Constraction reviews in Burien, Washington

We had a new roof put on our garage and painted the exterior. K Single was good on the price and the quality looks great. Will use them again in the future.

Isidro promptly conducted the roof repair assessment, delivering an estimate immediately. The crew arrived just one week later and completed the repair quickly and efficiently.

Love the new front porch, stairs and pavers. From beginning to end K Single Corp. did a great job. I will definitely use them again for other projects!

Just a note to tell you how impressed we are with your crew and the excellent work they did repairing our roof yesterday. Wow! It looks amazing! But even more, I was impressed with the quality of service you provided. Your willingness to change the roofing color at the last minute when you noticed it would not match, no, insisted it be changed, went above my expectations. This concern and attention for detail has made a huge difference in the outcome. It is elegant. Your crew also left the premises perfectly cleaned after finishing the job and were watchful in protecting the abundance of bushes and trees they had to work around in our landscaping. Very impressive! Finally, we appreciate that you took the time ahead of the work, to get on our steep roof and personally examine the scope of damage, show us with photos the needed repair, and suggested solutions we might have to resolve the issue. Very helpful and revealing of your competence and the integrity of the company you represent. We are so glad we decided to choose K Single Corp for our roofing project. Thank you for a job well done!

Gratefully,

Isidro and his crew are fantastic. Isidro is prompt to investigate an issue when asked, thorough in his explanation on the problem & solution, and never pressured me to do something if it didn’t seem necessary. He is fair in his pricing and upfront with the costs. His crew was kind, clean, and timely. They worked really hard and treated my home with care. I highly recommend this company for any issues with your roof, siding, and/or balcony.

K Single was recommended to me by roof company (new roofs only) since I originally thought my job was a roof repair (leak). The original roof company wouldn’t follow up with me. K single did a better diagnosis and not only repaired internal water damage but repaired multiple siding areas that contributed to the leak. I am very happy with their work, painting quality, professionalism and responsiveness. They have competitive prices too and felt they were honest and played no games. I would hands down use them again.

We were extremely pleased from start to finish with the painting project from KSingle Corp. Everyone was extremely professional and most importantly the work by painter Fabian and his crew was exceptional. We were dealing with challenging changing weather conditions but he was extremely accommodating and knew exactly how to evaluate the situation. He and his crew were superb, hard workers. We would highly recommend KSingle for any projects based on our experience with them.

I had a great experience with K Single Corp Roofing. They did excellent work, finished earlier than expected, and left everything clean and tidy before they left. The crew was professional, efficient, and their pricing was very competitive. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing roof work!

Fantastic crew to work with. We hired K Single to redo our PVC Roof, build an awning, install solatubes, and paint our house. Isidro was very responsive throughout the whole process. He initially came to our house in Dec 2023 and worked through our timeline and revisions, starting the project in Sept 2024.

During the project, we had a few surprises/delays, and Isidro's Team was very responsive in getting things back on track. I also appreciated K Single Corp team making me aware of potential issues rather than taking shortcuts without my input (recurring theme with other contractors we've worked with).

I would highly recommend K Single Corp for your roofing projects. The budget was exactly in line with their estimate and timing was faster than expected. While the painting was overall good, I would primarily recommend K Single for roofing. You can see the awesome work before and after in the photos attached.

The best, most caring and professional company we have ever experienced. Not only was the new roof done quickly and perfectly, Jose and his crew found a long time leak and fixed it! Very reasonable pricing for such a good product all around!

Quality materials and craft, attention to detail and timely, low key service that went beyond expectations at each turn. The new shingles and gutters look top notch. Our roof replacement needed extra attention, with some rot and sub par ventilation behind the old gutters. The onsite foreman offered a superior solution that eliminates our longtime maintenance issues and looks better than expected. The overages were fair and predictable. K Single took our plans for a hipped door overhang and the carpentry team did an amazing, patient job of bringing it to life, taking care to rebuild the affected siding, without compromise. The crew was courteous and friendly at every turn, leaving a pristine work site each day. We'll be recommending these guys for years to come.

