Glad we were able to find RPS! The scheduling process is super easy and you can do it all online or over texts which is nice to avoid phone calls.

I need to rectify a wrong. I mistakenly gave this company.One star thinking that I was rating my warranty company. I have to tell you that they went above and beyond. To squeeze me in at the last minute because I didn't have a working washing machine. They initially only had appointments for a week away and then found a way to squeeze me in within twenty four hours. I appreciate the professionalism and yeah, the speed in which they worked. They even called to follow up with me when they received my rating. They cared enough to find out how they could have made their service better. I work for a company who thrives or sinks on surveys, so I know how important that is. Thank you for caring enough to follow-up.

Highly recommend RPS Appliance. They were so helpful and got us on their schedule super fast and were literally half the amount we were quoted by another company. When we had another issue between our service call and the date they were coming to install new parts they came back in less then 2 hours from the time I called. Both the Tech and the office were great to work with! I feel like we finally found a reliable and reasonably priced appliance repair company and will definitely be using them for all our appliance needs!

RPS and Ceejay.. absolutely the best. I was stupid. A 20 second fix by CeeJay. A word for everyone. Power off and on your appliances before calling in a trouble ticket. Now I have to face up to my embarrassment and I hear CeeJay sitting around the crew table telling his teammates about his first "idiot" call of the day.

This was the first time we used RPS Appliance Repair. We were referred to them by our insurance company and I could not be happier with the service, the repair, and the professional communication. Sean was outstanding. We will use the future.

I am so glad Cameron came out to fix our washer! Another company had ‘fixed’ the slight leak and left the machine leaking like a sieve! So I was lucky enough to get a new/different company RPS!!! And Cameron came out! He was amazing, locating the issue right away! Apparently the previous tech from the other company NEVER hooked up one of the hoses inside and it was left dangling inside spraying water on fills and draining - i could not believe what I saw…. Cameron fully tested everything and even dried out the inside and then proceeded to educate me in the use of detergent and how to do the CLEANING cycle complete with tablets from
amazon. I was so impressed and so happy to not having anymore leaking!!! Cameron is fantasric and really cares about doing a thorough job!!!

The repair of our 2021 Bosch dishwasher SHXM78Z55N went smoothly. There was a lower insulation rubber barrier/flap that had dropped down at bottom of front door and appeared torn from use. The repair involved ordering the part and returning about 2 weeks later to replace that part without having to take the dishwasher apart. The repair technician was friendly, professional, and efficient. RPS Appliance repair cost $246 but our Assurance Insurance (cost was $190 at Lowe’s purchase) paid for it. We are happy insurance paid for something but feel like it should not have happened 4 years after purchase. We will keep RPS Appliance repair in our contacts to use for future repairs. Highly recommend RPS.

RPS stands for=really poor service!!! Horrible experience! This company was called out by my Lowes warranty for my Maytag washing machine, 4 techs came out in a 3 week period, NONE of them could figure out what was wrong with my 2 year old washer. First guy said he usually works on dishwashers changed a part on the machine, 2nd guy Cameron very nice and seems very knowledgeable, ordered parts and changed them but they just kept changing parts calling each other on the phone to try and figure it out, they would leave and say "all fixed" they would be gone 30 minutes and the washing machine would fail again. On the last visit I told the tech I was parked behind him in my driveway and that he needed to stay and run a full cycle because as soon as they left everytime it would fail again, he stayed. But in turn he had tagged me in the system as "aggressive and threatening customer"!! (I was shocked) The machine worked less then 3 loads and then it filled with bubbles, so MANY soap bubbles and wouldn't stop spinning until we unplugged it. I texted them and they texted back that I must have put too much soap in it which is hard to do when it's 1 pod! said to give it 24 hours to let the bubbles go away, and retry, machine would not stop spinning unless unplugged, laundry was locked inside I could do nothing!!! I went 3 weeks with no machine and they DID NOT CARE!! The next day the machine, even unplugged, flooded my laundry room and pantry, water went into my living room and kitchen.....did they care? NOPE!! they stopped replying to text messages and phone calls after that!! We moved the washer out to clean up and found miscellaneous parts laying underneath it, again when questioned about them....NO REPLY!! I begged and pleaded with my local Lowes where I bought my machine from to help me because I was frustrated! They finally reached out to the warranty company and convinced them to pay out my contract and scrapped the machine that RPS could not fix!! During this entire time, my rescue dog had massive hip surgrey and my best friend died unexpectedly....and then the washer went out all at the same time! It was a trifold of horrible events during this time which is why it's taken me so long to leave this review. I work in customer service and I advocate for my customers if they have a problem with their product, NO ONE at this company cared to even try!!! But had no problem to take the time to tag me as "agressive and threatening". NO SIR!! I should have been tagged "frustrated customer and we did NOTHING to help her"!! Do NOT recommend this company at all!

This is the third repair service. First my dishwasher and now my dryer. Technician was very prompt, respectful, knowledgeable and friendly. Will continue to refer and use RPS for all my appliance repairs.

I hate these surveys but Ce Jay was impressive, both in his friendliness and in his knowledge of appliances. I was very favorably impressed with him. Thank you for imploding such a good individual.

I've used several appliance repair services in the past. RPS Appliance Repair was the best so far.
1. You make an appointment online by filling out a form with your appliance problem, make and model number. I called Monday, received a Thursday morning appointment.
2. Communication is by text. The tech texts you a half hour before arrival. He arrived on time.
3. The house call is $129 minimum. This is pretty standard. For that price they'll do a basic diagnostic.
4. Additional fees are discussed before the service is provided. My slide in range needed to be pulled out completely to access the back. To do this he used an airspeed lift (see photo). Cost $50.
5. My oven needed a new igniter. He had the part in his van!
6. The full diagnostic took 1 hr. Repair and reassembly 1 hr. The Igniter cost $90. Total cost $400. Kitchen restored good as new.

Now, I may have been lucky... usually they don't have the part, or it's backordered, or it's unavailable. Or the tech shrugs his shoulders and says, " You're screwed". Not this time. Cameron with RPS Appliance Repair delivered!

After a different outfit declared our washer dead, RPS came in and correctly diagnosed the problem. They had the replacement part on the truck and fixed it right away.

Efficiencient, professional, and good communication. Our tech was helpful with things to help regarding maintenance too. We have a fully functioning dryer now so we are thrilled!

I tried troubleshooting on my own via YouTube to no avail. RPS sent a technician out and he was able to diagnose the issue and it was a very simple fix (for him). Just a loose electrical wire. The technicianwas extremely thorough and courteous.

and then we got the bill!!!!!! $125 We were beyond ecstatic at their honesty and beyond fairness with their pricing. We will definitely be referring them to everyone we know for Appliance Repair.

Prompt quick service the diagnosis on the refrigerator took minutes and fixed it up and was on his way fast clean reliable service highly recommend
