Fantastic service. Had a refrigerant leak on an old rusty mini split. They were able to quickly schedule a visit and diagnose the problem. In my case, it was pretty clear my unit was in bad shape and needed a replacement. Somehow, they were able to locate one, same day, and complete the install.

Everything went as smooth as it possibly could have gone. Super friendly as well. Cannot recommend enough. Thank you!

Sam did an amazing job on the HVAC maintenance and thermostat replacement. The last maintenance was 16 years ago so there was a lot of work. I am a renter and he discussed everything and coordinated with the landlord directly. Sam was professional, polite, and considerate of my dog. He worked fast and left everything spotless.

Very prompt response to scheduling. Sean showed up at the exact time on Sunday morning. He diagnosed my fireplace and explained what needs to be addressed very comprehensively. Fixed it during the same visit. Super! Highly recommended.

This is the third time I’ve used this company, and once again they delivered great service. One of my tenants’ furnaces went down, and Anthony responded very quickly. Sam came to the site, performed a thorough inspection, clearly communicated what was going on, and fixed the problem swiftly. My tenants are very happy—and so am I.

I called Pure Air for a maintenance check on my home's heat pump. The technician also checked the dryer vent, which apparently hasn't been cleaned in a very long time and was definitely a fire hazard. Sam did a great job cleaning out the vent, explained everything to me very well, and cleaned up nicely afterwards. Pricing was transparent and fair for the excellent work.

Peter was very through in cleaning our five mini split heads! He took the time to explain how the system works, and the importance of routine maintenance. We had quotes from other companies for the exact same service, and pure air was less than half of others. Will be using them from now on!

Shawn came out looked at our furnace did a complete diagnostic test of it and let me know that there was nothing wrong at all with our furnace after being told by a previous company that we needed almost $4000 Worth of work done to the furnace. He was professional, personable polite explained everything very thoroughly what we were total error. Codes were not error codes. I would most definitely recommend this company to anybody! Sean was absolutely amazing. We always request him from now on.

Our house had an issue with the heat/HVAC and our gas fireplace. Sean was quick to respond and quick to diagnose the issue with a solution. He was very professional, punctual, and incredibly efficient. If anyone asks for a referral, we will definitely recommend his services. I recently worked with Pure Air after my gas fireplace stopped working. I contacted a few companies through Thumbtack, and Pure Air was the most responsive. They offered a diagnostic visit for $39 plus tax, and the technician arrived on time, was respectful, and thoroughly investigated the issue.

During the visit, the technician found a loose connection with my fireplace and fixed it right then and there, which got it working again. The only hiccup was that I was unexpectedly given a $140 bill instead of the $39 I anticipated. I had been told on the phone that if a repair was done during the diagnostic, I’d get a quote first and could decide whether to proceed, with the diagnostic fee waived if I agreed.

When I raised this with the office later, they were professional and adjusted the charge back down to the $39 plus tax, which I appreciated.

In the end, I’m giving them four stars. They did good work and handled the concern well. The reason it’s not five stars is that I think they could be up front from the start about the potential range of costs—letting customers know that if a simple repair is done during the visit, it could be up to $140. That clarity would prevent surprises. Overall, they did a good job, and I’d recommend them with that small note of caution.

I bought a new home in March of 2025 and have worked with Pure Air on two separate occasions. The first was installing an A/C unit which was simple, reasonably priced, and promptly installed. We even benefitted from a supplier mistake that led to a newer/nicer model being delivered at no additional charge.

The second was our annual Furnace and Fireplace Maintenance. Again, reasonably priced and scheduled next day. The technician was very communicative about his service window and was respectful of our home and pets.

All around very nice and professional people. Notably, I’ve never felt like they were trying to upsell me or push unnecessary products or services. I will continue to trust them with our home HVAC needs.

Anthony was quick to respond and schedule a visit. Sean came out and did routine maintenance on our 17 year Trane old gas furnace. He was on time and did a good job. Appreciate that he didn't mind me looking over his shoulder the whole time and asking questions. He even gave me some advice on how to solve a related heating issue. Would definitely consider Pure Air when the furnace needs replacing.

Shon was super knowledgeable and quick to respond to my inquiry. I submitted the request at 1:30pm on a Friday and he arrived at 2:30pm. He made reasonable suggestions and recommendations. Would definitely recommend and I’ll be using him this summer!

Called for a maintenance visit for heating, AC and water heater. The technician was quick, and explained well what he found. We ended up replacing the water heater which was done the same day. Very quick and good quality service. I would recommend them.

Sean saved the day x2 for me! My grandfather was having issues with his thermostat and furnace and they were able to make it out Same day to diagnose and fix the issue. Then the next day I started having issues with my own thermostat and again, Sean prioritized getting to my home and getting me all up and running within less than 30 minutes.
