Pure Air came out on short notice the day after Christmas and took care of our malfunctioning heat pump with speed and professionalism. We will definitely reach out to them again the next time we need help with our HVAC system!

Adam was very thorough with the inspection and did an excellent job repairing our heating. He was professional and communicated effectively.

Sam came help with our thermostat and heating system because it doesn’t turn on as expected. He was able to figure out what the issue was and resolve it. Sam is a really nice guy and would definitely hire him again!

Sean came out on time and serviced my furnace and a/c unit. Found one bad capacitor and swapped it out. Also determined compressor fan will need some attention, but not yet. Very professional, honest, quality service I thought

I can't say enough good things about Sean & Anthony. Our furnace went out on Wednesday night and I reached out to Anthony on Thursday morning. By Thursday evening we had a brand new furnace. Sean walked me through the options very thoroughly and did not pressure me into any decision to replace or repair. He was very honest and thoughtful with the situation we were facing and answered all the questions/concerns we had. I am very thankful for the team at Pure Air Cooling & Heating and highly recommend them to anyone experiencing furnace issues.

Shawn was helpful. We're renting, and they worked with the landlord to get the HVAC serviced. He answered our questions, and gave extra info on maintaining and keeping the HVAC running well.
He was honest and didn't try to sell extra services that we didn't need to get the AC working again.

Will use them again if issues come up in the future.

I recently used Pure Air to clean my dryer vents and they were great!! Peter was super nice, knowledgeable, worked fast, fixed an issue with the venting (which was causing overheating in the wall) and put my mind at ease about using my dryer again. They put an emergency technician on my request and came the same day I requested service. 10/10 all around and would use them again. Thank you!

Today, we hired Sam to work on our baseboard heater. He got the job done reasonably quick. Cost was justifiable granted we were left satisfied knowing we have a correctly wired thermostat and in-wall electric heater. He informed us the color coding for the wires (used to connect the thermostat) were incorrect and can lead to a dangerous outcome if not connected properly. The in-wall electric heater was also producing too much heat (due to a high power setting) which led to inefficient cooling of the unit. Ultimately, the job quality was superb and I am happy to recommend Sam for any future tasks.

We had a great experience with this company, having hired them for a general HVAC system maintenance job (for which the pricing was pretty reasonable compared with other competitors). The quality of service from Sean was really top notch, taking his time to check everything and explain in detail the discovered state of our equipment. We had to do some repair on our AC unit that was previously missed by the installer company we hired the previous years for the same job, and Sean was able to schedule everything in due time and do a great job again. The change in quality of the air pushed through the unit was instantly visible. We also hired them for a duct cleaning job that we were due for, this time working with Peter, and again the job was executed very professionally and with him graciously answering any questions I might have had during the process. We will definitely use this company again for our future HVAC needs !
