I had a small/minor leak near at the PRV near my water shut-off valve and had several plumbing companies come out to my home to inspect and diagnose the issue. Done Right Plumbing didn't give me the cheapest quote for repairs, but after talking with them about some of the other quotes I received, they were willing to match the price on the least expensive quote I had in hand. Beyond that, they were also timely, efficient, friendly, and clearly experienced, explaining everything I needed to know about the issue and the repair job and building trust right away. I decided to go with them instead of the other companies, and they scheduled a fix the next week.

Joe T. was the plumber who provided my initial quote and then handled the repairs. He was TOP NOTCH. Joe arrived in the time window that was communicated to me and completed the work in under an hour. He also walked me through what he was going to do before starting any work and what he did after the work was complete. Payment was straightforward and the whole experience was amazing from start to finish.

The next day, I called Wendy to share that our water pressure seemed a little low, and Joe came right back out the following morning to crank it up a bit more (while showing me how to do it near the replacement PRV if I ever wanted more/less pressure). He stayed while I tested faucets, showers, etc. inside the outside and also showed me the pressure reading before he left to give me peace of mind about where we left it (within the "safe" range). In addition, he replaced the insulation that was surrounding the piping near the water shut-off valve, since he had to rip off the original insulation when he installed the new PRV. He did all this for no extra charge; it was just his way of "finishing the job" and treating me with kindness and respect as a customer.

Done Right Plumbing truly lives up to its name. Based on this experience, I feel confident in the quality of their workmanship and their service. Wendy and Joe's communication was excellent and made me feel informed every step of the way. Their pricing was fair and they went the extra mile by price-matching on another cheaper quote from a local plumber. I'm so pleased with the outcome of the work they did and would count it a privilege to work with them (especially Joe T.) in the future. Bravo! Thanks again Done Right team!

We recently hired Done Right Plumbing to fix a leaking kitchen sink, and they did an excellent job. Ashton was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly. My experience was excellent. DRP responded quickly and had a plumbing technician at my home within days as my situation wasn't an emergency. They we clear about estimating charges prior to the work and kept to their estimate. The work was done quickly and I haven't had any lingering issues so far.

I hired them to fix water leak under ground. They increased their quote from the original $1000 to $1700 during the project. The project was done in approximately 2 to 3 hours.

Adding more details for my experience working with this company. I got a quote from Ashton last year. The initial quote was 1.5k and he agreed to lower the price to 1k if I dig the hole. After he came on site, he raised the price from 1k to 1.2k because the water line was not exposed. After digging for some time, we found a gas line and neighbors’ pipe, he started claiming the difficulty of the job and then raised the price to 1.5k, and finally 1.7k. I wish that I should have just walked away from the business.

We had a kitchen sink clog and although the technicians were very friendly and tried and tried to unclog it, they were unable to do it with their equipment. I called in a company with a high power rooter and they were able to clear the clog. Done Right did not charge me for their attempt.

On December 6 we asked Done Right Plumbing to come out and move our hot and cold water pipes from one wall to another. We also asked them to prepare the drain pipe for a tile base. The price was right, quality of equipment met my expectations and the guys were professional and friendly. It was a pleasure doing business for the most part. But, when they installed the new valve, they forgot to do something that apparently affected the other shower in on this floor of our home. For a week we were taking cold showers. I thought it was just a quark that would work itself out and then we had to leave out of town for the weekend. Monday the 13 we called and asked them to come just double check that it was good. They sent a team right away. The problem was identified and fixed quickly. We tested the new valve to make sure hot was coming out. We also checked the other shower to make sure my family would be happy. All is good now. Would liked to have done without the cold showers though.

They are truly professional and upfront about everything. They won’t mislead you like other companies I’ve worked with. I consistently use them for all of my commercial projects across multiple areas. As a facility management company, it’s rare to find a partner this reliable, and I genuinely value working with them.

Steve and his team went above and beyond. Had a leak from my house to the water main. Came out 3 days later and solved the issues and some I didn’t know I had! My yard looks like it never happened. I will definitely call them if I have future needs but we are hoping I won’t lol. Thank you Done right! You did good!

Our main water line between the water meter and the house broke, causing our crawl space to flood, and our water bill was unusually high. We discovered the issue during Thanksgiving week, but after calling Done Right, their staffs Sam and Joe came out very quickly to assess the problem. They did a thorough inspection and provided a professional evaluation, then promptly scheduled a full replacement of the main water line.

On the day of the replacement, Steve arrived with their crew. Despite a few challenges along the way, they handled everything efficiently and completed the job on time. The following day, Sam and Joe returned to finish the final details, re-leveling the soil in our front yard and spreading grass seed. Even though it rained during that time, they kept our home clean throughout the entire process.

This is truly a five-star company. Highly recommend!

Done Right Plumbing was the 5th company I had called for my plumbing problem. All other companies wanted to bust through the concrete slab in my basement resulting in very high plumbing but also repair costs. When Malikai from Done Right came over to evaluate the problem, he too thought this was a possibility but he proposed a solution that was less invasive and less costly, although he too thought it might need to escalate to breaking the concrete. His honesty and problem solving skills were the main reasons why I went with Done Right and I am so glad I did. He got the job done as scheduled and without resorting to the nuclear option. I’ll be a Done Right customer from now on for all of my plumbing needs. Highly recommend.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DONE RIGHT PLUMBING!!!!!! Steve and the team absolutely saved us!!!!! We live in Edmonds and we had a water leak in our front yard the first day of school. A different company fixed the leak and the leak FAILED within 30 days. I was beyond frustrated.

I posted in several Edmonds Facebook groups, I did some research, and I called Done Right to come out and take a look. I was immediately impressed by Steve R. and his team. I needed the ENTIRE water line replaced all the way from the house to the street, which was going to be complicated because we live on a slope and have rocky landscaping. I asked Steve tough questions, including whether his team had ever drilled a brand new line in such rough terrain, which he assured me he had.

I told Steve, "I want this done once, I want it done right, and I don't want to have to worry about it again." Steve and Done Right Plumbing delivered! They installed a brand new water line, a new pressure release valve, and managed to do the whole thing without digging a trench! Done Right is the ONLY company in the area that owns their OWN drilling equipment.

I would have paid more than Done Right charged, but their total price was completely reasonable. This is an honest, decent, high quality company. I hope they flourish for a long, long time.

I've paid a lot of plumbers over the years for subpar work. From now on, I'll hire Done Right and I will refer them to all my friends!

Wow! Done Right is amazing! Can’t believe I’m bragging about a service company but they did an outstanding job. No one ever likes to see a major leak in your waterline. Scheduling was easy. Malachi came out and assessed the situation. They gave me more than one option, but in the end, I opted to replace the waterline from the street to the house. In the end, I’m glad I did as when we were digging things up they found another smaller leak closer to the meter. Very professional, communicated well and reasonable price. Malachi was very friendly and super nice. This company is small enough not to be corporately owned yet large enough to be professional. I highly recommend them.
