Our heat pump water heater was having some problems. Michael Moshier came out to have a look and worked with the manufacturer's tech support to diagnose the problem. Some electrical components needed to be replaced, which had to be shipped from the manufacturer, and getting them in and out was a complicated process. Michael was very careful and thorough in completing this work. He also identified and addressed some defects from the original installation of the water heater. I feel we got solid value given the time, attention, and expertise required to do this work.

Logan did a great job removing a disgusting clog from my kitchen sink. Also he was very kind to my mother-in-law. We recently lost my father-in-law, and needless to say she is very emotional right now and he went above and beyond in being comforting to her when he could have just focused on the job at hand. Also the business was very kind when they heard about our loss they sent us a beautiful bouquet of flowers which was completely unnecessary but absolutely kind and my mother-in-law was so impressed. Needless to say I think you've got customers for life.

Jonny was excellent at communicating not only about his ETA, but also about what the needs for our home are. Talking things over with him was informative and helpful. He was polite and respectful during his entire visit. I highly recommend him!

My first experience with Harts was good, but this time was not. I had to take the day off work to be available for hot water service today and in the middle of the day they call and say they are to busy to come now. What was more frustrating was Michelle made no effort to make this situation right. So I let her know that, no I can't take another day off of work this week and that I needed them to honor the scheduled appointment or we will take our business somewhere else, she offered nothing, so I will

Eric was great. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful when it came to what we wanted or needed to do. We feel very comfortable at having Eric to the work for us that needs to be done.

Harts did a fantastic job with helping us troubleshoot our furnace, and moving our heat pump after another company installed it and did a poor job. Would absolutely recommend parts and plan on using them again

Nathan did an excellent job of diagnosing and then repairing my furnace. I had quotes from 3 different companies and his was the most extensive and his quote came back the cheapest. I had done some of the repair myself, calling in companies to handle the gas portion of the repair. Nathan was most receptive to the information I offered regarding the work I had done and what I had learned about what was needed to repair.

He performed the repairs skillfully and efficiently. He took care of everything I was expecting with a gas valve replacement. He was able to find a compatible gas valve, as getting an exact replacement for the gas valve that I had was difficult if not impossible.

I was very impressed and satisfied with Hart's services and would recommend to my family and friends. They are not pushy and pride themselves in making sure the problem is addressed. They are now my first choice when it comes to heating and furnace repair.

Luis was personable and professional. He worked consistently, was able to diagnose the problem right away and provide the solution on the spot. The customer service of the company was also diligent and customer oriented. Comparing prices with the last time a got a comparable service, this company charged double what I had payed before. However, I’m comparing prices from another state, which could explain the big gap.

Eric is both knowledgeable and personable. He followed up to fix my gas boiler, making an extra effort to get technical support from the manufacturer to fgure out the necessary fix. He also worked around my schedule during the day which made it easy for me. Great job and thank you!
