Brock is fantastic! The annual review of the plumbing systems was a non-event, but he directed my attention to a potential issue with the mainline connection to the septic system. He gave me reasonable options and was able to start the project same day. Thankfully too, as the leak was more significant than originally anticipated, and only discoverable after digging up the pipes. On Friday evening we were looking forward to our wonderful, if snowy, Saturday morning , but alas, when we tried for my husband's shower, the hot water failed! He is disabled, and this was quite a sad circus for us. We woke in the morning to more snow, but I called Steve's Plumbing right away. The lovely woman who answered put me at ease right away, so kind and reassuring. Sean texted us to confirm, and came over within 3 hours, despite the icy conditions. He was cheerful, strong, and so capable. My husband was so excited that he walked downstairs for the first time in years (with my help.) Replacing the hot water heater was a huge job, but Sean accomplished it within a few hours. We are always pleased with your company. THANKS!!

Gabriel and the Steve's Plumbing team were very competent and completely transparent every step of the way. They included me whenever there was anything to see or discuss. Another company came and for the same problem, and I paid them a lot of money but they did not even temporarily solve the problem. Steve's guys solved the problem and proposed a plan for the future.

We called Steve’s plumbing for unexpected toilet bulged issue. They found me a technician to come over and inspect in the same night. Charlie is an honest, highly mannered time efficient professional . He inspected my whole house plumbing and gave me his no pressure recommendation. Fixed my issue quickly and efficiently. They are my go to company for any future plumbing issues.

I got a call from PUD on a Monday morning basically saying ‘hey your house is hemorrhaging over 360 gallons of water an hour since Friday night, you should get that checked out’. So I immediately get to shutting off the water and searching for help. I’m in Lake Stevens and Steve’s Plumbing was not the first that popped up in my search but I went with them. I got Luke & he not only quickly assessed the urgency of my situation and got to work immediately but also made me feel a lot better about the situation as I am a very calm on the outside but panicking on the inside type of person. I had water the next day and it was not an easy fix in my 115 year old house. Superman behavior & I’m very grateful. Thank you Luke and Cole (sorry if I didn’t get your name right Cole?) for digging and squirming through god-knows-what under my house.

Luke and Levi did an exceptional job! They were kind, courteous and knowledgeable. They were at our home within 30 minutes of our frantic call due to our hot water tank leaking all over our garage. They replaced the tank and cleaned up the mess very quickly. I had called two other plumbing company’s and reached voicemail. Steve’s plumbing answered the phone on a Saturday morning when I called, so I went with them and I am extremely glad I did!

Dillon was our tech once before & he came to our rescue once again. He is so professional & kind. All our questions were answered, the repairs made and all was left tidy. We appreciate him coming here after hours...6 to 9 pm. We highly recommend Steve's plumbing because of all the great people there that are constantly helpful, & never dissappoint us! What a breath of fresh air!!!

Brandon was excellent! Great communication providing details of work to be performed and costs. He did a terrific job installing a new bathroom faucet and updating pipes under the sink. He was professional and friendly. I was very satisfied with my experience with Steve's and highly recommend them!

This was a great plumbing company. Stan arrived ahead of schedule and was able to take care of my water heater on the spot! Would definitely recommend this service.

UPDATE AS OF 2/10/2026
Charlie and Cole have spent the last few days fixing the disasters associated with my home's plumbing and gas lines. I originally hired them to fix some illegal plumbing work done by a previous contractor and set up my laundry room correctly.

After a thorough inspection of the plumbing and gas lines in my home, most of the water pipes were leaking so I agreed to a more extensive fix as these things weren't an option to neglect (especially after seeing photos and videos they took in my crawl space).

Charlie and Cole were super efficient, friendly and hard working. The level and attention to detail with each step of the process has surpassed my expectations. They asked so many questions and continued to confirm new changes when original plans didn't work in the space where they were working.

They were also really sweet to my 3 silly dogs constantly getting in there way at the door and while they were fixing things in my laundry room. 10/10 just for putting up with that.

I also wanted to add that getting before and after photos of the work that I cannot see under the house really helps show the true scope of the work as well as their excellence to detail in the finished results.

This company has hired true gems, and they'll continue to get my service for a long time. Thanks again!!!

OLD REVIEW: Charlie and Natasha came out today to inspect some work I have done on my house in the laundry room with my water tank. I'm glad I called them out as they showed me each violation a contractor has done on my house and wrote me a very thorough report on the horrible work being done in the laundry room. Thanks! I will likely be using this service for any future plumbing work.

This was an excellent plumbing experience. Stan arrived on time and quickly assessed what needed to be done. As usual with any home repair/project there were more things to be done than expected, but I figured my 9-year old water heater was going to have to be replaced soon, anyway. Stan was very efficient, replaced the leaking pipes, installed the new water heater and a connection so I can water the balcony garden in the summer, and checked all the plumbing in the house. I recommend this company, which is both local and family-owned.

Stan + Terrence were wonderful! Thoughtful, careful, helpful, obviously experienced, + hard workers! No complaints here + more than all those things, I was very pleased with their work in many ways. Professional, considerate, responsive + to work with, really NICE!!!

I'm very happy with the service and repair work that Dillon and Terrance did to the sewer pipe in my yard. They cut out the old clogged section and replaced it with new piping and a clean out access tube. They were on time, professional, and knowledgeable, and I am confident they solved the issue for me.
