Northwest Climate did an excellent job installing our heating and air conditioning system. They were responsive to our needs and were prompt and courteous. We highly recommend NW Climate Control.

worst experience i have had with a company that charges full price for a halfway done job. After writing a review and being told to take it down or alex wont come out,a week later i cant get a hold of him now. After getting the run around for 2+ weeks before this. Our ference got changed, our ac unit stoped working. We where told alex will be out multiple times. Unit is under warranty from him but that does not mean anything to this company.have to hire someone else to fix/finish the job. Would not recommend him to anyone. Very unprofessional

I needed new heating system set up but didn’t want to spend too much money on it and the estimate that NCC gave me was the lowest compared to the other estimates given by other companies. The new heating system was affordable and done with best quality. I would recommend this company to others!

Highly efficient work! When we came back to home at noon on 4th, we found our heater cannot work! It was so cold in room at that day. We contact our friend Barry, he is a Constractor. He highly commended Alex and told me Alex was very busy and he was not sure Alex could help me at that time. After that Alex contacted me. He stopped by my house and took a look my old furnace. It could not work definitely because of over 20 years old! Alex gave me very professional advice and let me think about. After I decided recieved his advice. He found a new furnace in stock for me as soon as possible and promised me he would installed for me early morning the next day. The second day, He started his work at 7:00am as he promised. It was so cold in early morning but he worked very well. Two hours later, everything was completed! I enjoyed my new furnace just less 19 after I found my heater could not work! So efficient!

I do not recommend NW Climate Control.
This WA State company is not licensed in my city, Burien, WA, so I can't pull a permit for the legally-required electrical work or heat pump installation inspections and permits. They have a current license, but only in Federal Way. They cannot install HVAC systems because, under their general contractor's number, they cannot do electrical work, nor can they do plumbing, even though they list water heater installation on their website. At installation time, they told me they could install a new water heater if I wanted one.
The company installed the water heater improperly. It will cost me $1100 to have another company fix the water heater according to code. That would bring the price of the water heater and installation up to $3300.
I'm glad I did not answer in the affirmative to the installer's question of whether I wanted to pay under the table. I don't know whether that's an illegal move, but it certainly wasn't professional
If you want to use this company, make sure they pull a permit first thing, for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. Be prepared for them to hightail it out of there was they get your money. Customer service does not exist.
I'm really not impressed with Home Advisor. Part of their vetting process is to rely on customer reviews. That's quite backwards. It's their job to advise us, not vice-versa. They had to look up information about the NW, and I did the work for them. They will take no responsibility for their mess-up aside from trying to contact NW for two weeks. Quelle surprise.
For the first flooring company recommended by them, I had to pay a lawyer. NW - another problem. I advise you not to use Home Advisor or Angi's list.
The company just contacted me, April 14. 2023, saying that they are licensed to work in Burien. They are not licensed to work in Burien; otherwise the would not have refused to get the required permit so that I could have their work inspected. Talk to Jasmine Ro at Burien Planning. Anyone can call the City of Burien Planning Dept to verify. NW'S HVAC license has expired; they have no electrical or plumbing license and no L&I insurance. All this information is on file at L&I, and is now in Public Records with the State.
I would advise you to verify this information before hiring NW. -
These workers ware very respectful, and very clean. They showed up on time, and got our air conditioner installed and prepared us for summer. I highly recommend this company!

Worst company ever. In process of filing a lawsuit based on there substantial negligence. Only reason went through them was because our builder required us to to keep warranty. Even builder fired them due to too many problems. Will lie to you.
Update
In there response they say please verify your name cannot verify. Its exactly the first and last name company had when i hired them, paid them. They will know my name soon enough when lawsuit is served on them. This is also a common response they give to other dissatisfied customers. -
Northwest climate installed an AC at our home at a very short turnaround time. Many reputed hvac companies were not willing to take the project up since they dont carry the brand that works for the space we have. A few others were pointing out to supply chain issues for their inability to complete an install before summer, or were not responding to questions/ customizations.
Northwest were able to find the equipment needed and complete the install within a week of quote, and very well in advance of summer. They did a test run and it looked good. Now will have to wait for the summer to see how it holds up. They were also very reasonably priced. -
We used NW Climate Control for all of are projects, 4-6 custom homes per year with at least 2 independent hvac systems per home (2-3 years). They will not install units per manufacturers recommendations or to code, because they 'know better' (VOIDS MANUFACTURE WARRANTY). They have failed to support are customers and warranty claims, which cost us a lot of money to find a 3rd party contractor to fix misc. issues. I would not only NOT use them. We are almost at the point where we should Sue them to recover lost profit. This company is a bad joke at best. RUN.

Our furnace wasn’t doing its job and my family found them by their website. Great company. Fast and quality work. Replaced us a new furnace and restored the heat in our house. I would highly recommend them to everyone!

Our furnace gave up on us on a cold day. Northwest Climate came out the same day found the issue and recommend that’s we get a new furnace. Same day they stayed up late but finished the job and installed us a brand new furnace. Thank you

Had an amazing experience with this company. Found them on Google in our area and gave them a call. They came out and gave us a reasonable price. Two technicians showed up on time as scheduled and finished the job same day as promised. They walked us through the new system and shower us how everything works. Now we have a new furnace and heat pump in our house. We very highly recommend Northwest Climate Control.

I would highly recommend NW Climate Control don’t see a reason for all the negative reviews here, they quick to respond, the service tech was very clear about the issue and fixed everything very quick. So Our furnace died in the middle of the night and it was freezing in the morning in our house, couldn’t get anyone to come out for couple days and help us. When we reached out to Nw Climate, technician showed up in the new hour, inspected the furnace and found the problem. In less than 20 minutes restored the heat in the house. They have also recommended for us to change our old 16 year old furnace to higher efficiency furnace to save on our monthly bill. At that time they had a promotion going on for furnace and heat pump bonded. After thinking about it for few weeks we have decided to go with it. We called them back and got on their schedule. Day prier the install we had a schedule person call us to double check if the time we agreed on is still okay with us. They showed up on the day scheduled, on time, walked us through the presses again begin the work. After all the work was done, they walked us through the new thermostat set up the app on our phone and showed us how to control everything. It’s been a month now and everything is working great

Absolutely terrible experience with our HVAC/Heating installation. We've had issues with our system since the day we moved into our new home, which they installed. When we reached out to BelRed Heating for assistance, their technician was appalled by the subpar work, stating it was the worst installation they'd ever seen. The problems are numerous, including cracks sealed with cement to cover up shoddy workmanship. To make matters worse, the air flow in our home is severely compromised.
Their subpar installation and poor quality materials led to a complete system failure, forcing us to replace the entire HVAC system in a shockingly short span of just a few years. This level of incompetence and lack of durability is unacceptable
I would strongly advise against using this company. -
