I have a home that is 115 years old and after a leak in my main water line was discovered I reached out to multiple companies for a quote to replace my line. Adam came to my home after requesting a visit the evening before, so they were there within 12 hours. Adam was very informative. He was very respectful. He took time to explain what was going to happen and went into my crawlspace and explained how they were going to reattach a new main waterline. I will say that of all the companies that I had come out to give me a quote he is the only one that looked at my current plumbing situation. He also is the only one that recognized that I did not have a water pressure regulator and that my current water psi was about double what it should be.

I received multiple quotes the following day, and I will be honest and say that Simpson plumbing was not the cheapest, but it was the most detailed quote that I received, including everything such as traffic control for project. This made me consider the possibility that their quote was more because it actually had all of these things included whereas the other quotes that I received would probably have gone up once the project was contracted. Nothing is more frustrating that signing a contract for a price that then increases once the work is completed.

The current construction at my house had to halt until this project was completed, but they were able to get this on the books and done within the week. They came out on time they were respectful of my home, and my property and I couldn’t recommend this company more

It is very hard to navigate big projects in a home, it’s hard to know if you’re ever making the right decision by people you choose to complete projects in your home. But I will say that from my very first interaction with this company, I knew that I wanted to use them because I felt the most comfortable with them. Even though the cost may have been a little bit more, they thoroughly explained in detail the quote and the work that was going be done and I really appreciated that in the end.

Needed my water heater replaced and settled on Simpson Plumbing based on reviews and information provided on their website. Adam came out and gave me a reasonable estimate, so I booked the replacement. Andrew and Ashton arrived promptly and started working. I live in a manufactured home, so the process was not seamless and it took quite a bit longer than normal due to issues found along the way. These guys were great, keeping a positive attitude and going above and beyond to make sure everything was installed and working properly. This company is extremely knowledgeable with incredible customer service.

Adam and Alex that did the instillation were both knowledgeable and very polite. I had a new hot water heater installed and the water regulator. All went well. Not sure if price was good or not since they were the first company I called and just went with it.

Today we had Simpson Plumbing replace our hot water heater. The old one was past its time, plus too small. The new one is a looker! Adam G installed the new equipment, and he took plenty of time to educate us about how it works. He was professional at all times. The job was finished efficiently, and we are happy with the outcome.

Alex was extremely helpful with understanding the condition of our current hot water tank, along with being very helpful answering questions about all available options. He thoroughly described pros and cons of each alternative and helped us reach the best solution for our situation. He went above and beyond answering other, unrelated inquiries also!
Update: Adam performed the install, which was excellent. In fact, my father-in-law was so impressed with his professional and skill that he paid the remainder of the balance for us! Thanks Adam and also Alex!

I had a great experience working with Drew at Simpson Plumbing. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain what was going on, even when the news wasn’t great. I really appreciated how informative and straightforward he was, breaking down the issues in a way that was easy to understand and walking me through all the repair options without pressure. His honesty, professionalism, and clear communication made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I’d absolutely recommend Simpson Plumbing.

Today we had Simpson plumbing install a new water shut-off valve, a pressure reducer and a whole house filter. Having engaged them over the last 10 years, we trusted them to continue to do what they do well. They have a good team of folks and our professional and consistent.

I discovered a leak in my water heater at 3 p.m. on a Friday, and Adam truly went above and beyond by coming out late to take care of it. He clearly explained every step of the repair and had everything fixed within an hour. He even took the extra time to help me reprogram my hot water circulating pump. On top of that, he noticed the breaker for the water heater was undersized and recommended it be corrected to ensure our safety. I highly recommend Adam and Simpson Plumbing for any plumbing needs.

I had a water heater leaking issue and contacted 3 local companies. Simpson plumbing responds to the request very promptly. Alex Power came to the house on the same day, determined what needs to be done, and did replacement the 2nd day. Alex is professional, clear on communications, answered all the questions, and did excellent work - all with minimal/no interruption of our daily life. I can't be happier with Simpson plumbing and Alex Power!

Drew Davies came and installed our honest water whole home filter. What a difference. We have a well thats contaminated with agricultural runoff chemicals and iron. No more contaminated water for us to drink, cook or shower with. The system is awesome and Drew did an awesome job! Thank you team Simpson. Life changing product.

Drew went thru what the plan of attack would be to do the job. He also gave me a bid on worst case scenario. I will take photos after the location team has located at wires we need to avoid. Gave him a deposit for the job. I had a good experience with the whole team that worked after 6pm to make sure i had water and was happy with all there work. YES I was. Thank you to the whole team.

Simpson Plumbing recently replaced our 50-gallon gas water heater, and the experience was smooth and professional.The technician was patient, explained everything clearly, and the installation was clean and well organized. Communication was proactive with clear estimates and updates. Overall a reliable and professional service. We feel confident in the work.

A job well done. I was very happy that Tyrone was the one doing the work. He communicates well and explains what he is doing and why he is doing it that way. I would recommend and use Proline again especially if Tyrone is the one doing the work.

Buyer beware! I do not recommend Proline plumbing for two reasons. 1. $125 for an estimate that took 10-15 minutes is unreasonable. 2. The quote I received off of that visit was nearly twice as much as I received from another service or online research. I contacted Proline to work through this with them and they declined to refund my money or revise the quote.

First - I knew and agreed to the $125 but expected a thorough evaluation of my pressure regulator valve. From talking to other plumbers these valves typically last 10+ years but can run into issues ahead of that time (mine is 4.5 years old). Proline simply looked at the valve and said its internals were bad. After I went elsewhere they walked me through a simple adjustment (I did it myself) solving my issue. ProLine said this is a temporary fix and I will update this review if that turns out to be the case.

Assuming it is bad seemed lazy and not worth the $125 fee. I called and asked for a refund after explaining my challenges with the service I had received. A partial refund would have been acceptable given they did come out but it was a polite no.

As a side bar I was told I would be contacted the next day after my initial complaint was filed with ProLine. I had to call back twice, giving 48 hours between calls, to get an answer. Again, doesn't feel like the customer matters much here.

Second - I received a quote to replace the valve that was over $900 plus another $200 to install an emergency shut off! The range I had found online was $200-$500 max! The second service I spoke with quoted me at $200 + parts! This is simply unacceptable and is ethically questionable at best.

Bottom line is I strongly urge future customers to look elsewhere. If you do choose proline I am sure they do good work but do your homework and don't get overcharged!!!

A $ 100. service fee is nothing compared to what we might have been charged had we not had AHS!! My husband wasn't completely sold when I signed up. He said, "what's going to happen?" , He also told me that I was spending money on a "what if attitude". Until last week...... When he saw that all I had to do was put in a request and pay the service fee he was speechless!!!! Tyrone is very professional and helpful. He detected the problem with the leak under my floor quite easily. However he was not able to fix it, that will require an AC technician.

Their Technician Chris is prompt and honest. He installed my new kitchen faucet quick and professionally. Good job!
