Was not to helpful.. was looking for certain name brand PEX water line for some reason they couldn't get it.. pointed me to another company and they we're just as helpful.. which means none.. although they were willing to sell me their product that was in stock not even close to what I was looking for..

Bad reputation with the employees. I stopped using them after. Not that the fish company was a big customer but should show respect for their employees as it reflects how they treat their customers.

I have some unfortunate and unconventional plumbing in my house and each time I have gone into this business the guys have all been really helpful and helped me work and my dad work through some plumbing designs. I really appreciate them. And their prices are stellar. They are my go-to before I ever step into a Lowes or Home Depot.

I broke their protocol and walked into the store. Not only did they not throw me out, the salesman was extremely friendly and helpful. I got the part I needed in 5 minutes and it saved the day. Will definitely shop here again.

Got great help over the phone for a cash sale. The price for a pro-grade water heater was about $600 more than the last stock of the equivalent big box model before tariffs bite. My spouse picked up and paid with a baby and got no judgment and help loading our trailer. Probably not a place to figure out a project on the fly, but if you know what you want, they seem to have great prices and friendly service.

Ian and Damon came to our house because we were having an issue with our air conditioning not working. They ended up having to replace our heater which happens to be in our attic which is more like a crawl space with no floor in nearly 80 degree weather. A real crap job. They did a fantastic job and I really appreciate their hard work! Will definitely hire them again for maintenance!

Our kitchen drain kept clogging repeatedly. Their technician cleaned the entire pipe section carefully. After the service the drain works much better.

Pipe connection became loose over time. Reached out to this service and they secured it properly. No more dripping.

Lately, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the drain. Their service cleaned and treated the pipes. The odor is gone now.

My toilet started overflowing randomly. The specialist cleared a blockage deep in the line and tested everything twice. No more surprise overflows. Huge relief.
