As a first time home-owner living in extreme weather, it can be nerve wracking dealing with things like frozen pipes or your toilet / faucets making funny noises. Lance was able to help troubleshoot promptly, communicate effectively and fix the problems. I commend his company for the overall professionalism. Give these guys a call and support small business!

I had a great experience with A-Game Plumbing and Heating. From start to finish, they were professional and thorough. A-game plumbing was definitely not on their A game when I tried to get a quote on a new air conditioner system.

The first time they were suppose to come out, I took time off from work so I could meet them, but they never showed up. When I called in about it, they just rescheduled me for a different day and no sincere apology.

The second time they were suppose to come out, he called me 20 minutes before the appointment and said he will be there in 20 minutes. He arrived 40 minutes late from that time. He said I'd get a quote the next day.

It's been nearly 2 weeks since then and I've not gotten my quotes from them. I've called them 5 times over the last 2 weeks with multiple voicemails and they still haven't responded with any quotes.

I'm quite disappointed in A-game's customer service on trying to even get a quote. There has been a demonstrated pattern of a lack of respect for the (potential) customer's time.

A-Game Plumbing and Heating staff's are professional, kind, humble, skilled and honest. They responded quickly and fix my burst pipe behind the wall of my basement immediately. The cost of the repair with new parts was very reasonable.

A Game Plumbing and Heating also fix our heating issue when we lost our heat. They were able to diagnosed, resolved and fix the problem ASAP. Pleasantly surprised, A Game Plumbing & Heating did not charge me because it was a simple fix.

A Game Plumbing and Heating, performed air-conditioning maintenance. They work on our air conditioner unit inside & outside. Cost of the maintenance was also very reasonable.

Lance came to my house on a weekend due to a dire emergency. My basement bathroom had flooded, it was a stinky situation. I rented a 75’ snake to attempt to clear the clog myself, no luck. Lance brought his much much longer snake (that has a camera on the tip) and was able to get the water to begin flowing, the clog was 90’ away from the access point in my home! Ugh….I came up just short but Lance was there to save the day with his much longer snake. While they were able to get my basement bathroom to begin draining the clog was so massive that the next day he had to bring out the big guns to clear it completely. A giant 150’ water snake that shot water out at 1000 PSI! Lance has got some serious equipment and he has been trained well to use it. This got the job done in no time flat, the giant clog was obliterated. Lance had saved the day! The price was very fair considering it was a weekend emergency call and the heavy duty equipment that he had to bust out to get the job done.

A Game Plumbing is truly on their A Game, focused on quality service at a fair price. Highly recommend.

I had A Game come over on MLK. They arrived on time to clear a drain that was cleared 2 years ago from another plumber. All the previous plumber did was clear the drain and did not try to diagnose the issue. When A Game came, they were able to clear the drain, but through their expertise, were able to correctly diagnose and permanently fix our issue. Their team was very courteous and professional, and had nearly 20 years of experience, which is why they were able to efficiently and correctly diagnose and fix my issue. We are having them come out again for other plumbing needs that have been on my to do list. I completely trust this team and would recommend them anytime. If I had to do it over again, I would definitely choose the A Game team.

Lance and team did a great job with fixing up my water heater. I would highly recommend them - one thing that stands out is the honesty with which they proceeded on the job whereas some of the other quotes I got were misleading. Definitely going to use them again

A-Game Plumbing responded to my phone call and was at my home within 1 hour. They helped me disconnect a gas line on my dryer when I was in a pinch. They were super nice and helpful. I already have them getting me a quote for a new faucet in my backyard. I definitely recommend them!

This company has been so amazing to me. Few months back they installed a new heating and air conditioner system and did an amazing job then. Today Eric and his partner came and installed a new hot water tank and they were so awesome. They have gone above and beyond to help me out. They did things that normally another company would have said they wouldn’t do that to once you’re done with it call and we’ll come back to do the job. Thank you guys so much for the amazing job and customer service. I appreciate you guys for helping me.

We had two hose faucets replaced, fitting and feed hose for water tank and insides toilet tank replaced. The work was completed by two competent and friendly plumbers.
We had to call A-Game a couple hours later as we discovered a new problem. Lance arrived and promptly provided an estimate and repaired the leak efficiently. What a great experience, we highly recommend A-Game Plumbing and Heating.

The whole experience was great and exactly what I would expect. They were communicative on Yelp and on the phone because I needed maintenance on my gas water heater. They scheduled me quickly and when I wanted. They were friendly and helpful. Eric came and explained the process for me and told me all the important highlights of the service. Great experience I will work with them from now on.

Lance and Toby from A Game Plumbing came out this past week on their way back from a job to see if they could discern what was going on with my fluctuating water usage.
They were both incredibly kind, patient and helpful. They methodical managed to rule out suspected exterior and interior leak sources and make sound recommendations for moving forward.
While checking for leaks under my kitchen sink, in a glance, Lance identified another problem, and instantly fixed my garbage disposal and hot water dispenser, (which hadn’t operated since my last plumber’s visit two years ago)! These guys are problem solvers, enjoy their work, and know what they’re doing. Easy to recommend!

I was referred to them by a friend, and they said they could help quickly. I had a leak from my washer, which I thought was a plumbing issue, and also needed a toilet replaced. They came out the very next day and let me know that, fortunately, my wall didn’t need to be cut—though I did need a new washer. That was a relief! I also bought a new toilet just in time before the old one completely cracked, and they replaced it for me. Excellent work, outstanding service, and a great team. Thanks again!

Lance and his apprentice did a wonderful job on a tricky install. They explained the issues to me very clearly and gave me their expert advice on the best way to proceed. The new sink looks great and functions as it should. Honest, friendly, and competent. Can’t ask for more than that.

Had a sewer discharge pump replaced. Quick and efficient work. Called on a sunday night and was able to be serviced next day. Very professional and got the job done fast.

Lance is a total professional and he helped repair a broken and leaky main water line shut off valve in a really old house THE NEXT DAY. The prior setup was ineffective and wasted space (look at the before and after photos!) and Lance recommended a much cleaner and more reliable solution on site within the originally quoted price. He and his team worked fast and professionally to get the job done right without any issues or need for a call back. I will definitely call them first the next time I have any plumbing needs. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

Really pleased with the service I received today! Had a leaking/rotted old galvanized pipe in my dirty crawl space. Lance the owner and crew showed up in a day and guided me as to my choices to fix without any pressure as to whether to fix just the broken joint or all of the pipe. Super nice and respectful guys. Quickly got into the wet unpleasant crawl space and got the plumbing work done for a reasonable price. Very impressed, would definitely recommend them.

They fixed my problems up really quickly; was very professional while still communicating. I won’t get into details what the job was, but it would’ve cost me a lot more than the other plumbers around Seattle. Absolutely recommend, Lance was very very helpful in explaining everything in a timely manner.

Excellent service. Lance and his team came out promptly after I called for a leaking pipe. The pipe is in a very tough to access spot, but they got creative and were able to replace the pipe in no time while avoiding the cost of moving ductwork. Appreciate you guys!
