You were great! Communication was key and i was very happy with the service . American Home shield was the major delay in ordering parts but RPS was right on it once we had parts!

Our experience with RPS appliance repair has been amazing! Our dishwasher was not working and was leaking and they came out quickly and had parts ordered and installed within just a few days. Very friendly staff both in person and on the phone. It's great to have knowledgeable people that are able to come and do the repairs and also educate on how to keep your appliances running better for longer!

RPS Appliance Repair and their technicians are amazing. The gentleman showed up on time, and performed their diagnosis and repairs to our electric dryer in no time. Super satisfied with the service and support all around.

Cameron was my technician. He was punctual and very personable. Two of my kids were running around and making noise and he expressed nothing but patience. I would give 6 stars if I could.

Came out and diagnosed the dryer, ordered parts, then came back and replaced them when they arrived. Very good service, you can see online where the technician is and you get a text when he is about 20 minutes away . Very happy with the service

Cejay was very knowledgeable and did a great job on my refrigerator repair! He answered all questions I had and gave some excellent advice! Definitely want Cejay to work on my appliances should they fail again. My refrigerator was still under warranty with Lowe’s so I had to pay nothing but would gladly pay if need be for his services!

Service representative was a very nice person. He took his time to show us what went wrong with our machine. He was quite knowledgeable. We appreciated his thorough work and politeness.

Showed up on time. Fixed the problem didn’t charge us because it was something dumb I will call 253 again.

I recently hired 253 Electric to replace two outdated electrical panels and install a backup generator, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, Mike was professional and highly knowledgeable.

Very responsive. Technician is knowledgeable on EV chargers and make sure the load is calculated correctly - that’s super important for us since it’s directly related to the safety. The job was done perfectly for our wall charger and the cost is very reasonable. We would use 253 Electric for our future electric services.

Mike did a great job, was very knowledgeable and professional, and a really nice person. This is the 2nd time he has helped us and is very affordable!

If you're thinking about any electrical work at home, I definitely suggest Mike. He's super meticulous and really takes pride in his craft. He made multiple visits to discuss our options and never rushed through the project, going over everything with great attention to detail.
