John and another Price Busters P & S plumber arrived a rainy day in November to assess our sump pump problem. They found the pump could not pass water. In pouring rain they used an optical device showing the entire inside of the 70 foot drain pipe and found some obstructions. When Disconnecting the pipe at the source the old pump had a strong flow. So, we needed a bigger drain pipe and new pump. So nice to understand the problem up front. Clearly these guys cared as much about helping us solve the problem as getting the job. They installed a new pump and drain and they work great. No need to search for plumbers anymore. These are my go to guys.

Zach showed up at the time he said he would. He was very friendly and quickly solved my problem and offered recommendations for a longer term fix. It was reasonably priced and will use them again.

They came out same day I called when we had a little flood in one of our bathrooms. Kevin and Calvin were great. They were on time, super friendly, and knowledgeable. Would absolutely use these guys again no question!

I had a leak on a 50 year old outdoor frost-proof faucet. The company got back to me quickly and scheduled a visit. They were upfront about everything. The technician did a great job talking me through the required repair and even made a suggestion that minimized the the impact on drywall. He respectfully offered to do preventative work on my other outdoor faucet but didn't push when I declined. I was really impressed with the company and the work.

The best experience with a plumbing company. This was a large sewer line repair job. it involved lining existing lines, an injection pump install, and new lines under basement concrete. From first visit from John, when he properly diagnosed the issues, right on through to each team member under the direction of Duncan, that worked on this project, every interaction was friendly and professional. They were here for nearly one week, so I got to meet and know them. You can put your trust in in this company.

Price Busters showed up in about a half day (non-emergency), were honest and easy to work with. They gave me two free estimates depending on what they thought the issues might be and how I wanted to proceed to fix it. Tightened up a leak while he was looking into it and was just great and professional to work with. Deciding on next steps now, but a good experience so far!

We did a sewer liner on a 63 year old sewer drain. The team came out and quoted quickly and maintained the project timeline exactly as promised. We worked with 2 crews Michael/Makoa and Ryan/D. Both teams were excellent to work with. The city came and inspected the liner and we were good to go within 3 days as promised. It’s been on our list of things & I’m so relieved the project has been completed. Liner work has a 15 year warranty from price busters and the liner itself has a 50 year manufacturer warranty. Overall a great experience, and such a nice team to work with.

Bo provided a no-nonsense bid and his guys, Mike F. and Logan, came back the same day to knock it out of the park. They got the old pressure reducing valve (PRV) dug out and replaced quickly and expertly, and took care to ensure that the line pressure was spot on and that there were no leaks in the repair area. Really appreciate the teamwork and great customer service. Thank you!

Price Busters did good work quickly, replacing an old garbage disposal that started to leak, and a sump pump older than it's safe lifetime. Their prices were fair market value. Michael explained options and process very clearly, and even fixed a long-standing shower handle problem other plumbers shrugged their shoulders at - at no extra charge. We will use them next time we have a plumbing need.

I’m a realtor representing a seller. After scoping the sewer we found an issue. We were going on market about 2 weeks after Price Busters were scheduled to replace the bad section. I was concerned the yard would be torn up but when I came back the next day I could barely tell that they did any work. The people I dealt with were friendly & professional. The price was reasonable and their work was excellent.

Great team! Worked well between the contractor, home owner and realtor. ( which can be cumbersome at times) Helped us determine clarity for our new potential buyer coming in. Fast scheduling, very communicative as well as about a third of the price. Very professional and as a service industry contractor myself. I will highly refer them out in the future.

We had a plumbing emergency and couldn't be happier with the service we received. Jose V. arrived promptly and immediately got to work snaking our clogged drain. What really impressed us was how educational the entire experience was; he took the time to explain exactly what he was finding and why the issue was occurring.

Jose performed a thorough camera inspection and walked us through the footage, pointing out problem areas and explaining what we were looking at on the screen. It was so informative! You could tell he genuinely wanted us to understand our plumbing system, not just fix the immediate problem.

