FRAUD, STAY AWAY! Billed us for 3 ton unit and installed 2 ton. Then disappeared, not picking up the phone or answer texts. This is like forth company registered since. Ask yourself why this fellas keep changing the name of the company ;)

10/10 would recommend. Me and my wife are building our dream home and with the abundance of HVAC companies out there it was intimidating to find a trustworthy one but going with this one was definitely the right move. We had no major technical issues, and they had fast communication (which is more than I can say for a few other companies) overall a great choice for any HVAC work!

We hired Pacific Home Comfort (PHC) through our builder (Atera Homes) to install HVAC systems in our new home. The written contract and estimate (Nov 2024) clearly specified:

A Coleman TM9Y60C20MP gas furnace,

Two Mitsubishi PUZ-A30NKA7 (3-ton) heat pumps,

A 3-ton Mitsubishi coil, and properly sized ductwork.

Instead, PHC installed:

A different Coleman furnace (wrong model and size),

Two undersized 2-ton heat pumps (PUZ-A24NHA7),

A 2-ton coil mismatched with an oversized air handler,

14” ductwork where 16” was required.

These substitutions were never disclosed or approved, and PHC has not provided AHRI certification, commissioning data, or proof of warranty coverage. The system has never functioned properly: it blows cold air, coils freeze over, and it cannot maintain normal temperatures.

When questioned, PHC claimed dip-switch adjustments could “turn” a 2-ton unit into a 3-ton system. That is false — and we now risk voided warranties. They offered a small refund instead of correcting the problem.

This has delayed our home’s completion, added loan costs, and left us with an HVAC system that does not meet contract specifications. We are pursuing action under Washington law, including claims against PHC’s contractor bond (RCW 18.27) and the Consumer Protection Act (RCW 19.86).

Bottom line: If you expect transparency, proper equipment, and professional installation — be very cautious before hiring Pacific Home Comfort. We cannot recommend them based on our experience.

I had a problem with my heating and air conditioning unit. I called around for quotes, and they was the cheapest. They were able to repair my heating and air conditioning system in less than half an hour.

Excellent experience with Glenn Heating and Cooling. The technician was prompt, polite and diagnosed and solved the problem.They even cleaned up their mess after they were done. I would definitely recommend them.

I strongly recommend Darren and his team at Glenn Heating and Cooling. They are quick to respond to texts, emails or calls. They show up when they say they will show up and text you with status updates. The work is performed expeditiously, competently and to a very high standard!!

Mike was our technician today. He did an outstanding job performing the scheduled servicing of our unit and provided good advice on ensuring its continued optimal performance between services. He also provided information on useful additions to the system, such as the UV light, without being pushy or insistent. Great job overall!

Our air went out Saturday evening so I called and got the after hours people who were very rude to speak to. However tech arrived today and was very polite and very nice. He had to drive back to the store to get the part. He was back very quickly and the air fixed quickly as well!! I would recommend Glenn Heating and Cooling!!

I called this company to today to set up an appointment to get an estimate for installing a new AC and possibly replacing my furnace. It seems to be a small business and I would like to support small businesses. The gentleman who answered the call told me that there will be a $125 dollar service fee. I thought may be he did not hear me correctly. I proceeded to explain further that my current furnace is working perfectly. I'm calling to get an estimate for a new AC install and, while I'm at it, I may consider replacing the furnace as well. I also explained that I have talked to several companies with ranging from 100 employees to just several. Those companies included Brennan, MM Comfort Systems, Black Lion, Infinity, Columbia, and East Hill Heating and AC. That's 6 contractors. None of them charge a fee for an new install estimate. I would have been fine if he had just said that's his policy. I would have just not done business with him. However, he mocked me by saying I should talk to those companies and proceeded to hang up. Very unprofessional!

We had a wonderful experience with Glenn Heating and Cooling! Darren and Mike were a spectacular team - very detailed, competent, and easy to talk to. They are honest guys who aren't going to suggest something you don't need. Would endorse them in a heartbeat.

I can't say enough good things about Glenn Heating and Cooling experience. The technician was so kind and so understanding of my panic and didn't force anything. Then the installers were very professional and honest. With working from home I was worried about the disruption but barely heard them. When they needed to come into my space to check my heating components, they were in and out so quickly and quietly I was able to continue with my duties. HIGHLY recommend.

Glenn Heating and Cooling was awesome to work with. Steve always provided good info and was on top of anything I asked. The work of the crew was also top notch. My wife and I enjoyed their company . I think quality installation is the only way to go to receive maximum benefit out of your furnace/air conditioner. Can't wait for the heatwave to use my AC.
