water was backing up from the dishwasher into the sink’s garbage disposal. The technician, Ghulam, inspected the issue and stated that the problem was related to the garbage disposal, not the dishwasher. I asked him to please confirm whether the dishwasher itself was functioning properly. He repeated that the issue was with the garbage disposal and not the dishwasher. When I asked if he was certain the dishwasher was working correctly, he questioned whether I understood what he was saying. I explained that I did understand, but I was concerned about the way he was speaking to me. His tone was rude and argumentative throughout the interaction. I have never experienced this type of behavior from any contractor before.

Mauricio and his team are the best! They replaced my HVAC very efficiently, were on time, extremely polite, and addressed follow-up questions wonderfully. I couldn't recommend them more.
