The technician arrived roughly 25 to 30 minutes after the call was made. The leak was repaired with nonferrous material so there should be no problem ever again. The technician was very professional and explained everything he was doing.

Chris with Proline came out to service my tankless water heater. Great guy. Knew exactly what to do. Quick, efficient. Very knowledgeable. Have added him to my calendar for next year.

We appreciated Tyrone's expertise, friendliness and timeliness. He quickly solved a garbage disposal issue and taught us how to do a small fix on our own for a second project. He also helped us realize that a foul smell coming from our walls was not plumbing related (thank god!), but rather a dead rodent (thank god?). The lesser of the two evils, I suppose. Anyway, we will be calling Proline in the future!

I had a different plumbing company come to my house regarding a hot water issue and the plumber they sent couldn't even figure out what the problem was let alone attempt to fix it. Yes, my hot water heater and pipes were good and no leaks, etc. So this company, Proline Plumbing & Sewer, was my second opinion. I was, and still am, astonished by the expertise, quick diagnosis, honest insight, and exceptional service/repair! The Technician, Tony, as well as Proline will be highly recommended by me moving forward.

We had a cracked pipe under our kitchen sink that was leaking even after turning off our water. Proline was the only plumber that could come the same day. Chris and Eddie arrived within 3 hours of our initial call and efficiently
took care of the problem. They even spent the extra time to explain why the pipe failed and tips on how to prevent it in the future. I highly recommend Proline!

$800 for a tub spout and less than 1 hour of work is a ripoff. Misdiagnosed leak, wanted to charge me $1700 on top of the $800 I had already spent to fix what ended up being a leaky drain. (Took me 15 min to fix after they left!) Pro plumber would've identified immediately, and follow-up with office manager is useless. There are WAY better choices in Camas Washougal - use this plumber at your own risk!

My outdoor hose bib has been leaking for over a year and my bathtub since it was installed three years ago doesn’t hold water. Tyrone arrived analyzed the problem with the bathtub drain stopper and remedied the situation for the time being, a new part will have to be installed. As for the hose bib, a new faucet was installed and no more leaky faucet! Tyrone was thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. He also answered some other plumbing questions. Highly recommend Proline Plumbing!

Tony with Proline came out to change out a kitchen faucet. He was very courteous and explained the costs and the job before starting. We had a very good experience dealing with Tony and Proline, and will call on them for any future plumbing needs.

Hello, Proline sent Chris over the afternoon before a snow storm hit. He did a great job getting us set up (water heater for radient heating) so that we weren't in freezing temperatures in the house for 3 days. Unfortunately, the storm was worse than expected and Chris had a hard time getting home that night. This is the type dedication and professionalism that is tough to come by in today's world. Great same-day service. They adjusted their schedule to fit me in since I had to shut off my water for a leak. Technician was actually able to perform the repair before the schedule time so that was awesome. He called beforehand to let me know. Leak was repaired in a VERY timely manner. Proline was awesome in every which way from communication to the actual repair. In and out with no hassles, no lame upselling. I am 100% satisfied with my experience.

Proline was only plumber of the four I contacted who came to my rescue on a Saturday afternoon. They were so professional. Answered the phone (no answering service) and set me up for an appointment within 2 hours. I love the dispatch system they use that sends automated text messages with updates. I called Proline Plumbing & Sewer because my sprinklers would not shut off. I was charged $721 to cut a pipe and put a cap on it, and now the sprinklers are fully non-functional (At least they're not on anymore). Breakdown of cost: $200 to get the plumber out, $75 diagnostic fee, $389 to cut and cap the pipe, $57 tax. After the diagnosis was made, the $389 charge was less than 5 minutes of work -- cut a plastic pipe, unscrew the cut piece, and screw a cap on. Full job was less than an hour total.

The tech was friendly and helpful. My review is entirely based on the cost, and failure to fix the issue (Sprinklers still don't work).

The folks in the office at Proline Plumbing were helpful, kind, patient, efficient and friendly.
The technician Eddie arrived when expected. He was knowledgable, very patient with my questions and chattering. He found the problem immediately and fixed it right away showing concern for my not having hot water.
I highly, without exception recommend Proline and trust Eddie to take care of any plumbing problem.

Our warranty company sent our work order to another company that couldn’t get us in for 5 days even though we had to shut off water to our entire house. Proline saved the day! They were able to come that afternoon. The office staff was great getting us scheduled, we received a text with tracking so we knew when they were arriving and Tyrone resolved the problem quickly and got our water back on by mid day. So appreciative!!

Eddie was prompt and professional when he came to cap my gas line. He let me know it would be too expensive to be worthwhile to remove it entirely, which I appreciated. He was willing to do extra work to cut my old oil lines down to the floor. He even took the time to look at my leaky washer before he left. When he and his co-worker left I felt good about the money spent.

I’ll also say, being an LGBT homeowner it can be nerve wracking to have strangers come to do work for you. We had nothing to worry about there.
