Takes too long to pick up your order

They need to work on their process and education of their counter staff.

Customer service is really poor takes a long time to get anything,

They always have my deliveries pulled and ready for pick up.

Didn't have what I was looking for on an old heater, but were very helpful in helping me with options to find the parts.

They refused to sell a simple ignitor to an electrical company. Stupid policy

Chad always has been, and always will be, THE MAN!

Literally faster for me to drive here and ask if they have a part than for me to call.

They dont order the parts we ask for half the time.

They have made an effort in the past year or so to improve their level of customer service/attitude and it shows. They get me the answers I need and I can rely on them to call me back.

Quality distributor who cares about their contractors. They employ a dependable and hard working staff who will ensure your needs are met. Keep up the good work, I appreciate it!

Really slow service, we ordered even a day ahead expecting it to be ready the next day and still not ready on will call. They need to have a better customer service and to be better organized.

Wonderful staff when they are able to answer the phone. It seems that there is a big staffing problem and it is very difficult to get hold of someone. Two hour hold times are common even if you call in the morning.

***Editing my comment! This company has made a true 180 and is now making customer service their biggest priority. Anne is a gem and always answers the phone so positively. I love working with this company now, they are prompt when answering (no more long holds) and they really take care of our technicians. Thank you, Airefco!

A week later, they still haven't even ordered the part I asked for. Can't be bothered to do their jobs, apparently. I would go somewhere else if they weren't the only supplier for the part I need. These guys suck at their jobs.

Eric Leicht is a hustler. He is on his game at all times and has really made doing business easier for my business and takes allot of the leg work off us business owners shoulders and fights to keep business moving seamlessly! I appreciate his due diligence in keeping orders coming in on schedule! Thank you Eric!

Unfortunately now when you call the Kirkland branch you'll get send to the first person company wide that picks up. Then when you recieve a quote via email and respond back with a PO, it goes to NO ONE and your order never gets placed. Airefco is a great place to waste your time and your customers money.

Sergei was very professional, showed up on time and easily diagnosed the problem with our Heat Pump AC. He needed an additional part and his employee came back the next day to install fix. I recommend using them.

We woke up this morning with no heat in our house and 16 degrees F outside. Iakiv was quick to come out to our home and was very knowledgeable about what to look for and how to fix the problem once he did find it. He was able to provide us with a solution that has fixed our heat issue while also avoiding a much costlier solution that we were afraid we might have to go to. He was very friendly and polite and we felt very comfortable with him. Thank you, Iakiv for fixing our heat!

We are highly satisfied with the work and quality of service we received from these guys. Serghei and his team showed up on time and did a fantastic job. They installed a ductless AC system for us and we would recommend them to anyone on the Eastside!

I would highly recommend using Prime Systems Serghei was highly knowledgeable and explained why many areas of our heating system needed wh attention. He was highly efficient and got our heat running again the same day. He showed up the same day I called after calling serval other companies in the area all of which would have had me wait a week without heat in the winter with a baby. I was very grateful and know he’ll be our first call for all future maintenance work.
