Jason was awesome. Excellent communication before the visit, and during, giving me details all the way and informing me of what I needed to know. Had a cracked toilet replaced and 3 feeder lines.

An excellent experience. The whole area is dealing with burst pipes right now, so it's tough to get on a plumber's schedule. We didn't have an issue urgent as burst pipes, so it wasn't a big deal to wait a couple days for Regulators. He was able to give me a ballpark estimate on the phone and once they were here, they kept me abreast of each step of the fix so that I could attempt the work myself in the future. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve dealt with plumbers many times over the last 55yrs. Today was the most pleasant experience I have ever had with a plumbing company. Jason did everything he said he would do, when he said he would do it, at the exact amount he said he would charge and was very pleasant about it, too, as was his apprentice plumber son. I almost hope something else goes wrong with my plumbing so I can use them again.

Excellent work. Jason was able to replumb our kitchen sink properly. He saved us from having to cut into the wall to reconfigure the pipes. I would recommend him and will look to him for future plumbing needs.

We built a brand new ADU attached to our existing house and Regulators Plumbing LLC did all the plumbing work from start to finish. Jason went above and beyond! Jason was outstanding! We had a huge emergency and not only was quick to respond, he was a excellent communicator. He gave us a estimate and stuck to it and his time line of repair. I will use him again for all our plumbing needs. I highly recommend him.

We had a stopped up bathtub and no hot water pressure in our bathroom sink. Jason and his apprentice son came out on time and fixed everything. The bathtub turned out to be a bigger job than expected due to our old pipes, but they were still quick and very reasonably priced. Jason also took the time to explain everything thoroughly which we really appreciated. We would definitely use them again.

Jason was the epitome of professionalism. He arrived on time, took the quick tour of the work I wanted done and then discussed his plan with me.
He offered floor protection options for the shower and additionally repaired the master water shutoff in the house when he noticed the handle was no longer secured.
I would not hesitate to call on him again for any plumbing work in my newer house.

This review follows my third experience with Jason and Regulators Plumbing, which was by far the largest job involved.

Our main water line needed to be replaced, and their quote was very reasonable given the machinery needed and the complexity of our property layout. There were other options we could have went with, but from previous experience I knew Jason would fully dedicate himself to making sure the job went well.

Jason came well prepared, taking time to explain to me exactly what steps would occur and executed a strategy that created a lot less disruption to our property than we had expected. During the partial day it took onsite overall, Jason coordination all the work to make sure it completed with minimal interruption to the water supply.

I can't understate how pleased I am with Regulators Plumbing, they handled the job with complete professionalism and went above and beyond even the high expectations I'd started with!

Jason and his crew were very helpful in not only in recommending the right company to clean up our crawl space due to a broken pipe, but worked with our timeframe to get things resolved quickly. Jason and his 2 sons did a great job on our project. He was quick responsive and a fair price. He even went over and above to cap some pipes behind a wall that was not part of his original scope of work at no additional costs. Would 100% recommend for your next project.

Jason and Caleb called to let us know they would be there soon. (Very professional) When they got here, we looked at the damage, discussed options and came up with a plan. The pipe was replaced with PEX and a new spigot was installed in about an hour. The cost was reasonable and actually less than we thought it would be! The communication was clear and easy, Jason was polite and helpful even when I asked multiple questions that probably had obvious answers, and most importantly our toilet is fully operational one day after it presented with problems. The one year warranty is nice too - they stand by their work. Also I especially appreciated the time Jason took to verify the issue we had discussed over the phone, share his perspective on any possible damage from water leakage, and the company standard 6 flushes to confirm the repair.
