Top Notch! They lived up to their Name..We had a water supply leak in our 30-year-old line, which ran under a newly paved driveway and neighboring properties. Instead of a temporary fix, we wanted a long-term solution. After getting bids from three plumbing companies, Steve from Done Right Plumbing stood out for his professionalism and promptness. He assessed our situation thoroughly, provided a competitive quote on the spot, and was able to start the work the same day. We truly appreciate the efficient service and care shown by Steve and his team.

Steve’s crew arrived promptly and got to work right away. They were professional, tidy, and respectful of our property, using boring equipment to avoid damaging the driveway or disturbing the neighbors. In just one afternoon, they replaced our old water line with a new PEX line and left everything clean and orderly. We appreciated their friendly attitude and attention to detail throughout the process.

Over the past several years, I have received help from Steve and his team on many occasions. I have been deeply impressed by their responsiveness to customer needs, their professional expertise, and their strong sense of responsibility. Done Right Plumbing did an excellent job replacing my main water line from my water meter to my house (~130 feet). They have advanced capabilities like horizontal drilling so they did not have to tear up my driveway or my yard/ grass (they bored underneath). The whole team (office manager, plumbers, and owner) are very professional. I got my whole water line replaced in one day and my water was back on by 4PM. I recommend Done Right for all residential and commercial plumbing needs. I was so impressed with the work and team I am recommending them to colleagues at my office.

Very prompt and efficient! On initial callout I was told what the issue was and what I could do to maybe resolve. I was given a quote for repair if I chose. Ultimately I was unable to resolve myself and called for the repair. Jeremy came the following morning and had the repair completed and my sink running again in about an hour. If I need a plumber again I would absolutely call Done Right.

We had a kitchen sink drainage clog that I couldn't resolve with Drano or a consumer-grade snake. We received a recommendation for Done Right Plumbing, and had them send a plumber to resolve the issue. It turns out there were drywall fragments in the line, apparently from a remodel we had done five years ago. The plumber (Joe) was able to resolve the problem, carefully employing methods to get the work done at a reasonable cost. Would highly recommend them!

Steve and his team did a great job. They installed a new water service to my house. That was a very difficult project. They use their specialized auger to precisely drill. A new water line that was over 100 feet in length and under a creek and also under my deck in the front yard that was about 20 feet wide at the area where they had to go under without disturbing any of the supports. They were able to complete the job in one day and they have another happy customer.

We chose Done Right because the company was recommended by neighbors as we dealt with a very serious failure of our sewer and water pipe system. Our house is quite unusual in its build. Malikai assessed the house with great details to understand better the issues. With great clarity and intelligence he was able to offer a couple of concrete solutions, always aware of the cost associated with each options. We felt very confident that he had our best interest at hand. Malikai is thorough, logical and skilled. He is very much solution oriented. We are very thankful that Malikai was our point person. He assessed my situation (repeatedly) over the phone (in person would have omitted the communication issues), provided a competitive detail quote, and was able to complete the work in a timely fashion. Steve’s crew arrived promptly and got to work right away. We recently used Done Right Plumbing to replace a faulty connection in our home’s main water supply line. Because it was an urgent repair, we didn’t have the opportunity to get multiple bids, and the initial price felt high to us.

I spoke directly with the owner, Steve, afterward. He took the time to walk me through the factors that go into pricing this type of work and how their rates compare to other companies in the area. I appreciated that he was willing to listen to my concerns and make sure I understood the value behind the job. He genuinely wanted us to feel satisfied with both the work and the price.

The repair was completed quickly and professionally, and based on my conversation with Steve and our overall experience, we plan to hire them again in the near future for other plumbing work. Joseph, the plumber on our job, was definitely our hero when the water started flowing again!

Gio was great. He was timely and efficient with his work. He shared the various options we had to approach a sewer drain repair. He knew his stuff. When issues like this arise, it is nice to have someone with his knowledge and abilities on site to fix the issue asap. From initial contact to problem solved it’s was less than two hours. I know my tenants definitely appreciate it.

Service was quick and Seth was very courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. Definitely went out of his way to make sure that I had everything that I needed to get my issue fixed.

