Zero stars is the most appropriate rating. Instead of replacing a leaking pipe as requested, the plumber charged us to go to Home Depot to buy a pipe patch, then applied it, but the pipe still leaked. When I called to ask them to send someone else to properly fix the problem, I was told to contact a different company. Apparently, they don't stand behind their work because they know it's shoddy work.

I have used Paris plumbing for over a decade, for both repair jobs and larger projects. They have always been professional, timely and effecient. I have and will continue to recommend them without hesitation.

Paris Plumbing was able to come out on short notice, had a leak from a toilet, they were able to fix the issue same day without needing to replace the toilet with a new one. Would call again.

I called Paris about a full house repipe and rough in for a new bathroom. They sent someone out to my house to bid. I don't think they took me seriously, because they never got back to me. I called asking for the bid, and I was told they had calculated it, but hadn't written it out, and that the person who types it up was out. I've been waiting 2 months and decided to move ahead with another. I have to say that's the lamest way to lose a $20K+ contract. You did 90% of the work but couldn't spit a number.

Here's a company that has skill, patience and customer service. Paris Plumbing did great work for us. I was so impressed with the whole process from beginning to end. I highly recommend Paris Plumbing.

Fast, friendly and professional! Old bathtub faucet was leaking. They got the part and fixed in record time. Excellent firm highly recommended.

OMG these guys are the best!! Tyler- you rock! Chaz and Xavier too. What a bunch of authentic, regular people just doing the job and working hard to do it. I am so glad they were recommended to me and so glad to discover them. I had several things to take care of and, as I suspected, it turned out they were all related. I needed new pipes in my 70-year old home. I'm very satisfied with the outcome. Tyler just took over the company Nov 2023 or so, by the way. Great bunch of folks!

Paris has been an asset for my home. I’d like to be calling them when everything is working fine, but that’s not how plumbing tends to work. They’re always responsive, patient when I take a long time to review a quote, and the work and staff are top notch: efficient, quality, and helpful.

I used these guys to replace my sump pump. I woke up to water in my basement, what a nightmare. The plumbers were fast to arrive, went over everything they could do for me, and promptly installed a new pump. Before you knew it, my basement was dry. They have gained a new customer for life, do not hesitate to call Paris if you need a plumber!

• Replacement part was unnecessary. Vent pipe was working fine prior to sewer issue. Studor vent was not related to the problem. Misdiagnosed without further investigation. Came with preconceived idea, never looked at other possible issue(s) nor came with the part.

• The issue had nothing to due with vent pipe size.
• A different plumber from a different company was able to resolve the issue in minutes without even entering the house. Scoped and cleared sewer line for $300.00. See attached bill.
• Paris Plumbing was unable or unwilling to answer questions or explain bill. Never answered my question regarding city code on vent piping. FYI Contractor verified vent sizes as totally fine.

Paris Plumbing has replaced the water line to my house (2015) and my combination water heater (2020). With both projects, I was very pleased with the quality of their work, their professionalism, and the overall value. I plan to continue sending my business to Paris Plumbing in the future.

BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE!
I hired these guys on April 7th to fix a backed up pipe on my rental property. The guy called me the issue has been fixed, but it wasn't. I called them right next day, and they came out again and said the issue was fixed on April 11th. However, the sewer was still backed up.

I ended up calling another plumbing company in a week, and they resolved the issue completely.

Now, they sent me 2 invoices for both visits, total of ~$300.
I protested and said I won't be paying for service I did not get, but they stopped communicating over email , and threw my information to colleciton company.

Worst service provider I had in my life.

We have occasion to call Paris Plumbing three time. In each case from the initial contact with their receptionist to the time of the call, it was nothing but professional. They arrived at the appointed time and was very efficient in identifying the issue and providing solutions to it. They wasted no time in resolving the problem and the result was totally acceptable. I will not have any reservation about calling them out in the future and I HIGHLY recommend them.

Greg and Nathaniel did some groundwork plumbing for a basement bathroom at my house. They were clear and knowledgeable, explaining to me the work they would do and how long it would take. There were some issues with the quote I had received (for some reason jackhammering up the foundation was included but re-pouring the concrete afterwards was not. It said this is the fine print of the quote so it's on me for missing it) and they were apologetic and talked me through my options. I appreciated their professionalism and willingness to offer advice when I asked for it. I will say that I would have liked to give a bit more input on some of the choices made (clean-out placement for instance) but this lack of communication is as much on me as on them. Overall I'm very happy with the work and will contact them for at least a quote for any further plumbing needs I have.

Paris Plumbing is a great local company, they are extremely knowledgeable and not only provide repairs, but alerted us to potential issues. They show up on time, fix the plumbing issue in a timely fashion, and clean up after their work.

Have used Paris Plumbing for replacing old pipes and installing new connections and fixtures on two occasions. Found them to be highly professional, courteous and very skilled. The plumbing crew came out to estimate, called us to say they were running late, completed the estimate and, once we had signed the contract, finished the work as planned to a high standard. We replaced galvanized waste pipes, galvanized supply lines and a new line for a refrigerator water supply. Absolutely first rate work. My only complaint is that they are so busy that it can take 3-5 weeks to get work scheduled - surely a sign that this is a company that does good work and is in high demand.

Bad feeling and sad experience with Paris Plumbing..

I asked them to install a new bathroom faucet in a seldom used area.

The plumber they sent talked me into fixing the old faucet instead.

He put in a part that only lasted about 30 days.

When we found out it had a defect and called Paris, it was day 37.

Turns out they only cover parts for 30 days, and would not do anything about it.

No discount on fixing the problem. Only more costs.

I felt like they do not care about my continuing business, so they have lost it.

Gene saved the day! The drain line for our dishwasher was clogged. Unlike some dishwashers that drain through the sink, ours has a separate copper line that befuddled three other plumbing companies before we were referred to Paris Plumbing. Their minimum fee seemed a bit high for 30 minutes of work, but we are thankful that they had the expertise we needed.

We are very happy with the service provided by Paris Plumbing. They fixed our water heater and we were very impressed with how quickly they worked, their kindness to answer all of our questions and the quality of their work. We will for sure be using them again.

Paris plumbing did great work. I had a whole bunch of deferred maintenance and upgrades on original equipment in my condo. After assessing my projects, Gene, made great recommendations on how to deal with them. New supply lines and quarter turn valves everywhere. Things are working great now.

Paris Plumbing is the plumber you want to use in your home. They are polite, respectful, patient, and on time. The office was very helpful to send a plumber out as soon as they did. The person called to say he was coming and arrived on time. He came in and listened to my concerns. Then he promptly explained and addressed the problem. I am a very satisfied customer and will use Paris again!
