What an amazing team! I would highly recommend! We lost power to all our outlets in our kitchen which affected our refrigerator which is a big deal while having small children in the house. Mike and Micah came out quickly and were able to find the problem and resolve quickly. Mike was extremely informative and walked us through exactly what happened so we could clearly understand the issue. Thank you Mike and Micah for everything! Definitely my go to guys from now on for all electrical needs.

I was thoroughly amazed at the find fast service from 253 electric! I have told so many friends and clients about their exemplary service.
I called with an emergency full house power fade at my home in Orting Wa. Mike responded so quickly and within a half an hour, arrived and concluded the problem appeared to be outside the home. I was able to get the power company to come out and fix the problem thanks to his help.

Mike is very professional and knowledgeable. We had a small job that quickly became more complicated dealing with a piece of equipment that was still under warranty. He communicated with the company via voice and pictures. The item was replaced under warranty saving me a lot of money, and now works perfectly. Mike charged very little, he was more interested in resolving the issue than making money. That’s how you provide great customer service. Will definitely use in the future and highly recommend.

253 Electric are very professional and patient. They take the time to do their work professionally. My light was very complicated but they made sure they went out of their way to install this complicated chandelier. They are the best I could recommend them to anyone they know what they are doing.

We hired Mike from 253 Electric to help troubleshoot a problem that has been driving us crazy for a while now. Essentially, what was happening was every time a computer was being used in a room, it would trip the circuit breaker.

We had another local company come out and try fixing the issue but stated there was nothing wrong with the circuit or the computer. To no avail, they were not any help and still charged us a $300 service/show up fee.

Mike was different, he was prompt and very communicative with us from first arriving and diagnosing the issue to following -up several days after fixing the problem. He kept eliminating root causes and kept working the problem with us. He didn’t just throw his hands up and go, everything checks out, nothing we can do. He kept working the problem, that’s another level of customer service for sure.

The resolution to our infuriating problem was the builder of our home and their electrical subcontractor “back-stabbed” all of the connections in the house and didn’t properly secure wire nuts causing a short in the system. Mike rewired all of the outlets and light fixtures on that circuit and fixed the problem with ease.

If you have an electrical problem and want somebody who is friendly, timely, communicative and most importantly honest and competent, we highly advise hiring 253 Electric and ask for Mike, you will not be disappointed.

I can’t say enough good things about 253Electric, LLC. They completed the full electrical installation for my new mini-split HVAC system and did an outstanding job from start to finish. The work was clean, professional, and clearly done with attention to detail.

In addition to the HVAC install, they replaced a broken light socket in my laundry room and added a new 4-plug outlet in my basement — which previously had no wiring at all. Everything was done efficiently and up to code.

The best part? It passed state inspection on the first go with zero corrections needed. That says everything about the quality of their work.

We were very pleased with our experience working with 253 Electric. They did excellent work and were reasonably priced. We had the electric panel for our house replaced and we had them bring the indoor electric up to code. They replaced all light switches; evaluated and/or replaced all lights inside and outside, and hardwired and synced all fire alarms. They got permits before starting work and scheduled the inspection after completion. Mike, Lonny and Mika explained what they were doing and were very professional. We will continue to use them in the future and will highly recommend them to others!

You want someone that takes their job serious and does work like if it was his own home, 253 did that exactly for me.

I had the privilege of getting to meet Mike, who owns and operates 253 Electric. I just recently purchased a home in the Puyallup area that needs some serious electrical work. The garage is full of outlets but they have been terminated incorrectly for the most part. I was concerned about that and asked him to come take a look as well as install a range of outlets throughout my back patio space. This was such a quick turnaround, within a day I received the quote, agreed to the affordable price, and had scheduled the install. This is a pretty cool layout in my opinion. Mike and his apprentice completed the install with 6 outlets available in our grill station and an additional 4 available along the pergola. The lights are controlled by a Leviton wireless switch that gives me the option to turn the lights on and off from a mobile app.

Besides the scope of work, Mike was professional, clean with his work, and provided a high quality result. The best part about this project was that we discussed what I “would like to have” and he brought it to life. I have a lot of confidence in 253 Electric and plan to work with them on several projects throughout my home in the future, highly recommend contracting with them. The pictures show the final product from circuit breaker panel to the pergola, this was definitely worth taking the photos of!

I reached out to them to get a manual transfer switch installed and the entire experience was great.
After my initial inquiry it only took a few hours for them to call me back and schedule a time for an estimate. The estimate was very thorough and they answered all of my questions. After meeting with them, I felt like I had a good understanding of everything that needed to be done. Once the estimate came in, it had different options depending on what I wanted to do and how much I wanted to spend or save. The price was very reasonable.
Once we had a date scheduled, they showed up and did all the work in just a few hours. After they were done they showed me how to use it and explained in detail all of components and what it would be powering.
I will 100% use them again in the future!
