Luke Davis saves the day.
I had a back up to my septic tank and called Steve's. Even though it was late in the day they had a plumber in the area (Luke Davis) and arrived just after 5. Luke got to work right away. Soon the pipe was flowing but Luke wasn't satisfied. He had spotted a small blockage that hadn't move so he worked over and over removing a small piece at a time. This morning everything works as it should. I'm a very happy Customer. If you have a problem call Steve's plumbing. Your problems will be over soon.

We had an under-the-sink water purification system installed, and Charlie came to our home to complete the job with absolute professionalism. He clearly explained every step of the installation process, patiently answered all of our questions, and did an outstanding job from start to finish. We would definitely recommend Steve’s Plumbing.

It was great to get service the same afternoon! Brandon clearly explained the mistakes of the original plumber then did the replacement work. I am very satisfied with his work and will call Steve's Plumbing again should the need arise.

Charlie and Thomas were amazing. Very polite young gentlemen. They were at my house for about 10 hours doing the install. They were Very knowledgable. They explained everything through the whole process-taking down to installing my new tankless water heater, explained how to use the controls. They even noticed a leak in my faucet drain and took care of that for me! They Cleaned everything up before leaving. I would highly recommend both these guys!

Luke and Terrance from Steve’s plumbing did a wonderful job putting a new outside waterline in for us. They came the same day that the leak was verified and marked by Simply Leaks. Within 3 days they had the new line installed. They were friendly, helpful and focused.

Luke from Steve's Plumbing was outstanding, he was friendly, professional and worked very hard on fixing my issue. The only reason I put four stars is because my issue isn't fully resolved yet, but this is for a reason that was far beyond his control. I recommend this company and especially Luke.

Great team — Dillon (Plumbing Magician) and Ryan (Manager) were excellent to work with throughout the entire process. They guided me at every step across repairs, membership, and financing, and were patient while everything was being sorted out.

It's really sad how they treat the customers.
Have been with them for 8 years and diamond club member. Didn't really have major plumbing issues but I liked the idea to have them if I need them urgent. So 8 years later I start having issue and sure they came but couldn't fix any of the issues and 10 thousand dollars later still had the issue until I decided to cut the cord and go with another smaller company. Phil is condescending and has no compassion at all. On top of that you would think he is experienced with the expensive bill they serve you. Think again. Don't use them. They take your money and let you hang dry.

Charlie and Thomas were amazing and their recent visit solidified Steve’s Plumbing as our go-to plumbing service.

Knowledgeable, courteous, transparent, and quick, they took over a job from another plumbing company and made short work of the project.

What I really appreciated was how well they communicated everything from costs to the reasoning behind what we might want to invest in going forward.

Our house is nearing 20 years old and I look forward to working with this team as we keep this house in great shape for another 20 years.

Luke and Terrance were on time and really helped me to evaluate my plumbing options due to a leak. They came to my home and replaced a shower valve. Luke was especially helpful in weighing my options and picking the best path forward.

Charlie and Cole did a fab job doing our yearly water heater maintenance and installed 2 new sinks! They were both so personable and knowledgeable and did an excellent job! I have to commend them on being understanding on wearing booties in the house and taking time to clean up after the work was done. Thank you!

Steves plumping was unbelievably prompt. They came out the same day I reached out to them and were able to figure out my issue within minutes. They then returned within a couple of days with my new part and replaced it. I appreciated how quick Charlie was and thorough with the rest of my home assessments which was lovely and eased my mind to hear everything else was working properly. I absolutely would use Steve’s plumbing again

I had the main waterline from the meter to the house replaced. Fast, efficient, and professional work, with the ability to answer all of my questions and great explanations about the process of the work being performed.

Riley did an awesome job replacing the old shower valve for my mom! He was polite, professional and communicative. We will be calling Riley the next time we have a plumbing issue!

Called about water main leak and they were out the next morning to assess. They walked us through the repair options, never pressuring us. We opted for water line replacement and they were able to start prepping immediately. They came back 2 days later to bore & replace the line, completing the work timely and with little disruption to our day. The technicians were so kind and communicated throughout.

While we paid a premium compared to other quotes we received the quality of service and care made it worth it.

We are very happy with out service call today. Luke was great to work with and efficient to install our new kitchen faucet. He checked other areas of the house and property to make sure that everything was work properly. I would recommend your company and especially Luke to all my friends and family. It was a very pleasant experience and we will certainly use Steve's for all of our plumbing work. We now feel we have a personal plumber that we can call for all of our needs.

First and foremost, Charlie is professional and an overall very knowledgeable guy, he is trustworthy and clearly has pride for the work that he does.
We had to unfortunately make an emergency call as we had a toilet crack in one of our bathrooms…. Charlie was able to come out the same day and thank goodness because he saved us from potentially having major leaks from our toilets as ALL of them had cracks from bad installations (by others). He was also able to assist with a shower that was not working— his problem solving skills are top notch, he is detail oriented, and he answered all our questions with never ending patience.

We recommend Steve’s Plumbing and specifically Charlie for outstanding service. We will definitely be calling again for future projects on our home. Thank you!!!

Luke and Terrance were truly exceptional and really came through for us, I genuinely don’t know what we would have done without them! Our water heater decided to break the same morning that my entire family arrived for my baby shower weekend, and these two were truly life savers!! They worked quickly and efficiently, and were such great sports the whole time. It was a very hectic situation, to say the least, and their skill and professionalism got us through it. Our only regret was that they couldn’t stay and hang out with us after they were finished! Thank you both, so much, for everything!!! You have no idea how much we appreciated you!!!

Brandon and whoever scheduled the initial appointment were super prompt, professional, and straightforward. Not sure how the pricing compares to other companies but the ease in which I simply used Google to book an appointment and Brandon was at my house in 2 hours for a non-emergency job and then completed it by the following afternoon was worth every penny! Will definitely be using them for our bathroom remodel next year and any other plumbing we have come up :)
