Had a clogged sewer, and of course it was after 4pm on a Friday!! They had someone here in 1 hour! What a relief, since we had out-of-town company.

Very thorough, got clog cleared. Then identified further issues that should be addressed, and provided cost estimate.

Based on rep's (John) actions and up-front attitude and information shared, we went with their recommended repair action.

Work was completed satisfactory and have an action-plan now, moving forward.

I had a great experience with Jason. He was very professional and he really took the time to diagnose and treat the problem we were having with our main sewer line. He really kept trying to clear the blockage and he worked for hours until he finally got it! We really appreciated his tenacity - it saved us money, and we could get back to our life. The service technician (Peyman) did a very thorough check to determine the source of the water leak and got it quickly addressed.

Keith, Dee and Ricky were wonderful to work with. They spent the time trying to figure out what was wrong and repaired the broken pipe that we originally called about.
Unfortunately, in the end, we felt like what we got was way overpriced and would question whether we would call Roto Rooter again for this type of problem.

Had a clogged kitchen drain that I couldn't clear. Called Roto-Rooter and had a capable technician named Toan (tech #6849) arrive at my house within a couple hours. He fixed the issue promptly and was pleasant to work with. Thank you.

Santino was amazing! He showed up right on time, was very professional, and I could tell when he was inspecting he knew exactly what he was doing. He walked me through everything that needed to be done and he gave me an excellent rate! My kitchen sink had backed up when my washing machine was going. He snaked the drain and cleaned up after he was done. He went above and beyond his duties by putting air in a flat tire I had on my truck this morning!! If you need a drain cleaning I would call these guys and ask for Santino!!

Wayne and Leroy were amazing! We had no hot water pressure in 2 of our faucets and they were able to quickly diagnose the problem and make the repairs. They were extremely professional and friendly and explained what caused the problem and what they needed to do to fix it. On top of that they were both very gracious as my kids asked them 1000 questions and kept wanting to show them their toys. Highly recommend!!

Florin was great he came out and replaced my leaking water heater same day when we had issues that morning. Would recommend to anyone!

Florin came out to check our hot water heater as we had a problem with it. Turns out after 11 years it needed replacing. Florin worked very hard and did an excellent job. We are so pleased.

Came on time. Understood the problem of tricky kitchen sink drain clog and was able to clear out both my kitchen sink and basement laundry basin sink. Great work. Cleaned up after themselves and left no leaks. Farnood and his helpers were great!

Had a half-dozen home maintenance tasks inside and out, from clogged bathroom sinks to leaky hose spigots. A-list sent Bryan, who was cheerful, competent, a tidy worker, and a clear, patient explainer. Got the job done for half the estimate and departed without leaving a trace behind.
