Constraction reviews in Burien, Washington

McBride helped us repair the damage from a large tree that fell on our house during a storm. The work involved repairing roof trusses, replacing the roof and gutters, fixing siding, lots of interior framing and drywall reconstruction, and lots of finishing and paint work. They did a great job, and we are happy with the quality of the work.
Devin, the assigned estimator and project manager, did a great job throughout the whole process, working with our insurance company to get them to approve the scope of the work needed for such a large repair. This took countless back-and-forths with insurance and expertise in navigating their process. David, the project manager on site, ensured that all the work was done with quality and to our satisfaction.

Had a great experience working with Devin at McBride Construction. He clearly takes pride in his work and is extremely thorough. He was great with communicating with me every step of the way. Cant recommend more!

We have had the honor of working with Troy Brodgon and the McBride Construction team on several construction projects. This team truly stands out for their exceptional communication and professionalism. Their entire team consists of genuinely great people who are reliable, respectful and easy to work with. They quality of their work is the absolute best, every detail reflects their skill, care and pride in craftmanship. Highly recommend McBride!!

His professionalism and attention to detail make the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate his dedication and friendly approach—he goes above and beyond to ensure everything stays on track. I’d highly recommend McBride, especially Devin, to anyone looking for exceptional service and support.

I just wanted to take a moment to share how wonderful my experience has been working with Devin at McBride. From start to finish, he’s been attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly. He communicates clearly, follows up promptly, and makes even the more complicated parts of the process feel easy and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such a friendly, approachable demeanor. I couldn’t recommend McBride — and especially Devin — more highly!

McBride Construction is a great company overall, but Devin is definitely the standout! He’s super hands-on from start to finish, always makes sure things are running smoothly, and takes the time to answer any questions along the way. Really friendly, easy to communicate with, and just brings a positive attitude to everything. You can tell he really cares about the work and the people he’s helping.

If you are looking for a contractor to work with an insurance company on damage claims, I highly recommend McBride Construction, and specifically Kevin Lewis, Estimator. McBride has worked for me twice, once on a residential water damage claim and another on a commercial building fire damage claim. They provided estimates, managed the repairs, acted as the general contractor, when subcontractors were needed, negotiated directly with the insurance company regarding scope of work, costs, and schedule, and communicated effectively between all parties.

I worked with McBride (Kevin, Jesse, and others) on a water damage house project. I live in a three-floor townhouse and the water damaged area was the first floor. Kevin did a great job communicating with the insurance company, addressing my concerns, and answering my questions. He is always willing to help his clients solving the problems and I am really impressive by his client interface capability and project management skills. Additionally, he is good at negotiating with the insurance company and pushing back. Whenever I need supplement info, he is always able to provide all the information in a
timely manner. Than you, Kevin, for doing such an amazing job! I also wanted to thank Jesse, who always came on site working on the rebuilt, talking to the subcontractors, and listening to my request. You are amazing too, Jesse!
There is only one minor suggestion, sometimes there was a small gap between me as a client and the subcontractors, it would be more appreciated if McBride could provide with more info (sub-project timeline, decision making timeline, etc).
Overall, finally, I get a new first-floor area, with the help of McBride! I would highly recommend McBride (Kevin, Jesse) if you ever get gotten a chance to work with them! Thank you!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience with this pest control service. The technician arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and removed all the bugs quickly. My home feels clean, safe, and pest free again. I highly recommend their professional and affordable service to everyone.

Isidro and his team were great. They were meticulous and efficient with the installation of my garage roof. They provided expert advice and I would definitely use them again!

Isidro was knowledgeable, experienced and a pleasure to work with.

K-Single Corp. did a superior job replacing our storm damaged roof and related damage to the interior insulation, ceiling and painting. Their entire crew worked late into the evening to ensure our home was protected from additional weather related damage from rain and high winds. Jose seamlessly coordinated all aspects of the repair and kept us continually informed of the projects process. Daily cleanup was spotless and professional. A five star rating is not high enough for the professionalism and service we received from all members of the K-Single team.
Thank you, Fred & Sharon Bogath

Isidro and his team did a great job of roofing and adding gutters to our new construction backyard cottage. They are knowledgable, skilled, professional and took great care cleaning up after the job was complete. Highly recommend!

Contacted K Single Corp for a structural repair to my roof. They came out on a Friday to do the estimate and send they would email me with it on Monday. I never received the estimate, it's been 3 weeks and I've made several follow up calls without ever receiving a return phone call.

Isidro is fantastic! Very honest, straightforward and fun. What a nice guy and thereby flexible and workable in his approach. Sure there’s lots of roofing companies, and a Lotta good ones. but these guys are great and will always be smooth, and by the numbers. Their crews are professional, their vehicles are clean. They’re all smiles, on time and do quality work. A super good group! I not only highly recommend them, but use them regularly as my go to roofing and siding installers For my general contracting business. My customers are happy, and therefore I am happy. Thanks Isidro ! It’s a pleasure to leave this review!

Replaced old roofing with new top quality asphalt shingles selected by K-Single. Excellent workmanship done by caring employees who worked long hours each day to complete the job. Made a bit of a mess where old shingles were dumped from roof but issue was quickly resolved. We were impressed with their responsiveness to timely after hours response. Great work ethic by all. Even had them back for additional small project.

This company came highly recommended to me. I now understand why. They came out within days of my first call, to give me a quote on my roof leak. They were able to closely match my shingle color, and fixed everything in one day. It looks great and the leak is fixed. I would use them again if I have future issues.

Contacted K Single due to leaking roof - water coming in to the house. They were at the house within a day of calling, installed a temporary patch (that worked perfectly- survived heavy rains). Came out the next week to re-do the area including another potential problem area and completed the job on the day committed. Could not be happier with the service! Thank you!

Single K Corporation were a fine and professional experience. From the initial evaluation and estimate to the final product of a new and well-done flat roof the Team was terrific. Contract and payment made easy. Communication always available. Single K Corp is a very fine company and does very good work. Thank You

Great! Had a few small things to fix in my roof, including a leak. I was really impressed with the speed of response - they gave me an estimate within 24 hours of first contact, it took me a week to decide to hire them, and then they completed the work the same day I accepted the estimate. We've had several hard rains since the repairs and no more leaks. Communication was clear and complete including photos of all work done. No complaints.

K Single Corp. repaired our tile roof in June 2023. We are very satisfied with the work that the company did. We were impressed with the diligence of the crew, the long hours worked, and the clean-up job that the crew did.
Recently we had a problem and contacted the Contractor who immediately sent out a crew that worked diligently and solved the problem. We are pleased with the work done by K Single Corp.
