We've been a customer of theirs for years and really can't imagine dealing with anyone else. Jay and his staff have consistently provided outstanding products and customer service.

It was Christmas Day when our furnace died. It was 22 years old, so it was no surprise. I called Absolute Heating & Cooling not expecting to get a response since it was Christmas. Absolute responded right away and Jay himself came out to see what we needed. He inspected our heating system and was able to get us a new furnace installed within a few days. The crew did a great job on the install and they were very nice to work with. It's a beautiful installation and is working great! I am now an Absolute Heating & Cooling customer for life. I had my annual inspection/maintenance done today. As usual the service from scheduling to getting the work completed is thorough and organized. Emma, updated me on the technicians arrival, as he was ahead of schedule. Upon Isaiah’s arrival, he was very polite and professional and gave me advise on how to maintain my heating system. I will continue to request their services through my property management. Highly recommend Absolute Heating & Cooling.

I gotta tell ya -our tech, Aiden, was the best! Aside from being on time the day after Christmas, he was super personable, explained what he was going to do, what he found (including the 4 missing ping pong balls!) and how he remedied the small issue. I'm super grateful for Absolute Heating & Cooling :)

Thank you for replacing my water heater from electric to gas 75gallons. Now I never run out of hot water, and I never have to put the knob past the middle anymore to get hot! I get really hot and nice water now. So very nice work, good team!

After researching for months and getting several bids I choose Absolute Hearing & Cooling for a new furnace and air conditioning. I was not disappointed! They showed up when they were suppose too, were professional, kept the job clean and continue today with a maintenance program.

Winter of 2023 we opted for a new hvac system(previously reviewed) and chose Absolute Heating and Cooling. Their price was by far the best and the installation plan was explained in detail by the owner himself. Since then we have enjoyed two years of a toasty home in fall and winter and a pleasant comfortable cool in the warmer months. We have also utilized their annual maintenance plan where a technician comes every four months and inspects, cleans, changes filters and keeps our a/c and furnace running efficiently. They also service gas fireplaces and we had that done in the fall. They were very thorough and took care to keep the area clean as they worked. A great team that goes things right!!!

Every person works for Absolute is beyond exceptional. They are honest and very knowledgeable. They made sure I understood how to work my system before leaving, I’ve never had a company take the time to do that. I have referred them to a few friends already and they have nothing but great things to say about Absolute!

We had a heat pump and furnace installed by these guys. The service was excellent. With that in mind we had them service our water heater and gas fireplace. After the fireplace was service we found that it was not working correctly. We called Absolute and they said they would send out their best tech to correct the problem. He came out and spent over an hour and couldn’t fix what was wrong and said had never worked on one of these fire places (Fireplace Xtrordinair) which are made Washington. He then said he had charge to for a service call, this was really weird since they were the ones who screwed up. Here is the real issue, he said I will call the manufacturer to figure out what is causing the problem, and will get back you. Well it is now been over two months and I haven’t heard a thing. Checking with a friend that I recommended to Absolute he said he needs some parts to fix his furnace and he has been waiting to also hear back from them. I was happy with the heat pump installation but they have really let me down on the last service. I will certainly not recommend them again.

Had my furnace replaced by Absolute Htg. Team was professional, courteous, and completed the install timely and skillfully! Would highly recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs!
