Today was a delivery day for our new refrigerator. Today was the day that we learned that Lowe’s does not deal with copper piping so I in the past at a salon I worked at used services before and now have tried them out for residential. I got very lucky. Taylor was really nice on the phone and we were willing to wait it out until Monday however, our technician Kate finished up a job and headed right over. He was able to get our water main shut off to the house because we were not sure if there was a valve to turn off the water on the refrigerator And handled so much more in one visit with us. It was well worth the job scope and fair on the pricing, I cannot recommend this family owned company and I hope that they can meet your business and residential needs in the near future

Bryan at A-List Plumbing did an excellent job replacing our toilet flange and installing the new toilet here in Everett, WA. He showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and worked efficiently. The new flange was installed perfect, the toilet sits solid with no leaks, and he left the area spotless when he was done. It’s great to see someone who takes real pride in their work. I’d definitely recommend Bryan and A-List Plumbing to anyone in the Everett area needing reliable, quality plumbing service.

From Taylor in the office, Heather and Shane during the pre bid inspection, and then Tate and Brian for the removal of my old galvanized piping and it's upgrade, A-List plumbing was enjoyable to work with. They arranged for the dry wall to be patched and painted after the plumbing project was completed and included that work in the bid so I didn't have to interview contractors separately for that portion of the project. The only thing that could have gone more smoothly was if I would have had more prior notice of the date and time for the dry wall work. The drywallers even placed the cover on the newly installed Ox box in my garage as that was overlooked at the finish of piping installation project. I will definitely recommend your company to others!

Initially called to inquire if the company worked with third party warranty firms. Followed up with two calls afterwards where I indicated that we would pay them in full directly so that they would not have to deal with a warranty company. Asked that someone call me back to schedule the repair. A week plus later my calls have not been returned. I ended up calling a competitor that returned my call within 2 hours and immediately scheduled the repair. This company lost my business and the opportunity for future business all because they wouldn't return my calls - an example of poor customer service.

I might be biased but one of the best plumbing outfits in the area. Request that Plumber guy everyone calls Pork, I hear he's one of the best in the business.

Derek and the rest of the Service Plumbing and Heating team did an incredible job on our basement remodel project. The team was professional and did high-quality work. Our home was built in 1922 and during the remodel project was ran into some unexpected plumbing surprises. Derek did a great job of giving us different options to overcome the the unexpected challenges we encountered and helping us find the right solutions that fit our budget and resulted in a high-quality project. Highly recommend Service Plumbing and Derek Saint Clair. We've had them do entire house remodels, as well as smaller high end changes for our projects as a custom home builder.
