Prime Systems Heating and it’s owner are the fastest most helpful people I know. When I had problems with the thermostat, it was replaced that evening. When I had problems with my furnace, it was replaced the next day. When I had problems with the water heater, it was fixed as scheduled. This is amazing response time from knowledgeable people. MY FURNACE WENT OUT!!! I called Prime Systems. Serghei came by that evening and diagnosed my Furnace and figured out the problem! He was the most sincere and gave me an honest and fair quote for parts they would have to order. He even gave me a heater to stay warm through the night.
Denis came by in the morning and had it fully repaired in what felt like minutes. I couldn't recommend them enough.

Denis did an incredible job installing the flexible duct of the exhaust outlet for the vent fan in my bathroom - I was very stressed before the installation as the fan was very close to the fire distinguisher water line and the space is tight. Turned out Denis not only installed the duct without any incident, but managed to do it without opening an additional hole on the ceiling. It was above and beyond my expectation!
I am very thankful for how Denis gave his best efforts and the unbelievable craftsmanship.

Serghei and his team installed the heat pump and mini splits as central AC for my condo. They are consistently professional, friendly and very good in what they do.
I am particularly impressed by how responsive they are for my phone calls.

Serghei is professional and very helpful. He helped us diagnosing our leaking HVAC system and offered to replace the clogged pipe at low cost. When the issue repeated the week after he came to our house to do another inspection without any further charges. He’s responsive and on-time.

Prime systems is an amazing company to work with. I had an issue with my furnace/ heat pump and they came out quickly and sorted everything. Explained everything in detail and fixed the issues promptly. Couldn’t recommended them anymore and will continue to use them in the future.

Sergei was super helpful and was happy to not just fix the problem, but explain the causes and how to avoid them in the future.

Definitely recommend their services, and as an FYI they do more than just repair. We will be contacting in the future to upgrade our furnace system to work with the Nest thermostats!

I was lucky enough to get connected to Prime Systems via a friend and we are very happy with the results of our high efficiency furnace and AC install. Serghei and team were very easy to work with and all of their work is top notch. I highly recommend them.

Prime System just installed a new high efficiency furnace for my house. My old furnace was too old and broke down on the coldest day this winter. Referred by a friend and texted Prime Systems in the evening. Got a reply within 5 minutes and a very nice guy stopped by the next morning to do a free estimate, and offered options all with very good value. Got the new furnace installed 3 days, including Christmas, later. Also included in the package is a new smart thermostat. So responsive, efficient, punctual, and professional. Everything was taken care of meticulously. Final bill is exactly as quoted. No hidden cost at all. They even did things not included in the estimate for free. Highly recommended!!

Can't recommend Serghei and Prime Systems highly enough. We had multiple other HVAC outfits look at our system and tell us it could not be repaired & had to be replaced (which would have cost ~15X more money...). Serghei came out and told us he'd first explore repair options, then prepare other estimates if he was unable to track down the replacement parts we'd need. He found the parts in ~10 minutes and we scheduled the repairs immediately. The tech who showed up (Lakiv) was on time, very friendly, professional, and completed all the repairs very quickly and efficiently. He was also super patient and answered a few additional questions we had while he was working. The system is now operating perfectly again & the heat pump now runs as quietly as if it was brand new.

This is the best HVAC company around.They care about their neighbors. We were impressed with the job top to bottom. Friendly, best prices, job done right every time. They quickly repaired a major issue (arrow shot right through the unit!) in the hottest days this year! I really could go on and on about the nice experience we had.

I picked Prime System after looking at 3 estimates. Prime Systems was the best value and I didn't have to wait months for installation. They installed quickly and I have a very efficient AC unit now. After installation I needed a few adjustments and Sergei stopped by and offered suggestions on how to make the system perform better.

Totally recommend Prime System and I will call them when my furnace needs replacing.

WOW!!! I could not be more impressed by this team. We were informed of a carbon monoxide leak from our existing furnace and it had to be decommissioned. I called this company and they came out to do an estimate the very next day. They were punctual and professional with their estimate, and the quoted price was less than our previous estimates from other companies. When we hired them for the job, they got started on install the following day. Within one week of decommissioning our furnace we had a brand new furnace and HVAC system installed and functioning perfectly! An added bonus - installers were extremely professional and neat! We could not be happier with the provided service and will continue to use this company for any future needs.

When I decided to install an HVAC system (Mitsubishi Mini-Split units) at our house, I obtained quotes from several companies. Upon meeting Serghei from Prime Systems, I immediately knew he was the right choice for the job. Not only was he exceptionally knowledgeable about HVAC systems, which is crucial in his profession, but he also stood out for his consideration of our house's aesthetics. Sergei installed my heat pump and replaced my old furnace earlier this year. Service was fast. During furnace replacement, we noticed the vent in the laundry turned on by itself and would not shut off. He had his electrician take a look and apparently its a common issue, which got fixed. He also gave the best quote. Heatpump has been working great and was a life saver in the summertime. Great service, installation took only two days (one for heatpump + furnace and another for electrical), and low cost
