If anyone is looking for a HVAC contractor Brush is your answer. We had a new A/C and furnace installed and we couldn't be happier. When I call he responds quickly, that's half the battle when looking for a contractor. Prices are reasonable, what more can you ask for. We have Cody out every year to service our unit, last time I called he was out the next day, you don't see this kind of service now days. I would highly recommend giving Brush a call if you need a new system, repair, or just service.

Cody arrived on time and got right to work. He was efficient and knew precisely what he was doing to expand my duct work to support a larger filter. Cody was also able to diagnose and repair an issue with our dryer ducts that had gone unchecked by the prior homeowners and could have been a fire hazard. I would definitely use him again and would highly recommended his work. The furnace room was left better looking than when he got there! .

New ownership for this company is disappointing.. I called today and asked if they would make a 5 minute call to order me a new part. And they said they would have to charge me $189 for one of their techs to make the call. I think that’s ludicrous. I won’t be using them again. I referred 4 friends to this company over the past 12 months but will not be referring friends and family to a different hvac. New ownership clearly doesn’t care about retaining old customers.

Cody helped me install a heat pump. During the quoting phase, he’s able to provide multiple part options for different pricing needs. He’s very thorough in explaining pros and cons for each option. He’s also very communicative throughout the process and is easily reachable through text messages.

On the day of installation, he’s on time, and was willing to handle a few other things for me (ductwork repair + furnace servicing). When new challenges popped up during installation, he explained the issues well and offered alternative solutions to proceed, yet not pushy and let me make the final decision.

If a 10 star rating were an option on Google, Brush Cooling and Heating would get 10/10 from us. Cody called back the same day I requested a quote for installing two ductless mini-split AC/heaters in our home. We made arrangements for him to come out in a couple of days to give us the estimate. He arrived on time and was very patient with us, explaining the different options available for what we wanted. He emailed the quote to us that evening. We thought the price was very reasonable and immediately paid the deposit in order to get the job booked, anticipating a long wait. I was pleasantly surprised when Cody was able to locate the units and fit us in his schedule within the next couple of weeks. Cody and his crew installed both indoor units, the outdoor unit, electrical wiring and refrigerant lines in one day. They were so quiet we hardly knew they were here… and they cleaned up after themselves! All in all, a great company that really seems to care about its customer service level. Thanks, Cody!
