This review could easily be better if K Single didn't ghost us. I contacted them for a smaller job based on a recommendation from another roofing company. They had someone come to our property to assess, and the individual was very knowledgeable and easy to speak with. We were promised a quote within 2 days. 5 days later, I contacted K Single since we had not received a quote. No response, and no response after multiple more attempts to contact them. I understand that the job was small, but it would have been great to have had any type of communication back. Needless to say, we went with another company.

I had a siding contractor tell me my flat vinyl roof was in disrepair and needed to be replaced (it’s three stories up and we’d just moved in so I hadn’t bought a ladder tall enough to get up there). They were going to charge us $20k to replace, so I wanted a second opinion. K Single Corp sent an inspector out who combed across the entire roof and determined that it was fine. Two years later, the roof is still in great shape. Great service, HONEST team. When it does come time to replace this roof, this is who I will call.

Jose and the team at K Single Corp exceeded expectations. We could not be happier with the quality of their work and their customer service. They were responsive, on time, did excellent work and left the work site clean. They carefully explained what they would do and made sure that we were satisfied with the work.
Last January there was a storm that put a tree through our roof. Jose and team came out, cleaned up the tree and quickly secured the roof. Later they replaced the roof and gutters and left the work site better than they found it.
In July our garage was damaged and Jose and his team came out and replaced the garage center post and brought it up to code. They were fast and professional.
I have recommended K Single Corp to family and friends and plan to use them again.

K Single has completed two roof repairs for me; one on my house and one on a commercial building I own. Both jobs were done efficiently and professionally. I will use them again if the need for another roof repair becomes necessary.

The K Single Team was OUTSTANDING!!! I highly recommend their services to anyone. Isidro was so helpful and responsive including showing up in the wee hours of the morning to correct an issue due to a wind storm in the middle of my project! You could tell that each worker took pride in their work and wanted it to be right. They always worked hard to protect my house and cleaned up when they were done.

After being in my house for almost 50 yeas it was time for a new roof. I selected K Single Corp after getting 7 bids. They were not the lowest bid, but the staff were professional, helpful, and they had a senior discount. They brought 2 teams and completed the house and garage roof in 1 day. The foreman provided pictures for me to watch the progress because I could not climb up on the roof. Every member of the two on-site teams were great. And they did an outstanding job of removing all debris! From the bid to the payment all of the K staff provided a positive experience. A year later I noticed a water leak. They quickly sent a team of 2 to take a look and they discovered the chimney top had come loose. They added sealant and new screws to secure the chimney top & stop the leak. I do not know any roofing company who would quickly and politely respond, and make a repair that wasn't part of the original project. Please call K Single Corp & see for yourself that they rank above other roofing companies. You will soon have a company you can rely on to keep you roof in tip-top shape no matter how old your roof and you are. 😀

We were referred to K Single Corp when our solar installer informed us of a problem with our roof that wasn't picked up during inspection. We had to scramble fast to keep the project on track. K Single turned around a quote and start date super quick. The job was done great and we're well satisfied. Good work under pressure.

We recently contracted K Single Corp to repair and reconstruct our bedroom level deck. Isidro Amaya was prompt in providing us an estimate of the cost and scheduling our repair dates. The repair crew arrived at the scheduled times and worked diligently for several days keeping the area protected from the weather throughout. They were very professional and kept us informed of their progress. When more extensive water damage was found than originally anticipated, they showed us their findings and explained exactly what further repairs were needed. When the work was done they did an excellent job of cleaning up the work area. We have been very pleased with the results and professionalism of everyone at K Single Corp. We would definitely consider hiring them again for any future general contracting home project.

Very happy with the service. We had a leak from portion of our flat roof. Another company came fix it without any luck. Wanted a second opinion and called K single corp.They came quoted with a bid slightly lower than the other companies but for larger scope of work.

During repairs, they discovered several other issues on other part of the roof. They did a patch for free for me. After their fix, our roof has been safe and sound. Very happy with the result.

I had K Single install a PVC roof and James Hardie siding on my house. Isidro and his crews were punctual, professional, and a pleasure to deal with which is not the norm when it comes to dealing with contractors'. I will use them as much as possible for future jobs', and highly recommend them.

Great service and fair and honest pricing. I needed some repairs and the normal roofing company was only doing new roofs at the time, so they referred me to K Single. They came out to examine the areas. When I mentioned that since I had similar vents on the other side of the house, they should do preventative work and replace them. But he insisted on climbing up and checking -- and came back and said there was no need to replace those as well. A lesser company wouldn't have bothered to check.

I had a great experience with K Single Corp. I had some fascia and soffit repairs done. Their crew was professional and courteous, and they stayed late to get everything done in one day, and the results looked great. I would recommend them.

We purchased our home 14 years ago. Our roof started to leak. After investigating the cause, it was apparent there were significant issues that required a new roof. We used the usual sources such as recommendations from friends and reviews from public sources such as Google, Next Door, Etc. We received 4 quotes all of which were very close in price. We selected K Single Corp based upon other reviews and the thoroughness of their proposal. Isidro Amaya, The Project Manager was also very responsiveness to questions regarding scope of work.

When the construction crew removed the existing shingles, and tar paper, it was apparent the original tongue and groove underlayment that was installed when the home was built in 1955 was severely damaged and needed to be replaced. I was aware of this potential issue and estimated the material and labor cost to replace the underlayment. The price K Signal quoted was less than anticipated. Having been in the construction industry for over 30 years, I know number of other contractors would take advantage of this change order and escalate the price to increase profit. This would require trying to negotiate the change order and potential arguments. It was refreshing and commendable that K Signal took a different approach.

The entire construction team was friendly, talented, respectful, hardworking and consensus. Isidro was great to work with. I would not hesitate to use them again.

K Single Corp previouslt helped me patch a leak caused by a wind storm and age, and inspected the rest of the roof to give me a fair estimate on the remainder of time my roof had left. they did not push me at all as they gave it a couple more years. I opted to go ahead and replace the roof to best preserve the house, and they offered me a very reasonable rate and even took the care and extra steps to add plywood over the old fashioned build style lumber roof for my very old home to ensure coverage with the warranty. The office and the crew were all kind and professional, and the crew worked very hard on my steep angled roof, and after the job was done they even located any extra debris that fell into foliage from the removal of the old shingles. I had an excellent experience and am so thankful!

They replaced siding around a large window when other companies were nervous to take on the project. They also were able to custom rebuild windows that were rotting and 40 years old so that they marched the rest of the house.

True finishing carpentry skills were required to do this and it turned out perfectly.
