If I could give them a zero star I would. They put in a tank fully aware that there was a Crack that went along the whole tank into an empty home I manage. As we waited for the new residents to be approved the tank began to leak for several weeks and cause damages to the room below the tank. This company decided after their negligence to not even check to verify the water didn't damage or harm the lighting which water came through nor the ceiling that water sat in for weeks dripping out. I would not use a draining and plumbing company who doesn't do the work after their negligence they don't care about customer satisfaction at all. They even charged us for the labor on an issue they created. Please use anyone but them.

We had our water main burst without a possible repair to the line, which required full replacement. I called one of the "big" advertised plumbing companies for an estimate. I was shocked at the cost, 50k for the uncomplicated replacement of the water line.
I researched on our local neighborhood user group, found some recommendations and discovered Done Right Plumbing. They quickly responded with an estimate within a couple hours, surveyed the job, recognized a couple other potential problem areas they could improve on and presented an estimate 40k less than the 1st estimate I'd received.
Their crew and Steve (the owner) were out the next day, trenched and replaced 160' ft of water main, all new connections, and replaced copper fixtures and connections to my water heater, done by early afternoon.
Unbelievable customer service and expedience to our home with without water!

Plumbing repairs can be a nightmare, they dispelled all my fears of being taken advantage of!

Called around a few different places to get an estimate for my bathroom remodel rough in and half of the places I called didn't even do big jobs.

They had a team of 5, everyone was pleasant and answered the few questions I had. Clean and solid work at the end of the day.

They weren't the cheapest option, but the reason I went with them was because they did a sewer scope (no charge) prior to agreeing to the work to ensure that my remodel CAN be done instead of assuming it can, so that kind of thoroughness is what I was looking for.

I had an excellent experience with Done Right Plumbing and would recommend them to anyone. After discovering a water leak from the main in my front yard, they quickly responded and had the leak repaired by the following day. Not only was i impressed by how quickly responded, but their technicians were very professional and their pricing was reasonable.

We've used Done Right Plumbing several times over recent years to deal with a variety of plumbing issues at our home and at our rental property. We've found them to be excellent. Very responsive, timely, pleasant to deal with, and doing very good work at decent value.

They did an amazing job at a price I could afford. The owner phoned me right away to make sure everything was OK when he learned I had a leak. Then we set a time for a free estimate. Yes you read that correctly the owner Steve checked on me and my situation to make sure we were OK before being paid a dime or even having a contract to be paid. Then after the free estimate they were able to start and complete the work the same day. They were super kind and polite and very efficient. They were done so fast, digging all the way underground locating the issue and fixing it.
Cleaning up everything afterwards. My leak is 100% gone!!!

I have had Done Right Plumbing out several times over the last couple of years. Last time they replaced my leaky water heater, today it was time to replace the PRV and two toilets.

They are always on time, very professional, explain everything they are doing and why, and they never exceed what they’ve quoted.

My husband and I are recent homeowners working through various bathroom plumbing issues that come with an older home. These guys are great, especially in comparison to their competition. We had a flooded crawl space. The first people we called came out, gave us an estimate the next day, wanted full payment up front and ghosted us when we questioned them on it.

The second outfit wanted $100 just to come out, that's a non-starter.

The third guy showed up on my doorstep a half hour after I initiated contact, promised me an estimate the next day but didn't get back to me for a week. (By which time Done Right had already finished)

Done Right came out the same day with no charge for doing so. They gave me an estimate and started to work immediately. They cleared & inspected my drain line and installed a "clean-out" (access port to make it easier to clean next time.) They did a great job, cleaned up after themselves and did their best to put our stepping stones back.

They charged less than the either of the estimates I received from others.

We hired Done Right Plumbing to replace our outdoor waterline (around 190 ft) using the trenchless approach. Our project is definitely a challenging one but is handled very well by them. First is always about the pricing. They don’t charge any service fee to come to the house, evaluate the case and generate a quote. And we can tell that they have plenty of professional experiences by the quote they generated. Their pricing is very nice and cheaper than a few contractors we tried. Second, communication with them was very smooth and clear. We were informed about every steps they planed to take. Everyone we talked to from this contractor(Malachi, Wendy from the office, etc) is kind and patient. Third, our property was restored very well after the work is done. They took care of all the trash as well as the dirt. Lastly, it is probably too early to tell the quality of the waterline since it was just placed. But they offer us a 15 year warranty, which indicates their confidence in their work. In all, we are happy with their work. I am not a person who always leave comments on social media but they deserve one.

I'm very fortunate to have Done Right Plumbing as my plumbers. Always excellent service and an informative personable crew of plumbers.
They were good enough to come on a holiday and performed a sewer scope free of charge. They found the problem, documented it and are reaching out my local municipality to help resolve the issue.
I couldn't ask for more. Keep up the good work!

I would 100% recommend Done Right Plumbing. I had a leaky faucet that I was unable to fix myself. They were on time, knowledgeable, friendly, not condescending, and quick. They communicated well regarding what was wrong and price to fix. I will definitely use them again!

When my sink was spilling water all over the floor, and I called them, they were quick to come and offer an estimate. When I had questions about the estimate, I quickly received a very polite call with a detailed explanation that put my mind at ease.
I am was then quickly scheduled once we confirmed the plan. They were quite professional and excellent at communication and there were no surprises. That’s what I think is one of the best parts. Working with a plumbing group where there’s no surprises and their professionalism is consistent and obvious. I would highly recommend this group to anyone needing a plumber. I realize that sometimes it’s hard to trust Home repair groups. But I’ve had nothing but good experiences now and I’ve used Done Right Plumbing for four different challenges that I’ve had in my house.

I had a unique plumbing situation with a busted main water line. Done Right Plumbing came out immediately and provided a quick quote and were available to begin work within be a day. They were comparable with the other quotes and had a plan of action ready to go. The trenchless replacement of the water main crossed the landscaped gardens and only required the entrance hole and a hole by the foundation. The operator , Steve, was extremely competent and considerate in keeping the drilling on track and managing the entire project with tge six other employees. He was incredible to have working on my situation quickly and efficiently. They through the required number of people to complete the job as soon as possible. All of the work crew were great to have on the site and cleaned up the work areas as soon as the plumbing was complete.

The crew at done right plumbing came out next day and did an assessment of our issue. They were able to take a look and were extremely honest in telling us that we didn’t have to do a repair. I really appreciated it because they saved us money and did prompt service so we could proceed forward with our construction work without delay. I definitely recommend them as they’re honest and very informative as well.

Done Right has replaced our main line, the drain line from our kitchen, and more. They have been incredibly responsive and reliable. When we’ve needed someone on short notice, they’ve done everything they can to help us out. Perhaps most importantly, they stand behind their work. We would absolutely recommend them!

Her sinks have been plugged for a week nothing worked so we called done right plumbing they come up and had it. Unplugged at about an hour we had three sinks so it was extra hard but they did a great job and was deeply satisfied thank you guys Dorene

Something that impressed me was that he reached out to city and utility companies to send out crews to locate and mark sewer, gas and electricity lines around my house.