I hired roto-rooter to do the drain clean up for my shower, my shower drain slowly due to some hair inside the drain.
Pro:

1.The customer service is very helpful and scheduled the same day service
2. the technical arrived very fast after the schedule. And fixed my issue less than 5 minutes since he just run the snake and cleaned the hair.

Cons:
I would say the service is too expensive, the technical just ran the snake to do a simple clean up, and charged me 540$. I talked with my friend after the service, she told me she had the similar job done last year used another plumber, it just took her 200$. I was surprised and disappointed after I heard that.

John came and un plugged our main outside sewer drain. He was nice and did a great job.

Jason Ciceu came to the house to fix my sister’s toilet. He was very professional, polite and easy to talk to and got here in a timely manner . He explained to me what he had done to fix it and gave me his business card to call him if we had any more issues. Roto-Rooter is lucky to have such a professional and friendly employee. We will definitely call Jason if we have any further issues

Ben came and replaced our main sewer line. He went above and beyond and fixed up everything. We will use Ben again in the future to replace the rest of our old cast iron

Asked them to check our yard drainage as there has been some clog issues - not too bad but decided to get it checked. They came in, didn’t ask any questions to understand what the issue is, and started working. After like 1 hour or so, they basically told us they can’t fix the issue and because they didn’t fix the issue, they decided to give us 20% off - so we were so lucky to just pay $700 for NOTHING. Oh wait, I wasn’t fair, it’s not nothing, they did leave our yard so smelly that we had to apologize to our neighbors. In sum, before the $700, we only had clog issues; after the $700 work, we got clog issues and a smelly yard. They could have just robbed us $700, yet they decided to leave some evidence with the smell to show that they actually did work not just pretending to be working. Where do you buy so many good ratings?

I had Roto Rooter come out due to a clogged toilet in an addition portion of my house. After the first guy pulled the toilet and tried to snake it to no avail, he said that we would have to get a clean out installed along the sewer line. When I asked if we can go down to the crawl space and check it out, since I thought I saw a clean out down there near a vent to the outside, he said no because another plumber with a camera snake was coming to locate the sewer line. When the other plumber got to the house, he ran the camera and confirmed that the sewer line ran beneath my backyard deck. He nonchalantly said we’d need to demo the deck and install a clean out there running to the cost of around $15k. He pushed to have a crew out the next day, but I kindly declined. When I asked if we could look for alternatives, he said there were none, and he too refused to go down to the crawl space with me to see the sewer line situation. He then reset our toilet, but in the process left a ring on the marble vanity counter top when he replaced the wax ring.

Fast forward to last weekend, my father in law and I rented our own sewer snake and were able to use the clean out in the crawl space and fix the problem for $85.

If you are looking for a plumber that will do an honest job and try to find a solution that is reasonable, look elsewhere.

Scott C. did an excellent job fixing our backed up sink. He explained everything very clearly & made the best recommendation for what would give us the most long-term benefits. He was very professional, answered all of our questions, and was quick and thorough about his work. I highly recommend him and this business for plumbing needs! We received same-day service, within 3 hours of calling to say we needed someone ASAP to fix our sink.

Scott at roto-rooter completely exceeded my expectations! Called Roto-rooter with an emergency (toilet backing up) after calling many local plumbers who were not able to see us same day. Roto-rooter not only was able to send someone out within an hour of our call, but the visit was no charge to diagnose the problem. Our tech Scott was so helpful and knowledgeable, explaining the system to us in ways that we would understand. We were quoted a price and agreed to services. Within minutes the clog was gone. Not only did he quickly fix our problem, he took the time to educate us on how to prevent and detect future emergencies. He was friendly and easy to work with. 5 stars! Although the visit was costly, we would call them again if we have any other plumbing concerns.

Mostafa was very courteous and helpful. He was able to get the drain(s) going again but $650 for a little over one hour's worth of snaking a drain is way too much money.

We had a severe clog and had several failed attempts. Jesse came with such a positive attitude. He worked like crazy and fixed the problem and literally saved the day. He left the area spotless! We are so thankful for your help and and would highly recommend his services.
