MR Quality HVAC has been my go to HVAC service in the last year or so. On several ocasions Mauricio demonstrated superb service and knowledge exceeding predictable expectations I had from mainstream mid-, and large size HVAC services in the area. Needless to say that MR Quality has been also beating larger companies in terms of pricing in addition to excellent responsivness. He is always there to help, and easy to schedule appointments.

Mauricio was excellent! AC stopped working friday night and he was able to make it early Saturday morning. Was able to diagnose and repair issues within about an hour -- same issues I believe other companies may have overlooked. Professional and honest. Will be using him for my HVAC needs!

Mauricio did a great job servicing our HVAC system and saved us a lot of money. After receiving a quote from a "name-brand" company, we contacted Mauricio who confirmed the issues and gave us a much better price. He walked us through everything he did step by step and gave us tips on how to keep our system running efficiently. We will be calling him for our winter inspection.

The team started working on our project around 0715 and completed the job around 1330. Mauricio and his team did a high quality installation of a full HVAC. New furnaces and condensers and upgraded the thermostats. I would hire MR Quality Home Services again and highly recommend to family and friends.

Upon getting in contact, Mauricio and his team quickly came over to my home and determined the issue that was causing my home's A/C to not work correctly. The part required for repairs was actually on backorder but fortunately, MR was able to source it locally and promptly made the repairs the following day. Quick, reliable, and most importantly, cost-effective service. I would certainly call MR for any other repairs.

Mauricio and his crew completed a custom HVAC duct rearrangement project that 4 contractors refused to do. They also replaced my water heater. I’m very happy with the communication, pricing, quality, and professional results.

These guys saved me when it was almost 100° in my AC went out. They came in under one hour, after hours, and had my AC repaired the next day. Excellent service and quality of work!! Bonus: a very competitive and fair price.

I have been using Mr. Quality for years. First for emergency service which led to regular maintenance service. The service is always on time and respectful. Recently I had a leak from the humidifier and Mr. Romero came out right away. I didn't have to wait for service. They were in and out and the area cleaned in less than 24 hours. Will have them back for my summer AC check.

Really impressed with the thoroughness and effort the technician put towards maintaining our units. He found the source of our cooling problem when troubleshooting all systems and offered a solution without breaking the bank. Bought their yearly maintenance plan and will gladly recommend them to neighbors.

I was absent and not at home for the installation of a condenser and air handler for my a/c. A few things could have been done better. There were quite a few tiny metal shavings left on the floor which could have been vacuumed or swept up. The hardware used for air filter cover needed a socket not a screw driver to remove the
panel. Could have been made easier. The filter was cheap and had contorted due to suction pressure. The technician left some labeling attached to the unit but nothing with the company name and contact # for future servicing. I asked for our “nest” thermostat
be reused as it was only 3 years old. Nevertheless it was replaced. The new one is not as accurate as the Nest. The pipe foam insulation was wrapped but needed extra wire ties to ensure it stays in place.
Otherwise the new system is working efficiently and cooling the house. Thank you.
