My water heater had developed a slow leak and I called A-List to come check it out. By the time they got here, next day, it had stopped leaking. The service technician advised I just keep an eye on it. It may have been caused by setting it to vacation mode while we were gone for a few weeks. No charge for the service call. I would highly recommend them based on their honesty.

Sam has been very professional in his work while completely replumbing two bathrooms in our home. He clearly knows his trade and approaches even the toughest jobs with well-founded confidence. He is respectful and is patient when asked questions. Can’t say enough good things about him.

I had gone a few days without hot water and heat in the house. I was having trouble finding a company that would come out. I got referred to A-List plumbing and they agreed to see me on Friday (which was quicker than I expected).

Heath came out and I thought he was just going to access the situation and make a plan. Turns out he went to Bellevue, got a heater, and installed it that day which really saved my weekend. Turns out that Heath owns the company. Nice guy who went the extra mile

They were great through our sizing issue! Our dishwasher was too big for the hole so we had to reschedule them after the mods. They were patient with me, happy I went with them.

Samuel Harris took care of replacing the full fill valve and flapper assembly inside the tank today. Did a great job, and also fixed a faulty shut off valve at no extra cost.

A-List showed up when they said they would, they were able to quickly troubleshoot the issue, and they had it fixed in under an hour. The technician was very nice and knowledgeable. I'll definitely be calling them again.

Shoddy work. Unbelievably slow. I have it documented that it wasn't done to code. I have the affidavit and photos to document it wasn't done to code. Installed new dishwasher and operated it a number of times to test but didn't remove all of the plastic and spacers inside the dishwasher they just installed. It wasn't even hooked up to the drain properly. Tech left the back door open most of the four hours that he was here and had turned the power off to the whole house. Guess he couldn't read the one that says kitchen.
My regular plumbers were several hundred less but these guys were here.
Not to code. The project was not done to code and I had it documented with affidavit from another plumber. Whatever they are, they are not plumbers. Even left behind a $200 dollar tool. Guess I am getting the necessary consultants for the lawsuit.

The holes he made to the outside were three times larger than was necessary.

I called and left a message when my hot water heater went out. I found the response quick and efficient. They showed up within the time period promised, and texted when on their way. Our new water heater was supplied and installed at the price agreed upon, the old water heater was disposed with. They were professional, tidy and reliable. I definitely recommend A-List Plumbing.

A pipe at our house burst on December 23rd in the late afternoon. A-List plumbing was the only company we found that was willing to help us fix the pipe so we could turn our water back on before Christmas Eve.

Heath came exactly when he said he would arrive and was quick to fix the issue. As first time home owners, he was also very kind in explaining what he was doing, what we can do if similar issues arise in the future, and how to avoid issues.

They saved our Christmas Eve and for a reasonable price (which they were upfront about as the minimum given it was an emergency call). Thank you Heath and the A-List plumbing crew!

Sam, came early rather than later. He was most efficient, polite and knowledgeable. He examined the problem and went to work right away and solved the immediate problem He demonstrated and explained to me what the problem was and provided economical solutions in order to prevent reoccurrence. I was so impressed with his options. He could have recommended expensive options and what could I have said being a recent widow not used to handling emergent household maintenance problems. I’m so grateful that Sam was sent to my home today. He even mentioned that I should call my homeowners insurance company. which I did right away.

I can not say enough about the service I received from A-List Plumbing. I was in the Hardware store in Yakima, Wa and no-one could help me so I was sitting in the parking lot watching YouTube videos. I looked up and saw the A-List Plumbing truck and I waited for someone to come to their rig. I jumped out and started asking Sam questions about an obscure part I needed. He shared that he was going to Seattle (2.5 hours away) the next day. He purchased the part the next day and drove it to my house at 7:30 p.m. He even took a moment to look at my project. Top notch knowledge and service! I saved this number in my phone! Great service, great quality, and great value!

The most honest contractor I’ve ever dealt with!

We had used A-List years ago for another job and were very happy with the work the and the persons involved. Now we had them back for a much different project, of course different people and once again the two workers were excellent, professional and efficient. Jason and his assiciate are great representatives for A List.

We had Brian come out to fix our backed up bathtub drain. We tried everything first, drain stick, snake, draino, plunger and even a camera nothing worked.

He came in and got it fixed quickly and efficiently. Was very helpful and professional. I'd highly recommend Brian and Alist plumbing
