My mom and I have been customers of Price Busters for quite some time now for all our plumbing needs. Nick and Vlad were able to repair our pipes and clear them in a super timely manner. They were both professional as is the company.

Kevin and Andrew came out on New Years Eve after we had an immediate leak that needed to be addressed. They were able to temporarily stop the leak and were able to diagnosis the problem that day. Kevin explained things clearly and in layman's terms which I very much value. As an HOA we were required to get another quote, but were so satisfied with their work that we decided to have them complete the permanent repair. Absolutely recommend.

We had a sewer back flow issue and were referred to Price Busters. Ben and Duncan were professional (told us what they knew, didn’t know and needed to find out), thorough (shared pics of what they learned and gave options) and clean (they cared for our home). Great guys to talk to, knowledgeable experts and took great care of our property. I’d fully recommend Price Busters and appreciate how quickly their owner got the team to our house! Our water heater was leaking today, Saturday. Price Busters was the place I called. They were able to squeeze me in that day. Nick and Kateo came out and was able to install a new water heater, pipes, overflow tank, and earthquake straps. They were very professional and left they place clean when they left. Their prices were less than what I was less than what I had in my head. Very satisfied and highly recommended.

I called Zach at 10:30pm on a Friday night when I discovered a problem with our sump pump. This was after the atmospheric river hit Seattle. So we were threatened with a flood in our basement. Zach helped me troubleshoot how to get through the night with the pump motor not kick in. Then said he'd be at our house by 10am Saturday morning. This was so appreciated. We made it through the night and Zach and Brian arrived. We needed to replace the pump. Which they did efficiently - while at the same time making some upgrade changes to the connecting piping and cleaning out the basin. The experience was more than good. Zach was a kind, friendly expert. With Brian as his sidekick. Thank you so much!! We can rest easy now. And as a plus , Zach troubleshoot our Toto toilet where I recent replacement flush valve that I had recently done myself seemed to be having a problem. He recommended a different valve brand and hopefully I can fix the toilet for good too!!

I had a pipe leak at my home in Lynnwood (shower drain), and Zack K came out to handle the repair. He and the rest of team were extremely professional from start to finish. From scheduling with the office to the work itself the team was excellent and easy to work with. Zack’s communication throughout the work allowed me to understand what was happening, and I appreciated that.

They worked diligently through Christmas Eve day to wrap up our job successfully. Excellent team work, communication, honesty and quality work they stand behind with a 20 year warranty! We had Michael from Price Buster Plumbing install a new refrigerator water line to an icemaker. He arrived on time and wrote us a bid after deciding the line should run under the house. He returned the next day to do the work. It was about 2 hours. He explained everything and we could not be more pleased. He provided first class service. We would not hesitate to have them do any work in the future. It’s clear that he likes working for this company! Please see my wife’s review below.

I am a builder and I've dealt with a few sewer subcontractors. Another builder recommended Price Busters and our experience was great from start to finish. John was excellent during the estimation phase. He was responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. We got a great price on a fairly difficult sewer repair that required digging a 12' access hole. JL and Nick F were great to work with when digging the hole and affecting the repairs. The lining crew also did great work. Both teams worked late 2 nights in a row to ensure that the sewer was not out of service any longer than possible. I would use them again.

Super professional and respectful of our home. Went above and beyond and did a great job all around. Nick and Brian were fantastic. Our estimator Sam was also very responsive with our estimates.

Had a great experience with Price Busters Plumbing, especially with technician Ian Kinney. He was awesome to work with. Not only did he beat the overpriced quotes I was getting from other companies, but he also got the whole toilet replacement done in under an hour. Other “professionals” told me it would take 2–3 hours, so that was a big surprise.

Ian was super polite, detailed, and respectful of the space. He cleaned everything up after finishing and even took all the trash with him. Really professional but also just easy to talk to and straightforward.

I’ll definitely be calling this company again for any future plumbing work, and I’ll be recommending them to anyone who wants fast, good-quality service at a fair price. Highly recommend.

I had a backflow issue and Price Busters came out same day. Zach and Andrew came out and were not able to unclog the drain. After some discussion, we decided to have a clear out installed since the house didn’t have one. Zach and Andrew were out the next morning and got the work done. Another issue occurred and we were able to get it resolved right then. They were out in the cold early November rain and they got the work done. They came out the next day to fill in the ditch that was needed. Good as new and no issues since!
To note: the cost of this work was a fraction of other quotes received for a clear out installation. More than half with compared to other companies. Five stars. Easily. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about Price Busters Plumbing. I called them after a truly awful experience — a rat came up through the main sewer line and into my toilet (thankfully, it never made it past the toilet into the house, but it was still nightmare fuel). Another company had come out first, didn’t find the actual problem, and quoted me nearly $4,800 for a “drain clean” that wouldn’t have fixed anything — and to make it worse, the technician even asked me for free legal advice about his employer while he was there.

Price Busters was the total opposite: professional, honest, and efficient from start to finish. John, the manager, provided a clear and fair quote for the actual work needed — no upselling, no fluff, just straightforward solutions. Danielle in the office was stellar — responsive, friendly, and kind.

When it came time for the repair, Duncan and Kateo were fantastic. They found and repaired the small crack in the sewer line that the other company completely missed, and installed a backflow valve to make sure I’ll never have another Ratatouille situation. They worked efficiently, kept me updated throughout the process, and left everything clean and in perfect working order.

Their quote was significantly lower than the other company’s, and the work they did was exactly what was needed. I’m so grateful for their honesty and skill. If you want a plumbing team that actually solves the problem instead of creating new ones, call Price Busters Plumbing — they’re exceptional.

Kevin and Nick did a great job. They were on time, professional, provided a clear explanation of what was occurring, were reasonably priced and didn’t try to sell us on a ton of add on services. Excellent experience and would highly recommend!

Plumbing issues are awful! We paid several companies to search for our issue, but Kevin and Andrew came to the rescue.
The pipe was found behind our kitchen cabinets and into the foundation. Kevin spent hours in a small cabinet locating the rupture.
Johnny was also incredible to work with.
Were we happy with the price? Is anyone ever happy with the price? We don’t feel like they gouge. Trust is very important to us and we trust their team.
While we hopefully do not have to have them back any time soon, they are our go to.

Huge shoutout to Zack and Marco for taking care of my kitchen sink and backed-up plumbing lines! I couldn’t be happier with the level of service and professionalism they provided. They even left my home cleaner than it was, which was incredibly impressive. After spending hours trying to fix the issue myself, I’m beyond grateful that Zack stepped in and got everything taken care of. I would absolutely call them again for any future needs as they’re honest, straightforward about what needs to be done, and I really appreciated their transparency. 10/10 highly recommend!

Left them a message in the middle of the night and got a call back first thing in the morning. They were able to get out to me the same day. They diagnosed the issue and did a great job of explaining what the fix would entail. I sent their bid to a friend who is a plumber in another state and he confirmed my hunch that the bid was fairly priced and using quality materials. Great to have a plumber I feel I can trust to give me good info and work at a competitive price.

Price Buster Plumbing team was fantastic from start to finish. They were intricate in our design and providing us options throughout our project. Kevin and Nick finish the project off by carefully setting toilets and installing our faucets. They were conscientious in wearing shoe covers and cleaning up after themselves. It was a great way to finish a project off with two experts in customer interactions and installing the finishing plumbing. On our next project I know who I will be calling!
