As a property manager, I’ve worked with several HVAC companies in the Seattle area, and these guys are hands down the best. I actually first discovered them when another HVAC specialist couldn’t figure out how to fix a heat pump, and he called Serghei at Prime Systems for help. Serghei came and fixed the problem right away. Since then I only use Prime Systems for all HVAC issues. They are 100% dependable and reliable.

I'm naturally suspicious about repair companies due to many bad experiences. However, they repaired my A/C in less than one day, the service fee was a reasonable $150 plus $125 for refrigerant, and everything works great! What more could you want? And the people are respectful and considerate. I'm very happy! I can see why they have so many five star reviews! The only thing I would change is that their website doesn't make me feel trust - but they proved to be a great company!!!

Serghei's quote beat a quote for identical work (move 1 mini split, install 1 new heat pump + air exchanger) from a larger competitor by $6000 before tax. The competitor tried to scare me off by basically implying that Prime Systems would do substandard work for that price. The reality was exactly the opposite.

When our GFI outlet kept tripping and interrupting a refrigerant charge, the technician worked around it anc stayed late to finish the job properly. All the Prime Systems staff were very aware and respectful of our active management of our loud, reactive dog and our sleeping newborn. A technician came back to check on the system when I was surprised by the noise level of the new unit, and explained that defrosting is a very noisy process. The installation was clean and everything works perfectly.

100% recommend Prime Systems and Heating. I have referred them to many of my clients already - they have been professional, efficient, clear expectations, on-time, excellent communication and follow through - what should be so standard in customer service, Prime goes ABOVE and BEYOND. I got a side-discharge Runtru heat pump installed as dual fuel with an existing gas furnace.

Serghei gave me a clear quote on different options for a heat pump. He wasn't pushy, was more knowledgeable than other HVAC companies that came for a quote, and his prices were cheaper than the others.

Yakub, Lee, and Dennis did my install. I asked them to run the new lines through my narrow crawlspace instead of on the outside of my house which would have been easier. They were happy to do it and I did not have to convince them. Lee was very friendly to talk to and he even pointed out a leaking pipe in my crawlspace while he was down there.

Prime Systems partners with another company to do the electrical install (new 240v circuit) but I also had no issues with them. They made the new line very neat and also were fine with running it through the crawlspace.

It's been 4 months now with no issues using it both for heating and cooling. Overall very professional and quality work that I'd highly recommend.

I had to replace some supply and air return ductwork because the original installation from the 1980s had an inner liner that was deteriorating and causing air quality issues in my home. After opening the ceilings myself, I had a good understanding of the topology of the ductwork, and which sections needed replacing. Unlike other companies that merely requested photos or videos, Serghei visited my home to assess the project firsthand and provide an accurate estimate. During our discussion, he identified complexities I hadn't considered and proposed simple solutions. He promptly provided a detailed estimate outlining the necessary work.

On day one of installation, Serghei arrived with his experienced team consisting of Liviu, Lura, and Rusland. He took the time to brief them on the project's scope. Livio, serving as the lead technician, maintained clear communication with me throughout the process. At the project's outset, I expressed concerns about specific challenging sections. To alleviate my worries, Liviu made it a point to periodically consult with me and present his solution before proceeding further.

The work was completed within the estimated two-day timeframe, after which Serghei returned to conduct the final inspection. The outcome surpassed my expectations in every aspect. I met Serghei many years ago when my wife and I were exhausted from dealing with amateur HVAC companies one of which did a poor job on our new home construction. Serghei showed up and I was instantly fascinated as while he surveyed our issues he spoke clearly as a teacher describing, asking then solving the problem we were facing. He is brilliant, kind and informative as are his well trained staff. There is no other HVAC contractor I would trust with our home from installing our new furnace, thermostats, re-routing duct work to servicing our temperamental heat pump and installing mini splits. Their work is clean, proficient and strangely beautiful when you look at the finished work. Competitive if not superior pricing.

Our 20-year-old furnace stopped working just as the weather was getting colder, and a repair tech told us that fixing it would cost more than it was worth. I spent an afternoon calling multiple highly rated HVAC companies in the area and Serghei was the only one who was able to come out for a bid the same evening. Not only was he very professional and personable but he also gave us a bid which was competitive (compared to some online ones I saw) and told us he could send a crew the next morning. His crew showed up as expected, and they did a great job ... they even cleaned up the area around the furnace to make it look much better than it did before!Less than 24 hours after contacting them, we had a working furnace again.

Been very happy with the residential heat pump minisplit that Serghei and the team installed during the summer. 3 months in, tried both cooling and heating -- it's been rock solid.

If we decide to add more indoor heads, we'll definitely work with Prime Systems again.
