He was punctual, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. He walked me through every step of the process, explaining what they were checking and why it mattered, and even gave me several valuable tips.

The customer service on the phone was also very professional and helpful.

Taylor B. performed the work thoroughly and efficiently, demonstrating the highest professional standards not always found today. Throughout the process, Taylor answered any questions I had and explained whether there were potential technical issues that could come up later. Overall, this was a totally positive experience.

Most excellent service from Taylor at Black Lion. He tuned up & deep cleaned my heat pump, replaced a surge protector, cleared up a breaker detail; never had so many details. His workmanship, his concern about my equipment and his honesty about what was needed was great. And fast. And he liked my dog! Last year I accidentally called a different company and the service was not great. I highly recommend Taylor at Black Lion. You get what you pay for, & it was worth it to keep my expensive hvac working.

Our gas fireplace had stopped working 10 days ago and we contacted several local companies that repair gas fireplaces and the only one who has a technician who is actually certified to repair gas fireplaces was Black Lion Heating and Air Conditioning, so we went with them. Jesus Sanchez came out today and spent 2 1/2 hours working on the fireplace and fixed. It works great now and even though the fireplace is more than 20 years old, it is as good as new, and we were delighted with Jesus! He really knows his stuff, made sure that all debris from the fireplace was kept off our carpet and he left the area very clean, and additionally, he was very friendly and so easy to work with. We highly recommend Black Lion for anyone who has problems with their gas fireplace and specifically recommend having Jesus do the work. That guy deserves a raise!!!

Jesus did an outstanding job repairing the fireplace. He cleaned it inside and outside and cleaned the glass front plate. Amazing quality service and a friendly personality. Extremely satisfied with the service provided.

Jesus is an exceptional service technician. He phoned ahead and arrived on time. Jesus explained the entire gas fireplace service process. He is very friendly, courteous and efficient. He assured me that the fireplace is in good working order and just needed a good cleaning and glow embers replaced for optimal gas circulation. He prepared the floor area with a large mat. He showed me how to properly removed the door and glass cover. He’s the best! Price is fair for the service.

Our tech,Kevin, does an outstanding job. He is thorough, efficient and goes the extra mile to make sure our equipment is well maintained and reliable. Samantha in the office is responsive and always helpful. I’ve been a satisfied Black Lion customer for seven years.

I had to replace my tankless water heater, not only gave me a great quote, they were here the next day, got my new unit installed, they technicians were very professional, respectful and did a great job.

Peter was awesome. Pure Air was able to come out to my home next day and had great up front pricing. He performed an easy to understand maintenance and was able to perform a deep clean on my A/C Mini Split system Same Day. He also cleaned the other unit free of charge. Thanks Peter!
