Price Busters was really helpful helping us with a toilet clog. They clearly explained the potential actions that were needed to fix the clog and what the options would cost. Luckily they were able to fix our toilet quickly and cost-effectively. Everyone we interacted with on the phone and in person was great to work with!

Another smooth experience with Price Busters. After a different plumbing company skipped their scheduled visit to repair our cracked pipe, I reached out to Price Busters instead. Nick and Vlad showed up right on time, were incredibly courteous, and clearly explained what needed to be done. About 45 minutes later, the pipe was fixed and everything was back to normal. Their communication and customer service throughout the entire process were genuinely appreciated.

Kevin and Nick from Price Busters Plumbing are absolutely outstanding both in their technical skills and customer service. Our hot water heater went out and we are currently facing freezing temperatures, so that compound the problem. This project was a relatively large one because of the complex system we had prior. The team understood the importance of getting us up and running quickly, and although it was an anticipated that it would go into the following day, Kevin and Nick stayed late to complete the job and they did so with the highest level of courtesy and professionalism. From start to finish, Price Busters Plumbing made getting a new water heater installed completely seamless. Zack and Nick were fantastic — super friendly, professional, and diligent. For our plumbing repair, they had to cut some of the drywall, they took great care to cut as little as possible and kept it intact for easy repair. Late in the day I spotted water leaking from under one of my toilets, not knowing yet that my store’s sewer line had backed up as well. It was the weekend, so I expected higher rates and started calling around. It was about 5 p.m. on Saturday when I tried PriceBusters, and to my surprise someone actually picked up. It was the owner, Zach.

He gave me a fair quote on what I thought would be a simple job, pulling the toilet, checking the line with a camera, and installing a new wax ring. I told him I’d call around. After hanging up, I reached out to three other plumbing companies. Not one company answered their phone. That alone told me a lot.

Zach said he could come out the next morning, so I called him back and asked if he’d meet me before we opened on Sunday to try to get the blockage cleared. He agreed without hesitation.

Sunday morning, Zach showed up on time and spent several hours trying everything he could. He didn’t rush. He looked at the issue from different angles even from the rooftop and he really made an effort to find a cheaper fix before landing on what ended up being the big solution, which was digging out the pipe and installing a clean-out so they could jet the blockage from outside the building. I appreciated that he didn’t jump straight to the expensive route.

The next morning his Calvin and Logan arrived early and had already dug a five-foot hole beside the building by the time I got there. Logan was fantastic. He had a great attitude, stayed polite, and worked hard without a single complaint. They were out there the entire day, digging and working in the rain well into the night. Watching them made me appreciate how tough this job really is. It’s messy, humbling, and honestly the kind of job most people want nothing to do with, but they handled it with pride.

They did such a solid job that I’ve already asked them to come back every six months to jet my French drains. Lee came right out and quickly found the clogged issue and had long stalled water flowing like magic. Explained clearly what happened and how to avoid it in the future. First rate service! And very low rates as well. Would use them again!

Needed help with a 300 ft waterline replacement. Tried to get it drilled underground and it could not be done. The drill got stuck!!! Gene came out and used a trenching machine to dig the whole 300 ft trench. Turned a nightmare of a job into a carefully calculated process. These guys do a great job. Will use again.

Although we haven't got our bill yet they were punctual and prompt. Diagnosed the problem in our downstairs sink. Fixed it today! Sink is running and draining! Very happy!

We had Paris Plumbing do some work on our plumbing that turned out to be a substandard job. When we called to complain they told us that they were banning us. Good riddance!
