Shane and his team did an amazing job repiping our whole house. They were friendly, timely, and tidy. They were also able to finish the entire project in one day. We are so impressed by the quality of work and professionalism that we will be recommending them to our friends and family. We are definitely going to use them again in the future!

In addition to repiping my home, Shane and/or his crew also installed a new laundry tub, bathroom vanity, replaced an old waterline to my dishwasher ,replaced several sections of old drainage pipes and also hydro-jetted a clogged drainage pipe. All work was completed beyond my satisfaction!

I was looking for an electrician to come take a look at a potentially broken house fan. Harts popped up as a recommendation and they did not disappoint. Cade was incredible in every aspect. He was professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and all around the perfect man for the job. He was able replace a house fan and the switch in no time. He explained everything thoroughly that I needed to be aware of. If you decide to go with Harts, ask for Cade!

Coleman was great, very knowledgeable and helpful with the few issues we were having. He fixed our hard wire smoke detector, problem solved our electric outlet power issue and helped with an additional issue with our stove. I'm very grateful to have this company at our fingertips given some significant issues we've had with other electricians in the past.

Harts employee Logan G. is a knowledgeable, competent, helpful young man, experienced with drain clean-out issues, replacing sewer pipes, etc. With 10 years of experience, he currently assesses homeowner drain issues and supervises the drain clean-out and installation team.

Mike was very professional and knowledgable. He did a thourough and clean job. My only negative is that the repair and inspection of other areas not related to my issue, took longer than I expected.

Michael Moshier of Harts has helped us over the years with many different plumbing issues. He's always been a straight shooter and reliable.

Y,all — these guys were amazing. Super communicative, thorough, troubleshot two problems and Brady installed a new toilet quickly and effectively. Also they’re just very human and nice, which is a relief to me because I know nothing about plumbing and always feel like it’s a shot in the dark. Very satisfied!

We invited technician to receive estimate cost for simple drop-in sink replacement together with the faucet. We were shocked to receive an estimate in the amount of $4k+ just for the labor (we already purchased the sink and faucet, plumbing service not required). I contacted many people to get their opinion and the maximum amount someone paid was $2k.

The Tech seemed to know a lot about my concerns with my electrical system and was very thoughtful to discuss all options.
Explained all the options and we shall look them over and see if we can come up with a solution that we can handle.

We have NOT decided to go with Harts for our repairs, yet.

A huge decision for that amount of money and 13% interest is not really what we were looking for in financing. All other companies have 0% interest for at least a year to pay it off.

We had Dakota Randle come to our house for an electrical issue. He was awesome!!
Thus was our 5th time with this company and every time our projects were done perfectly!

I called yesterday for service and Kelsey Asrouch arrived today. He looked at the issue and was going to resolve it with the same size pipe and decided he had to use a longer pipe to accomplish its purpose! Very courteous and professional. A great representative of Harts Plumbers.
