Spencer is probably is best electrician on the planet, and I’ve only met 1 electrician. He is very knowledgeable in his trade and it shows. He was very straight forward on what he was doing to repair my GFCI outlets and how much it would cost before doing the repairs. I really appreciated that he was able to come out within an hour of me calling Harts. I would definitely recommend this company and Spencer to friends and family and will use them on any repairs in the future.

Daylen O-Brian is incredible he thoroughly check our electric system found some issues we were not aware of and explained why these issues should be resolved. All work was done well and with extra attention to other issues he ran into . Daylen installed a new garage light , patched the holes and disposed of the other lights. He also switched out all of our outlets and switches noticing that our outside outlets were not rated for outdoor use. Great job we will hire Hart's again

I had an outstanding experience with Luis Espinosa! He did a fantastic job locating and fixing a leak in the crawlspace of my home. Luis was incredibly thorough, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain what he found, what needed to be done, and made sure the repair was completed correctly.

Dakota was incredibly helpful and patiently answered all our questions, giving us a clear understanding of the products offered. Although we ultimately didn’t choose Hart’s, we wanted to leave this review to acknowledge Dakota’s great assistance.

Verys nice people work for Hart's Electric. They found out my problem, fixed it and and while here did a full review and informed me of what should be done now and what could be done later. Took care of the now problem efficiently. I would hire this company again in a "Heart" beat. Thx so much

Mike did a great job finding the leak and coming up with a repair plan. The house is new to us and the situation with the existing shower drain was surprising. The plumbing repair took most of the day so the cost was probably commensurate with effort and result.

I don't write reviews too often but these guys are so friendly and professional. I had a EV charger installed and there was an update in permit requirements. Harts was prompt and sent their people right away to get it fixed no charge. But in both instances, they were awesome, friendly, and great to work with! Their whole operation is very efficient, I recommend!

BUYER BEWARE — DO NOT HIRE HARTS!
I called this company just to get a quote for an EV charger install, and it turned into a nightmare. Within 10 minutes of arriving, their technician damaged my breaker panel and wiring. He unnecessarily reached into a junction box, grabbed wires, and straightened them out — something that had nothing to do with providing a quote. In the process, he caused a hard fault on a 240V circuit that tripped both the 30A breaker and my 200A main breaker for the entire house. Sparks, smoke, and all.
Instead of owning up, the technician told me “everything was fine” without even testing anything. When I complained, they sent a service manager who also claimed there was no problem — but I later discovered they had scraped away burned material and wiped paint around the breaker box to cover it up. That’s two lies and an attempted cover-up.
Square D (the manufacturer of my panel and breakers) states that breakers should be replaced after a hard fault like this. At a minimum, my 30A breaker and neighboring 20A breakers should have been replaced. The service manager reluctantly swapped out only the single 30A breaker after I argued with him, but refused to do more.
My house is only 7 years old, and now the integrity of my 200A service panel is compromised. The replacement cost runs in the thousands, yet Harts’ idea of “making it right” was to send back the same technician who caused the damage and offer me a $400 “discount” — still charging me $900 for the charger install. I declined. Another local electrician in Poulsbo quoted me $700 for the same job and did the work professionally, passing inspection.
To make matters worse, two weeks later my refrigerator (on the breaker next to the damaged one) failed — very likely related to this incident.
This company is overpriced, reckless, and dishonest. Avoid them at all costs. -
Very professional and knowledgeable. Jordan (Caycee) was very helpful to make our decision. We are looking forward to call them whenever we need another plumbing problem. This business is hands down one of the best strucutred organizations I have ever experienced from the start to the end.

I hired Harts Plumbing to change plumbing configuration for new washer/dryer Tower combo. Luis was technician who managed the project and did an amazing job relocating and replacing old piping to accomodate new unit. Walked me through process and left work area pristine. My go-to plummers for any other plumbing, electrical projects. Highly recommend their work.
