Constraction reviews in Burien, Washington

McBride is an honest and wonderful company! Had a great interaction with Melinda Fredricks, who was incredibly helpful and organized!

McBride is quite possibly the best construction services company I have had the pleasure to work with. I have had the opportunity to collaborate with them on small personal projects at my property, as well as professionally on a multi-house ADA adaptation project, and their commitment to quality, friendly and responsive staff, and extensive knowledge of their craft has always been consistent throughout. They also have a wide range of sub-contractors and relationships within the industry, greatly enhancing their ability to offer a wide range of services seamlessly, making it easier on the client through business relationships that allow them to find the right professionals for the job, every time. Connor McBride runs a great team with quality professionals that never disappoint! Five-star service!

Devin is top tier, couldn’t imagine working with someone better! McBride is lucky to have him. And a Red Sox fan too?!? Wow!!

If I could give more than a 5 star review, I would! I have worked with McBride twice now on reconstruction related to leaks in my condo. Both times, every single person I worked with has been tremendous. Professional, efficient, responsive and most of all, given the circumstances, tremendously kind. I want to especially call out Steven Engberg, who has provided estimates that were exceedingly accurate and cost-effective, and who has gone above and beyond his job requirements to make sure I was satisfied that the job was done well. I cannot recommend McBride highly enough!

I had an excellent experience working with Devin! He was knowledgeable, responsive, and always went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Highly recommend working with him!

Devin made the whole process easy and stress-free. He really knows his stuff and was always quick to answer questions or help solve problems. You can tell he takes pride in his work — I’d definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and hardworking professional in the construction industry. 👍🏼👍🏼

I highly recommend McBride Construction. They provided excellent communication during the pre-work, construction and post construction phases. I particularly wish to thank Kevin and Peter for their excellent work, flexibility, diligence and professionalism. These two people in particular, made a highly stressful repair and remodel manageable. I was impressed with the work quality and the fact that they met agreed upon deadlines. They showed up when they said and they and their subs completed the work in a timely and profession manner. I would enthusiastically recommend this team for any job.

I had a great experience with McBride Construction. We are so grateful that Kevin Lewis helped us navigate our kitchen rebuild. He was very good at being persistent with our insurance company. He was very detail oriented so that our insurance company had all of the information that they needed to reimburse us. He made numerous calls to our insurance adjuster. Melinda Fredricks throws the best office parties! I’ve heard incredible things about her creative mini golf setups — everyone said they had such a great time. She’s organized, imaginative, and always puts in the extra effort to make every event special. McBride is so lucky to have her!

McBride Construction worked on an apartment renovation project for me and did an excellent job! The team on my project was incredibly knowledgeable and knew exactly what they were doing. Easy 5 out of 5 stars.

Should I ever need work done in my condominium again, I would look no further than McBride Construction. I am thrilled with the restoration of my water ravaged home, starting with project manager Devin Pimental and his kind, conscientious, and thorough assessment of all the damage that had been done by a burst second-floor hot water tank. Following, were equally thoughtful and creative suggestions by Mario Jaramillo, who did some beautiful molding and millwork. And, I cannot say enough about the electrician who suggested a pair of great ceiling fans, the painter, who laid out such beautiful and precise applied surfaces, and the floor people who listened, and also suggested beautiful oak flooring that is exactly what I wanted. I am very grateful to those who shared not only their extraordinary talents, but who also generously shared their time. Many, many thanks.

McBride Construction remodeled our house after some major water damage and it is absolutely beautiful. Bob, Jeff, & crew were great to work with! I highly recommend them to anyone looking to do a renovation!