His work ethic was outstanding and didn't stop until the job was done right, and he left everything cleaner than he found it. The level of professionalism and expertise was exactly what you hope for during a stressful situation.

I had a problem with my tankless water heater. I tried troubleshooting with YouTube but it became far more than I could handle. Price Busters was able to get people out the same day for me. Other places I called were days out. Kevin and Sean showed up, they were prompt, respectful of my property and even very kind to my grouchy dog. They were able to assess my situation and quickly gave me a proposal to fix my situation. The price was very reasonable and they were able to complete the work that afternoon. No one wants to have to replace their tankless water heater but if I ever have to do it again, I hope that I’m able to get Kevin and Sean to do the work. 5 stars!

We had a fantastic experience with price busters, specifically Ian who came out and did the installation. Ian was very communicative, patient, answered all our questions and was forthcoming with pros and cons of different placements and options. He even went above and beyond to go purchase an extension cord for us nearby, as we didn’t have a car handy. Great all around experience, big thanks to Ian and team!!

We were out of town when a friend called on the Saturday of the Thanksgiving weekend and said we had water leaking from the ceiling of the bathroom and had flooded the bathroom, entry way and kitchen of our guest house. My first call was to my insurance company and my second was to Price Busters Plumbing. There was a plumber at our home within two hours who found and fixed the leak in a nearly inaccessible part of our attic.
I have used Price Busters several times through the years and found their response is quick, the quality of their work good and their prices reasonable.

Recently, we had a serviceman come out to detect a leak. We had done everything that we could to troubleshoot where the leak might be coming from and after that we decided to contact Price Busters Plumbing The serviceman that came out was very polite and did good detective work to resolve the problem. I can’t remember his name, but he was great. Turns out it had something to do with the water heater and pressure. Problem resolved, and it was not a large expense, thank goodness.

Two years ago, we had a major sewage flood that affected the laundry room, kitchen and downstairs bathroom. It was a horrible mess. Beau gave me good advice. It was a Saturday night and we were standing in sewage and he recommended
that we get a water Mitigation team to the house right away. The plumbers fixed the problem. Two pipes under the house were broken. The staff were very polite and explained everything that was going on and they turned a bad situation into a much better situation. Thank goodness.

I highly recommend them. They are polite, show up on time and will work with you about cost.

Before having new insulation blown into the attic, it was suggested to have the galvanized plumbing replaced (advised for insurability) and the only remaining galvanized plumbing was not substantial. Most repiping jobs have a fixed minimum, but Price Busters was willing to assess the job which was below the minimum quoted by replumbers. Because of the cost savings, we decided to also increase the waterline size from the water main to increase the volume flow, as well as fix some code issues related to the water heater and clear the drainage.

Kevin and his crew finished the jobs efficiently and followed up on a few minor details. They even upsized the neighbor's water main as well. Super courteous crew and great follow through!

This job was completed in summer 2024 and all continues to work well.

We had a new waterline installed for our new refrigerator. Michael was great! Did a really nice job and explained what he was doing as he worked. He definitely is what you think of when you think “great customer service”. We will request him for future needs!

Price Busters is fantastic. We had to have them come out to work on a sewer system and they fixed the fuse, floats, and replaced a pump within a few days, whereas other companies wouldn’t have come out for weeks. Zachary and Andrew have been so incredibly helpful, and have explained to me how everything works so I understand the issue and the exact work they were doing. They provided a detailed invoice, and charged us wayyy less than other companies would be (less than half!). They take pictures of everything so we have records which is awesome. Zachary and Andrew worked so hard all day and were still happy to answer all my questions. Tyson in the office was super helpful too! Never thought I’d be a huge fan of a plumbing company, but here we are. Thanks!

PriceBusters could not have been better! Their estimate process and installation was very smooth, easy, and painless. They bought our new unit, uninstalled our former unit, disposed of it, and installed and tested our new unit, all for only $2K after tax!
