This was hands down the best HVAC service we have ever received. Our Technian, Ali. Has been out 3 times this week resolving our cascading heat pump problem. I have excepted that with home warranty work, that we are not priority #1. That was not the case with Astro! We had same day contact and they were able to come out the next day and the next and again 2 days later, at the crack of dawn to get us up and running during this last heat wave. They are my hands down new go to for HVAC.

Our furnace stopped working the day before Thanksgiving. Ali came out and found the motor for the blower needed replacement. Somehow he found the part and replaced it that day. He was so professional, careful and clean, and friendly. We recommend him highly!

We have home warranty from AHS. Astro is the vendor offered for our leaking AC problem. We quickly read the review and decided to take this vendor. Ali is super nice and keep communicating with me. I asked him over the phone my current issue to ensure we are on the same page. He fit me in on the same day and come as expected. Ali was very courteous as well, explaining and answering all my questions. Also, when I asked him if I need my AC cleaned (unlike some other vendor who told me I really need it), he told me "no, you'll be fine, just wait until next May". He added that "I am a technician, not a salesman".
I know who I'll be calling for maintenance next year.