K Single was recommended by another roofing company and we are really glad that we went with them. Out of all the estimates we received, not only that K Single's was the most competitive for our TPO flat roof and deck, but their assessment was the most straightforward, non-nonsense, practical solution-oriented. (They give free estimates!) The team started on schedule as they promised. Our decking and roofing project ended up taking much longer than expected because they found some unexpected damage. Throughout the many weeks, they worked with us superbly, coordinating with other contractors' schedules and evaluating each new development and changing course with the project as was needed. The weather during this run the whole gamut from a few rainstorms to an extreme heat dome, and they were always here when needed to protect the uncovered roof areas and make progress. When we finally got to the point that the deck and roof was ready to go up, they worked promptly and with precision. The deck is beautiful and the roof is holding up well in the heaviest of October rains. Highly recommend K Single!!!!!

Great company! Amazing work! Exceptionally professional team, they took the time to make sure the new roof was perfect. I have an older home, a 1937 Tudor. To install a new roof isn't something easy, older homes take longer, need more attention to detail and can be a work in progress. You never know what will show up.

This company delivered! It took more days than they said but I was fine with it, this isn’t a new home with a more modern roof slope. The roof is guaranteed for 30 years and it looks wonderful!

Here are before and after photo's.

I'm a business owner in Seattle, WA and we have a flat roof that needed multiple repairs. I really enjoyed working with K Single Corp Roofing company. They were responsive, quick to respond to emails, and the crew that came out were some awesome hard workers! They were able to articulate the work they did for us and were as friendly as can be. I would recommend K Single Corp roofing company.

Really enjoyed working with K Single Corp Roofing! They came to check out a leak in my roof and offered several options for repair as well as recommendations to prevent future issues. They were affordable and completed my roof repair the next day. I very much appreciate their kind approach, and how quickly they got the repairs done considering how much rain was on the way!

I would definitely recommend their company, and if you have a torch down roof, they do work with this!

Perfect experience! We had a difficult roof line and a structural challenge. The estimator worked with me to come up with a beautiful and creative solution. The job was to replace a fabric awning with a metal roof with installation of gutters and a downspout to drain into the existing cistern. The team worked well together, focused on the details and went above and beyond. They left the porch cleaner than on arrival! I have already asked them to estimate another job for me.

My job was very challenging- actively leaking torchdown flat roof in winter over the holidays during an atmospheric river.
If there were 10 stars this company deserves all of them-professionalism, integrity, responsiveness, quality workmanship, and reasonable prices. Another roofing company referred me, the highest compliment, so they passed the initial vetting process. After doing my due diligence-interviewing and getting 5 other estimates, researching BBB, google, yelp and state L & I databases (all with stellar reviews), it sealed the deal. No upselling, pressure sales, or empty promises/ warranties from Ray.
This is also a”one stop shop”. While I waited for a break in weather, Erik the great placed a temporary torchdown over the leak - at no additional charge. Though my roof was only 10 yrs old it had been incorrectly done. They quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed the submerged pipe, replaced all of the plywood, lined it, and safely torch downed- truly a lost art. Then the drywall team - the “super Mario brothers” - swooped in and drywalled and painted the interior-15 foot ceilings. They also repaired and painted the trim around my door.
The only hesitation of leaving this review is that I don’t want them to get so busy that they won’t have time for me! Indeed, I am a loyal customer as long as I own my house.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Reliable dryer vent cleaning service with excellent customer support. They completed dryer duct cleaning, lint removal, and airflow restoration thoroughly. My dryer runs quieter now, and laundry dries much quicker after only one professional cleaning appointment with their experienced and friendly technicians.

I absolutely love this place!

Called and was able to get an appointment same day. Josh was very professional, used shoe covers even with out me asking, took them on and off every time he came and went from house. He troubleshot and solved my issue quickly. got my AC back up and running fast. Fantastic company from BMR Company that I will for sure use again.
