Fast, friendly service

my kitchen sink developed a leak this Thanksgiving ... old corroded pipe and disposer ... called two plumbers nearby to me in Lynnwood for estimates and scheduling on black Friday ... JD Plumbing, LLC was by far the better choice ... fixed my problem the same day I called and charged roughly half what the other company had quoted ... service person very knowledgable, professional and courteous ...THE BEST !

Roger is pleasant and professional. He completed the job as estimated and as scheduled.

I'm fortunate to have Roger as my go to plumber for my small landlord real estate portfolio. He always finds time in his schedule to bail me out in a pinch & find solutions. Very reasonable costs is fast and efficient and an excellent communicator.

Roger is an excellent plumber, works hard and efficiently. He's also courteous and professional. He was able to replace my hot water heater, fix a drain and some leaks all in an afternoon. I'd expected to pay much more for the work and was also surprised at how quickly he finished it. I'm so happy with his work and recommend him highly.

We tried to get this provider to fix what they installed for the last 2 months (5 months of waiting overall) and they continued to promise service and not deliver.

Jeff was very unprofessional and rude on the phone. The day of my appointment then I didn’t get a call till 6 at night saying that they wouldn’t make it. Will never go with this company again.

AHS assigned this company a plumbing contract, we had an appointment, I called a couple of times after they missed their service window. They told me they were running late and would call me back. They never showed up or called back.

So happy with the work they did! I have an old house with ancient plumbing, and these guys really helped me out with a very difficult situation. Good communication, very competitive quote, and most importantly, these guys worked quickly to get me back in service again! I highly recommend!

Avoid this charlatan at all costs! American Home Shield sent him to our home. He never showed up but was happy to take our deposit. After reading other reviews we’re glad he didn’t show up. He’s not licensed and has lost his Better Business Bureau accreditation. This man is a fraud! If you have American Home Shield call them and file a formal complaint otherwise they’ll continue to contract with this person.

Jacobs plumbing repeatedly scheduled appointments and cancelled without notice and failed to show up for scheduled appointments multiple times after assuring us that they would be there . Consequently, they never did any of the work that I’ve waited for weeks to get done.
They would not ever return my phone calls nor reply to any texts. I would definitely not hire this company. They wasted my time snd never did the work they said they would do.

I had Jacobs Family Plumbing out today to and couldn't be happier. We are getting ready to list out house on the market and figured we should replace our old gas water heater. Jeff came out last week and gave us a estimate for a standard replacement and a option for converting to tankless. The tankless option was a little more expensive but I think it will help attract buyers. Thanks again to Jeff and his team!

This plumbing company is reliable, honest and goes above and beyond for their customers. They showed up on time and ready to work, they didn't overcharge me, they beat any other bid I got. The owner Jeff went out of his way to make sure everything was done in time for my guests that were coming from out of town. The Gal in the office is always pleasant and ready to help in any way possible. All around a nice and professional company. I won't go anywhere else. Thank you all!!

Jeff is really good at his work, I am saying this because the last 2 plumbers who visited were not able to fix my radiant heating boiler and finally Jeff fixed it. He was able to tell with his experience the possible issue and even tried to fix it without immediately changing the part. Generally technicians change the part immediately without trying to fix it. Jeff found the reason also why the part failed.
The only issue with Jeff is that he is generally late, most probably because he is too busy. On the other hand he responded well on the phone messages and delays.
