The air duct repair and sealing work by Allred Heating recently done at our house is remarkable. The system is noticeably more efficient. The heat coming into our house is flowing more strongly and effectively. Because of this we anticipate lowering our energy use and costs in the near future .The technician Jan V L was very professional and knowledgeable. He and his assistant, Josiah were very courteous, meticulous, patient and tidy with their work. We are very satisfied so far with the quality of service and highly recommend Allred Heating .

Highly disappointed with my business with Allred.

We got a heat pump installed based on their sales team suggestion. Either the system was faulty or installation was improper. We thought that heat pump will reduce utility bills but our gas bills have been significantly higher since installation. PSE bills also suggests that our house is costing way more than median neighbourhood cost. I have never seen it use heat pump and it’s mostly using gas.

I have tried calling Allred at least 10 times since installation, including original sales person but there hasn’t been any assistance. I also had someone for maintenance and they recommended that changing filter will resolve issue but I haven’t seen any improvement.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! You want a company that actually cares? Here they are! Real people taking your calls, awesome staff walking you through the process. No high pressure sales or cold calling... but real people doing honest work! Adam and Dan went above and beyond, exceeding all my expectations!!! AMAZING technicians! They deserve a raise, promotion and a bonus! I feel like breaking something just to have them back sooner! Needed a furnace replacemen. Called Tami to get a quote reasonably priced and great service by technicians Dan and Gavin completed installation in a timely manner. I would definitely rrecommend them for any heating or cooling service.

Great service from the team at the office to the sales person to the installer. I had 4 electrical heaters replaced in my condo recently and enjoyed working with Allred. Everyone was relaxed, personable, and took care of my space as they installed the heaters. I recommend them highly.

Rafael with Allred HVAC was excellent! Very thorough and communicative on all the work he did. He found a loose wire causing the unit to stop randomly, cleaned the filters replaced the igniter and cleaned several parts. He was helpful in explaining and solving the wiring issue with the new thermostatI I had. Highly recommend Rafael!!

Before you read this understand I am a person who is careful when I write reviews, but what Dan and Allred Heating and Air did for my family deserves recognition!

The night before one of the most important client events I’ve ever hosted, over 100 people coming to my home, I came back from a workout to find my Nest thermostat completely shut down with an error code (e74) I couldn’t fix. Panic set in. The thought of hosting all those people in a hot, uncomfortable house was overwhelming.

I did what anyone would do, I tried to troubleshoot and YouTube my way out of it. Literally, NOTHING worked!

In desperation, I called Dan just to ask for advice. Instead of brushing me off or scheduling something days out like most companies would, he immediately grabbed a truck from the shop and came to my house. On a Saturday. He then spent three hours working tirelessly to make sure our air conditioning was running perfectly again. On top of that took me and my 10 year old son along side to show us what changes he made and how to prevent further issues.

That level of commitment is rare. Honestly, it’s almost unheard of anymore. Dan didn’t just fix an HVAC issue, he saved an event that was critical for my business and gave me peace of mind when I thought I was going to lose it.

Thanks to him, my family can welcome our guests with confidence, knowing the house will be comfortable!

If you live in the greater South Sound area, do yourself a favor and call Allred Heating and Air. I have never met a company that cares more about their clients, and I’ll recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

OK, so I'm finally happy with my new Mitsubishi system from Allred, now that I've fought through the sales process, it's finally set up correctly, and I've gotten some instruction on how it actually works. Heats and cools our house quietly and efficiently.

I feel confident in the 12 year warranty that comes with the system - I paid $3000 more than the most competitive bid to get this and the peace of mind is well worth it. I did have to negotiate significantly to get to that, but from the post-sales service I've gotten, it's clear Allred cares about their existing customers and isn't just looking for the next sale.

The initial startup process for new systems could use some work - the crew that put in the system did a great job with the mechanical install, but failed to follow the manual to add the right amount of refrigerant. A knowledgeable tech came out right away to fix that.

6 weeks after install, it was time to switch from cool to heat. I did this, and the heat did not come on. I turned my secondary ductless unit off a day later, and the heat came on. I knew both split units had to be in either cool or hot, but I thought the main thermostat was the "master". After another service visit from another knowledgeable tech, it turns out the system crashes if you don't switch it in a particular order.

It sounds like Allred has some new procedures for startup now that will make things go more smoothly for future customers. For their sake, I think that's good and could save unnecessary service visits and make them more price competitive.

Everyone at Allred has been great! The communication was consistent and Brandon and Joe took the time to explain everything in detail to me and my dad. What a great company - they really care.

So far so good! My furnace went out so I was recommended to call Allred. The woman I spoke with to make the my diagnostic appointment was kind and patient with me knowing nothing about the furnace or how to explain what I was trying to explain ☺️. And she made sure to get someone out to me by the next morning, knowing I was at home with small children and animals. I declined till Monday, but I greatly appreciated the the urgency of getting a technician out. Another place I called wouldn’t have anyone available for a week. And today I had the pleasure of meeting Marc who went over details and showed me all the issues and did a very great job making sure I understood everything that was going on and wrong with my furnace. He made me feel extremely confident with my decision in choosing to move forward with Allred in purchasing a new furnace and installation. Also great pricing and different payment option to get you taken care of. I’m excited

I contacted Allred for help to evaluate my furnace after a different company came out for a maintence visit and shut off the heat and told me the furnace needed to be replaced and it would be 13k. Allred came out quickly and confirmed the problems with my furnace and offered options to replace the broken parts vs replacing the furnace for a MUCH more affordable cost. I appreciate that they reviewed options for replacing parts vs replacing the whole system and I felt they were very frank and honest with me about the life expectancy of the furnace with replacement parts vs a new furnace. Elected for a furnace replacement, which is pending, and a lot more affordable than the other company. I would recommend getting a quote from Allred before going with anyone else.

The Team at Allred was great. Tammi spent a lot of time walking me through the process and assuring my fears before hand. She was very patient, knowledgeable and consistent. When the crew showed up they worked quickly and efficiently. They did great work and were nice guys who were respectful to our property, and our schedules. So far we have been happy with the system as well.

Booked a service for our aging furnace. Our furnace works great, but wanted a safety checkup and routine service. Brandon was our technician and we couldn't have been more pleased with is level of service! He took time to explain how our system works, it's current condition and things to watch for. He was very thorough and even went beyond the basic service to investigate more and take picures of the inside of the heat exchangers. At the end of the service call Brandon presented several different options for replacement if we decide to go that route down the road, but was not pushy or overselling in any way. All said, he spent nearly 2.5 hours with us. This was the second time we have had Allred perform a furnace service and we have been very pleased both times! Highly recommend their company!

Technician showed up, with advanced notification, near the end of the prescribed window. My son was home and he had no complaints. My only concern is that I changed the 5” filter that fit perfectly with a 5” filter that I had to crunch a bit to get in. Why aren’t 5” filters a standard thickness. I cannot find the brand that was installed initially. &99 service with $10 tax was a good value.
