**Just had an emergency water situation and called Brock. He called the office and set up my appointment and gave the tech information on what he saw so Charlie could be prepared. Charlie was quick and clear with what went wrong and how he was going to fix it. I will call this company anytime I need work done. Thank you for saving the day!**

We recently had Steve's out to fix pipes under our house and rework some bathroom pipes. Brock and Andrew were amazing! Very clear and informative about what they were doing and when they ran into new problems, they were quick to tell us what it was and how they could fix it. When it became more of a job than we had planned, Brock and Andrew scheduled everything they needed done really fast and I didn't have to add anything to my load. With a new baby, I appreciated them working with me while she napped and keeping the water on until a shutoff was needed. Brock even came back by after working all day when we noticed a problem with our hot water. They were really good with our needy dogs too. I would have them back out to work on our house anytime. We are very happy with the work and with the clear, honest communication. Thank you guys for helping me get closer to my new bathroom!

I used Steve's a couple years ago and so when I needed work done I didn't hesitate to call them first. Our water heater went out at work and Noone wants to wash hands with freezing water. Brock came out, assessing the issue quickly, got the parts the next day and had us running again in 24 hours. Oh not to mention our works water heater is mounted like 10 feet off the ground? Like not 1 complaint, just did the work, smile on his face and very respectful and pleasant. Thanks to the guys with him too, all helping and hands down great team!

I thought when a pipe was leaking under my house, that it was going to be a terrible day. Having to call a plumber out and deal with bad news from some plumber that would just up charge me and I’d be at the mercy of whatever they wanted. But when Luke and his apprentice Cole showed up on time/as scheduled and ready to inspect the leaking pipe, I instantly felt relieved upon their arrival. This was because of their punctuality and readiness to investigate the issue, to get started on whatever was needed right away. (I appreciate not beating around the bush).

Luke was very professional and extremely knowledgeable on the work that needed to be performed after a thorough inspection. He was upfront and honest through the whole service they performed. The prices were fair and they fixed the leaking pipe by cutting and replacing the whole section for a fair price and with the upmost skill and workmanship.

They were not only great at the services they provided, but genuinely nice to talk with and spend my Monday afternoon with. I appreciated them sharing the photos from under the house as well, so it wasn’t a mystery to me.

I’ve called plumbers in the past, but not a single one had the personality and professionalism that Luke had. That’s why I felt so inclined to leave a review for this outstanding plumber. Steve’s plumbing hired the right guy for sure.

We recently had our home re-piped by Charlie and Cole from Steve's Plumbing and cannot recommend them enough for their fantastic quality of work, service, and punctuality. We had initially called Steve's Plumbing to correct poorly-done work by different professionals and Charlie did a great job of explaining the options we had, while also bringing some other issues to our attention which would have been a risk to leave unaddressed.

Despite our home presenting a challenge with extremely tight spaces, very old and awkwardly-placed pipes, and the need to correct weird and questionable work, Charlie and Cole were able to completely revamp the plumbing in our crawlspace and laundry/utility room while keeping us informed and involved with the process. Their service and hard work (4 days of 10+ hours on average) was both impressive and assuring that we had made the right choice who to trust working on our home. Definitely planning to go with Steve's plumbing for all our future needs!

Brock and Andrew were exceptional today in their repair of a couple of issues that I had with my plumbing. They were thorough, knowledgeable and very personable and professional too! They left my place cleaner than it was before they started repairing and took care of their own mess. I’d have them back anytime I have another plumbing problem! Price was reasonable also!

Great service from Steve’s Plumbing, when our family was in a jam. Luke was quick making it out to our house, where we had a pipe burst inside a wall. He found the issue and made the repair quickly, and was incredibly helpful explaining as he went. Will definitely be going back for any future needs - thanks!

Dylan came out and did a walk through on all plumbing equipment. He took his time to inspect and answer all questions asked. Was pleased with the feedback and recommendations. Overall great service and quality work will be continuing to use Steve's plumbing for further services.

We had a great experience with Steve’s Plumbing. They upgraded our shut-off valves, fixed a leak in our shower, and installed a new water heater, and everything was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. Dimitri and Terence were both very polite, professional, and easy to work with. They did excellent work and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left, which we really appreciated. We’re happy to have Steve’s Plumbing as our go-to plumbers and would highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable, high-quality plumbing work.

Brandon and Zeke arrived promptly; Brandon had called ahead to confirm, which was appreciated.
Both men were very pleasant, professional and at ease with our dog.

Brandon assessed the problem, and provided a detailed explanation and rationale for the repair which he tested several times before informing us it had been completed.
Zeke did the assessment of all of the rest of our plumbing, and left a chart with his findings.

We were not pressured to do more repairs.

I extremely recommend Charlie Tait to be your plumber. If I could give him 6 out of 5 stars I would. Much like how he looks, his work was amazing. He is a professional and has sufficient knowledge in his field of work. If you are worried about the money, don’t be. Charlie looks at his work in the perspective of the customer and gives reasonable honest prices and the work that he did was absolutely worth the money. When doing the plumbing work at my house he worked late and finished the job in just two days. It was extremely impressive as the job that needed to be done required pulling up concrete tiles in my backyard. He not only fixed the necessary parts but also the unnecessary even when not requested. If I have another plumbing job in the future, I will call Charlie Tait. Not only Charlie, but Steve’s Plumbing is an amazing company that has various payment plans. You should absolutely look at their plans and I guarantee there will be one for you! Thank you Charlie!

Plumber was excellent, had a sewage smell in the bathroom, he gave us an easy fix and didn't try to upsell. Reattatched our tub spout and fixed it so it works properly. Did a thorough inspection of other plumbing around the house to make sure all was in good working order. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail, even things that didn't have to do with plumbing as I had lots of questions. Very reasonable price. Will definitely call them in the future if I need any repairs.

Zeke from Steve’s Plumbing was awesome! He was super friendly and very knowledgeable. He checked my hot water heater and toilet, then around my condo for potential problem sites. He identified a leak in the making in my primary bathroom. Once everything was checked and assessed, he presented the estimate and explained in detail all the charges. I gave the go ahead and Zeke set up and changed out my old hot water heater and toilet. I had him clean the sink line. His work was neat and tidy. There was no debris left behind. I asked questions along the way and he took the time to explain his answers. I’m super happy and impressed with the speed and competency of his work. Thank you.

Called these guys for a drain fix behind my Washer/Dryer Unit. Finished the job same day at a fair price. Lance and Dan are the only guys I call for all things plumbing and heating! Don't waste your time with anybody else.

A-Game just completed a sewer line project for us and I highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work. Even from the beginning when getting an estimate, Lance and his team were punctual, professional and transparent. Our job ended up taking longer than expected but they were great at communicating what was changing and why, keeping me in the loop the entire way. I know they had other projects they were working on but made sure to come back to our house daily, even working into the dark to get the job done. At the end, Lance walked me through all of the repairs they had made and I am incredibly confident in their work. They even took care of small details like replacing gravel walkways, getting grass seed for the lawn, and pressure washing siding that got dirty. Again, I highly recommend A-Game for your plumbing needs!

Lance is friendly and professional. He came out quickly and was very thorough in walking us through what the problem was. What we thought was gonna be a big fix ended up being something smaller thanks to Lance. I would recommend him to anyone and will be calling him again.

A-game was out here very quickly, and had a full furnace replacement done 24 hours later. they were knowledgeable, helpful, quick, and reliable- highly recommended.
