I had Regulators Plumbing come over to diagnose and fix a small leak we had in our kitchen sink area. Jason was very clear about what was happening and why, and quickly resolved the issue for us. I asked if they could come back out the following week to install a couple of new faucets in our bathroom. Jason and team came out and installed at the time specified and everything went great. Working with them was a good experience - would trust them with our future plumbing issues/needs.

Great experience with Jason and his team at Regulators! Had them reinstall our toilet following restoration of our bathroom after water damage. Team was quick and efficient, communicated clearly about what they were doing along the way, even cleared a slow draining sink for us they noted in the process. Pricing was competitive. When we discovered a secondary issue (not related to the reinstall), Jason agreed to come back the NEXT day and take care of it for us. Above and beyond! Thanks Regulators.

Regulators Plumbing came out to assist me with a new home that had a number of issues, and they were super helpful in identifying what needed doing, providing explanations as to how the issues came about in the first place, and what to do to prevent it from happening again. They were great about providing me various options at each step of the way, their work was superb, and they were quick and professional about getting the work done. Excellent experience working with them!

Had a pretty good leak on my main between the house and the meter. Regulators came though and fixed it right! New line, no digging. Very happy I don’t need a new driveway! Courteous, friendly and very professional. Communication throughout the whole process. 10/10 highly recommend this company!

Jason did the rough plumbing moving the drain and water supplies for the sink and the toilet before tile install. It was all right on as the free standing pedistal sink fit perfect. He installed one the heaviest toilets out there with some difficulty. It all looks great!

They were wonderful from the first conversation. After hearing the description of what was happening his knowledge put my mind at ease by assuring me he would check everything out but he was pretty sure it was a basic fix. They came out the same day explained and showed me everything they were seeing and quickly fixed the problem. It was exactly what he thought. He fixed the problem, never threw in various options of things he could fix so he could up the bill. Straight forward and honest and pricing was upfront and good. They will forever be my first call for plumbing needs.

Jason is nothing short of amazing - he was brought in for a completely separate, planned project, but came on a weekend to replace my water heater along with some other critical issues he found when I needed help.

Amazing! Jason and his team are incredible! Excellent communication, detailed explanations of not only what he’s going to be doing but a review after it’s been completed as well. He answered all of my questions in a way I could understand and ensured that I knew all details necessary for the future before leaving. They were clean and made sure to lay down tarps so that the carpets remained untouched. It was an excellent service, efficient, and was completed with care and respect to the home. These guys are awesome! I’ll be using them for all my plumbing needs!

Jason is super responsive and get everything done perfectly in a short time! He professionally figured out all the pipes leakage areas and fixed them in no time. Very knowledgeable and highly recommended!

Jason came on the same day when I asked for an estimate even though it was a weekend and he had an emergency job. He and his sons were able to help us put new service waterline, 1” PEX from meter to our house which was about 80 feet. His estimate came the least expensive. In a few days, he was able to come here and finish in one day. He is a good communicator and he was on time at 7:30 am. They put a new service line from meter to our house by first digging around utility lines, then used boring machine for the line to go underground to our crawl space. They add new shut off lever and PRV at the better location for easier access. He capped my old main in garage under the cabinet where I had to crawl on my back to shut it off. He made it easiest, fastest, pain free for me. They even used 80 bags of pebbles and sand to backfill the hole. I am very happy to work with kind, hardworking, competent professional who put homeowners at ease. I will definitely use him again.

I am so impressed with this company. I have had plumbing issues this past year and even plumbing companies that said they have emergency service couldn’t come out. Today I went to my local community page, and this company was the first to respond which I was so grateful for And to even make me happier, they came out and installed my hot water tank within a few hours of my first contact with them. The communication and professionalism is a 10 out of 10. Compared to the “bigger companies“ who charge a lot more. I will be putting this local family, plumbing-company phone number in my go to “plumber” contact list to call them back if I have any other issues in the future . I definitely recommend them and I don’t give very many reviews, but they were excellent !!

Jason with Regulators Plumbing came highly recommended by a trusted realtor friend and I hired him to replace my old water heater with a brand new one. Jason was extremely professional, knowledgeable and responsive and it was a smooth and easy process coordinating the service. He and Caleb showed up on time for the installation, were extremely skilled in removing my old water heater from the hall closet it was in and replacing it with a new one that is working great! Great job unclogging kitchen drain after other plumber couldn't.

Mike's shows up twice in Google. Only 3 reviews here, 88 on the other listing. See my lengthy review there that explains my 1 start review.

They came out quickly for my clogged toilet. I got a quote beforehand and some adds on they might have had to do (worst case was replace the toilet). Luckily they did not have to and actually overquoted me which I was so greatful for! I will be calling them again!

We contracted Mike's to have a PRV replaced in our crawl space. They were able to not only replace it, but move the PRV valve and the main shut-off inside the house for a very reasonable fee.

The technicians were very knowledgeable, answered questions with patience, and presented us options for the repair.
