Drew was outstanding. Did great Work has a great sense of humor and really knew what he was talking about. He seems to be the only plumber that everybody In our association is using. Once you find somebody good, you stick with it.!

We've worked with Simpson Plumbing before, we have always felt like it was a fair, trustworthy company. Today, we had Adam out for quote to replace our hot water heater tank, he was very professional, kind and thoroughly explain what needed to be done.

And a week ago before leaving on vacation, I went to shut my main water valve off in my closet, and the handle broke, called Simpson plumbing during my vacation to set up a fix when I got home and since some plumbing sent Kenny Heflin To my house to fix a problem very professional nice quick easy fix I would use them again

Our water heater started leaking, and Alex had it replaced and running early the next day. He also took the time to show us where the water shut off was, how the controls on the water heater worked, and too light the pilot. He was polite and professional.

Great guys and great service! They fixed a problem that another plumber said needed a $950 repair. The repair that was required was priced fairly and done expeditiously and professionally. Ashton led the job and did great! Final result is I will use Simpson in the future for my plumbing needs.

We just installed the Honest Water Purification system Diamond. The County Water is awful and packed with cancer causing toxins. This should become common knowledge. Definitely reach out to Simpson Plumbing to get the best and most pure water coming out of your faucet for your kids, family, and friends.

I recently had Simpson Plumbing repipe my home after experiencing several costly leaks with pex pipes. This was particularly painful since my insurance company, State Farm, denied coverage of a burst pipe (they are no longer my insurance company). On a positive note Simpson provided a very competitive bid to repipe and performed an excellent job and were extremely conciencencious. While the entire team doing the work were great the standouts were Drew preparing the bid and managing the project and Andrew who ensured the job was completed on time and everything was in order before he left working into the evening. While I wouldn't want to do the repipe again, I wouldn't hesitate to have Simpson again. Experience and professionalism make a difference. Highly recommended!

Adam was exceptional... the area that we need repaired will be handled in the Spring. He also looked at our Rinnai system they installed 12 years ago and everything is ok. I had someone come out to see if my tankless water heater could be flushed, on my 12-year-old home. The previous owners never did any maintenance. Drew came out, did an inspection of the water heater and walked me through what could be done and what could not be done, explaining everything and the rationale behind each point. (I was educated that if you do not flush a tankless water heater at least once every 1 to 2 years, then, especially with hard water, deposits will form and if you try to flush it with those deposits in place, it could cause a major leak . This is primarily due to the deposits acting as a plug for any worn piping within the unit itself). The pricing was up front for any services that they recommended. For the inspection, I was not billed. Very happy with this company, and when my tankless water heater comes out, which will likely be soon, I'm planning on using Simpson.

Simpson Plumbing was able to get out quickly to help with a leak in our kitchen. Alex came out and took care of the issue and also took a look at our hot water heater. While inspecting the water heater he also noticed that the valve on our water bypass for our whole house filter system was not in the right position.

Drew was amazing! He came to look at our drainage issue in the sinks and was very honest about pricing. Walked me through how to fix them if I would rather do it myself. Very knowledgebale, friendly, and I would definitely use them again!

Adam is really good at his craft, we had a broken pipe under the house. He came to our house and got right on it and fixed it in no time. We really appreciate the whole crew at Simpson Plumbing, all are very wonderful & professional people😊
